This daycare is so homey and treats everyone with respect! I’ve never experienced such a family like atmosphere in a workplace. They care about their workers and the children at the daycare! An amazing place to work and bring your children :)

My little cousin goes here and she always talks about the great experience she has. She loves to be there and loves the workers. This place made her feel really comfortable and I would definitely recommend to others !

I had the honour of volunteering at this daycare where every staff member and child was kind and caring towards me. A respected and local daycare that is a sanctuary for younger children from any walk of life.

The staff don’t pay attention to the kids and are more focused on their personal life then watching the children

Very disappointed in how they treat the staff but most importantly how they handle the children. The toys are always visibly dirty, left out in all weathers and never sanitized…I seen a staff looked like they were on drugs looked like something you would see at Sherbourne and Dundas .. Is this really a daycare you want your child to be taught things at? Is this a daycare you want your child to be in where you have to worry if a drug addict will fall asleep on the job? or even forget to feed or change your baby? Is this a daycare you want to put your child in knowing that someone might think your child is a grown up and possibly harm them because they didn’t know where they were or who they were talking to? Yeah I’d think again and this is exactly the reason why parents struggle with income because they can’t trust the daycare system with treating our kids correctly. As a mother of 3 I can say I am disgusted .

I've had all 3 of my children enrolled in Sunny Faces over the last 15 years. amazing centre with amazing staff. I'm a single father expecting grandchildren and know they will be in good hands here, the staff was always so welcoming and supportive and defiantly made being a single parent much easier, If you are looking for child care look no further, you will be at ease knowing your little ones are here and in good care

This is a non-profit daycare center. My son has been enrolled here for the last 2.5 years, and he absolutely loves it. The staff are incredibly helpful and supportive. The center operates within the premises of Rivercrest Junior Public School, thus allowing for the utilization of before/after school programs on school days and full-day daycare services when the school is closed (such as during vacations or PA days).

We love this daycare! Our child is so well cared for and has such a great time! The staff are very attentive and quick to help with any issue or questions I have. A great spot!

Staff were incredibly kind and was well run. My daughter was in their care from 30 months to 10 years old. We have nothing but fond memories.

This is a great childcare. All of the teachers are very friendly. My daughter loves going to preschool and seeing her teachers! She's also been displaying more empathy and kindness. Thank you teachers of Silverstone Learning Centre!

HMS not only checked off the standard criteria what makes a great Montessori school but it exceeds far beyond the benchmark! Here is a school that fosters respect, kindness and empathy for the community! Students and parents have formed wonderful friendship even after the Casa years.

We had 3 children educated at the Montessori Humbervale and we were very pleased with education they received. They were well prepared, actually they were more than prepared to enter grade 1. The program and the teachers were amazing. I recommend this Humbervale Montessori 100%.

Our two kids attended Montessori Humbervale School over the past few years. I'd give it more than 5 out of 5 stars if I could. It is an excellent, first-rate school and we highly recommend it. The staff are incredibly caring, attentive and child-focused in their approach to learning and interacting with each student. The owner, Ms. Andrea, is simply the best and devotes so much time and effort to creating a positive experience. Our kids are ahead of their peers at elementary school now in many subjects including math and reading, thanks to the enriched, unique education they received through Montessori Humbervale in their important early development years. Huge thanks to Ms. Andrea and the entire Humbervale team for lifelong lessons and memories for our kids (and ourselves)!

Wonderful teachers who truly support the development of children! Well organized, multi-dimensional, inclusive, great resources, implementation of solid fundamentals for children. Principal Andrea is such a caring individual who has created such a marvelous program at the school. Both of my children attended from ages 3 to 5 and received such a solid foundation in fundamentals in literacy and numeracy!! They excelled with the individualized programming and attention given to them from their teachers.

My family loved the over 5 years spent at Humbervale Montessori School. Both my children attended and we have such warm memories. The teachers were caring and dedicated. The school has a wonderful community of parents. Many of the friends my children met on day one, they remain friends with to this day. Ms. Andrea was very accommodating and supportive even after my children graduated. I never worried when I dropped my kids off. They were excited to go to HMS and always had so many positive things to share about their day. I was so impressed by what my children learned. By the time my son graduated, he was solving multiplication problems that were not covered until grade 2! My family loved every minute of the time we spent at HMS. I only wished that HMS could have continued well into high school!

Both of my children attended Humbervale Montessori and had an enriching educational and social experience. Caring and dedicated staff worked with each of my child’s individual needs. I loved the multi-year age group and children having the opportunity to become a leader. A well enriched program guided by exceptional staff. Worth a visit to tour the school and meet some staff to see if it is a good fit for your child. Highly recommend!!

Humbervale Montessori is an amazing school. Andrea goes above and beyond to make the school experience the best it can be. Both my children attended Humbervale and were more than prepared for public school and are still thriving as a result. Thank you Andrea your school is the best!

Humbervale provides students with the fundamentals for success. Our children started Grade 1 with many skills that they needed to be successful and confident. The staff is caring and kind. We have many great memories and our children have created life long friendships Thank you Humbervale.

My son started and ended child care with North Etobicoke YMCA (18months- 4years) and I’m so happy I chose this centre. My son use to be very shy, YMCA definitely had a huge impact with his social development and other vital skills. Every teacher he had was always loving and caring as if they were his own. Thank you Fatima, Angelina, Mandeep, Sandra and Inaam for making my child’s childcare experience such a great one I’ll forever be grateful.
Side note: the daycare Supervisor Susan is great as well, she was very involved and would always make an effort to say hi and bye to parents as they leave and enter the centre.

My son was so scared the first day and now he’s going into Jk and absolutely loves each staff member and so do I . It’s a little community in itself. It’s such an amazing centre to have your child. Every staff takes pride and love into each child and forming relationships with each parent.I’m sad he will soon have to go soon and I know he will be too. I must say Great Job guys! Your amazing at what you do. I’m glad I had the chance to place my son in such a caring centre and form great connections.

Very kind and loving staff. Great place to send children to get a real head start. My 2 children are currently enrolled their and have Gained immensely from the Programs. casa1 and casa2 Teachers are so kind, patient and caring. The director, Ashley is priceless I have no idea where I would be without them!

Great place

My 3 years old son goes here and it has been a great experience for us. Staff is very helpful, and kind. My kid enjoys his time spent here. Laura is very knowledgeable, kind and supportive and she made sure that the transition of my kid (when he started with the center) goes as smooth as possible.

I am a student completing my placement at Tiny Treasure Montessori. I had a lot of qualms about writing a review initially due to professionalism but I felt the need to.

When it comes to student placements, it can seem scary as you never know the environment you will be working in prior to starting and I have to be honest and say I was a little sceptical.

Having worked with Tiny Treasure for a couple months now, and having a unique perspective of an insider and an outsider simultaneously I feel my viewpoint is helpful for families.

This has been an amazing experience for me, I have never worked with a team of people so caring, kind and understanding. And this goes beyond the classroom I am in. Every single staff member I have had the pleasure of interacting with has been extremely warm and understanding and the care and consideration every staff member has for every child is great to see.

Every child is in a safe and cared for environment at Tiny Treasure and I know they also go above and beyond to help consider parents needs to the best of their ability.

Not to mention the Montessori style of teaching is unique and helps teach child autonomy.

We love this place. Staffs are very nice and pro. My daughter is happy to go every day. They keep you posted about your child all the day. Also it is not just about watching children. They do lots of activities. I mean wow! We were so lucky to find a spot in this daycare.

Both of our daughters have had wonderful experiences in both the regular school programme and summer/holiday camps. All of the staff are wonderful. Our daughters were lucky to have Ms. Cristina, Ms. Eleni and Ms. Rahki over the last year and they absolutely loved them. I would highly recommend TTM to anyone looking for excellent care for their child/children!

My daughter is 3 years attends their preschool program. This is her first experience with daycare, I was very happy with her transition she is happy and excited to go everyday. The teachers are kind and professional. They encourage good choices and praise her accomplishments, as well as listen to her and she likes that very much, so I feel confident I made the right choice.

My son loved it. Such an amazing people taking care of kids.

This is a great daycare. All of the staff are very caring and nice. They built a new playground area for the kids too. Every time I went to pick up my child, the kids were all very well behaved and playing nicely!

I can honestly say this school deserves 5 stars review.

From the quality of learning, to cleaniness, to the teachers, to the logistic flow, and to the "extras" this school does, I am very fortunate and grateful that my two kids go here (toddler and preschool classes)

What sets this school apart from other daycares/Montessori, are the amazing teachers. They truly genuinely care about each and every child in their class. They adapt to their needs, and help build their confidence on a day to day basis. They showcase their strengths, and work at their level while still challenging them.

Each day my son and daughter run with excitement into class and each day my kids leave with the biggest smile on their faces. They tell me about what they've learned, and I see it day by day that their learning structure and soft skills.

I love this school, and I know you would too! The only downside: long waitlist so get on it fast!

It has been a wonderful experience having two of our children enrolled at this school. We are pretty amazed with our kids' learning pace since they started there a few years ago. They actually enjoy a lot the place and have been able to learn so much, and for this reason we would like to thank the entire staff for their professional and caring approach towards every single child that goes to this school. I personally will keep recommending the Montessori curriculum as it's proven to really work. Go Tiny Treasure Go!

My daughter is in casa classroom. She is very happy to go to her school since she was a toddler. She is full of smiles when I pick her up. All the teachers are really good and dedicated. They are professional, caring and well organized. The management is very friendly and approachable. I will always be grateful to this wonderful place. I will recommend this school to anyone.

I had very good experience with all the teachers of this school and day care. My daughter is always happy to go there. Ms Rakhi always welcome the children in the care with a smile and deal with the child with patience.

Amazing daycare. Lovely, caring staff!

I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with the school, staff and admin. My husband and I and most importantly my daughter love this school.

The classroom teachers have been amazing. Like all toddlers, change is hard, but her teachers have been really caring and nurturing. My daughter just LOVES them and is visibly excited to see them every morning.

The admin at Tiny Treasures has been excellent as well. When reaching out 2 years ago to discuss placement spots, they invited me in for a tour of the school. Since landing a spot, they invited me and my daughter in for visits during the summer just so could gain some familiarity with the environment and her teachers (completely appreciated by my husband and I). All my daily interactions with staff have been warm and they’ve been completely patient with our questions. We feel very fortunate and lucky to have found a spot at Tiny Treasures!

I remember going here from the ages of 4-6 back in the early 2000s and they are still to this day, some of the most fond memories of school that I have.

I asked them one question about the toddler program. They snapped at me and told me the toddler program is full until 2020, without even asking any questions about when I might be thinking of sending my child.

They were quick to assume that I plan to send my child now so instead of answering my questions, they just snapped at me and told me there's no spot now. Also before they editted their reply, they accused me of reviewing the wrong place (which I'm not)

To parents: just don't come here, don't contact them. They are rude, they like to make wrong assumption, and they have a million reasons for their wrongdoing. They changed their reply to this review several times, deleted the really mean things they said. And they are possibly going to change the reply a few more times.

A simple "we are sorry" might make me change my review, but I guess this review stays now.

1, if you didn't even ask me when am I going to sent my child, how do you know there isn't a spot?

2, just in case you haven't noticed, I also give 5 star reviews, and for the ones with one star there usually is an explanation, like this one. (In the reply they deleted they encourage people to go into my profile to see the "million" one star reviews I gave)

3, seems like you have lots of time on your hand to argue, makes me question your quality of care even more. (It's been a few days and the every time I checked they change their reply)

4, I did not ask for apology, I simply said that an apology will gain you lots of favourable impressions, and think about what kind of impression you are giving people reading your reply now? (In the first reply they deleted, they stated that will never apologize, then they changed it and apologized, and then they changed it again and deleted the apology.)

5, how are people like you going to be caregivers for young children? So vicious, only look at
other people and reflect on yourself.

I will not edit this review further, and anyone reading this can see how make a judgement call and decide for yourself.

The few times I have visited this centre I was really disappointed and upset to see the way children were being HANDLED by the educators. Especially in the preschool room and fdk room. One teacher in particular was very rough and physical with the children. One educator even went as far as saying "we had a nice day without you here" to a child who was away. One child was sitting in group and she was very shy so she didn't speak... One educator became so enraged and yelled at the child and said "you're a big girl now. You're pissing me off... You need to talk... Everyone else is talking. Why aren't you?" this centre is honeslty the most atrocious environment for leaving your child in. I feel horrible for saying this but if there are any parents out there who check the reviews... Please keep in mind what ive said. It's for your own good and the health of your child. I've seen first hand what goes down in this centre.

Great school! The whole staff is kind and courteous. That was my son's first school and it was a great time. I miss this school.

We recently enrolled our daughter here this year. We’re happy to see her become more outgoing due to the classroom interaction with her fellow classmates and teacher. It humbles us to know she is enjoying her time at the school.

amazing school my child has been learning a lot

Terrible experience. We sent our son who has special needs here because we thought he would receive extra support and attention. Some staff I have to say were excellent with him and understood his needs but then left for another job. Eventually the owner called us frustrated with my son and told us that she felt it was best that he not attend any longer. Worried what treatment we would receive we moved him to another school. Only to find out that the owner refused to return our deposit for his fees even though it was her that suggested we leave.

My children started in the toddler program, where they nurtured and well cared for. The casa program is outstanding with professional and caring teachers, my children were reading at such a young age. I highly recommend Etobicoke Montessori for anyone looking for a great program.

The staff are truly amazing at RDN! It was my 2 year olds first time at any care outside of home, and he transitioned very well. He has learned so much since. The food and snacks are healthy, and he has never gotten hurt or sick here. They get a lot of outside time as well, which is great. He has made lots of friends with all the children are very well behaved. I highly recommend RDN to any parent!

Excellent place kids to learn many things at their own pace. Builds character and encourages children to think for themselves. Worth every penny
