I purchased a refurbished machine from Freddy's business. Freddy cleaned the machine up, installed a credit card reader & made sure the diagnostics were running smoothly before delivering the machine to its destination. He's great to work with, responds to messages & has a friendly disposition.

I use a vending machine sold by this seller. It’s constantly breaking and machine is always out of order. I’ve seen him come to “repair” the machine multiple times and he was extremely rude to the buyer. Honestly, just unprofessional from the outside looking in. I don’t recommend.

The rudest person I ever worked with. Sold me a faulty machine and always has an attitude like it’s my fault I’m having issues with his cheap machines. I feel like every time I reach out to him .. he has a nasty response and I keep having the same issue every time. The drinks don’t come out and I have to open up the machine for clients all the time. I should not be having issues like this. I want a refund for my machine and removed immediately from my facility. What a waste of money and inconvenience. A nightmare and overall poor experience.

Freddy is great, a real professional from day one. I purchased 2 machines from him and I was up and running within weeks. He delivered the machines on time and taught me about the machines in minutes. Any questions I have he is more than willing to answer. I will be purchasing more machines in the near future. Fredy was AWESOME! A++++ service from the consultation call, the following up for the appointment, all the way to the actual service work. Professional and punctual. During the service work onsite, Fredy was great with explaining everything and left me with knowledge to help prevent issues in the future.

Price was beyond fair for the amount of work required.
