It was our first morning in Santiago after a very long flight, so we were in search of a good cafe in Providencia. We read all the excellent reviews and headed here. We were greeted quite aggressively with a demand for our mobility pass (a pass that is required to demonstrate you have received a vaccine for Covid-19.

After we showed our documents, the hostess grew more friendly.

Now…the place. It’s a fairly cool place—the neatest feature being the small roastery surrounded by glass, an implicit promise of an excellent coffee.

The coffee was fruitier than we normally get, but it was nuanced and quite good. The pastry selection was somewhat limited and ok.

The coffee deserved 5 stars and I would have rated it such, but for the curt greeting.

We found another cafe / roaster just as good, with friendly service and went there instead.
Nice place and a good vibe...but had to wait an hour to get a coffee. I had gone to the counter but the lady told me to take a seat and that someone will come. But I saw people who came after me being served their coffees and breakfast before someone came to take my order. Maybe they were regular customers, but even then a café should follow first-come-first-serve rule...
Absolutely delicious coffee in the world! I travel quite a lot and like tasting coffee in different cities, countries, continents. By far this place has one of the best coffee I’ve ever had. Personally I prefer balanced and nutty flavor over sour for coffee. Cute place with friendly staffs. I was visiting Santiago for a conference and had to have their cappuccino almost everyday.
Wow! Smells devine from the street. They roast their beans on-site, and you get to choose the origin. Nicaragua by far my favourite. Been craving an awesome Aussie style coffee after a few weeks of travelling with hit & miss offerings.

The best coffee in Santiago! I felt very fresh and nice flavor also good acidity! I want to go here every day.
My favourite place to work in Santiago. Great coffee and delicious brownies, comfortable chairs and tables, usually quiet, fast wifi. only downside is that it can get a little bit warm at the height of summer, and a little cold in winter.
You won’t find a great deal of good coffee in South America but when you do, it is good. This coffee roastery and training school is hands down the best we found in Santiago. Beans from around the world, we tried some from Uruguay and India. Both filter and milk based options. Lovely staff too.
The very best coffee I've had. I've visited lots of coffee houses over the years, so I don't say this lightly. I usually sweeten my coffee, but the barista here encouraged me to first try it out without (he said that when properly made it shouldn't need sugar) and to my surprise he was right. Off the charts!
