Never seem to get my mail delivered on time anymore...hardly ever see the mail van in heathhayes??need to up your game...

Awful. Royal Mail don’t leave my parcel in the arranged safe placed as directed and instead leave a card but I can’t even pick the parcel up as I work full time and they’re only open 8-10am!?? Incredibly ridiculous opening hours

Tina and Michael are both amazing people. They are extremely accommodating and very welcoming. This amazing couple are nothing but friendly and for the people leaving a bad review shame on you as these people would not hurt a fly. You can say oh you don’t know them personally and no I don’t but I’ve attended a few local post offices and none have been so accommodating as Tina and Michael have. Ive never had an issue since the post office has been taken over by the wonderful couple. I regularly go to the post office sending off numerous orders every other day and Tina has been exceptional. We have our own little system in place whereby I drop my orders off pay for them, I receive all the tracking information there and then and pick up my proof of postage the next time I pop in. Something any other post office wouldn’t do. They have a wide selection of things to buy in the shop,, sweets, drinks, milk, bread, cards and some beautiful handbags.
Keep both of your heads held high Tina and Michael I appreciate everything you do for the local community and myself. You’re both amazing.

Love this Post Office, friendly staff and always a warm welcome. Prefer to use this than my local Post Office because how helpful the staff are.

Has gone downhill over the past several years since new ownership. The owners took it upon themselves to develop a personal vendetta against me for some reason ever since my business has decided to withdraw our regular relationship with them (a decision entirely outside of my personal control) the owners have taken it upon themselves to personally discriminate me regardless of whether I visit on work or personal business.

They have tried to accuse me of being the cause of a marijuana smell which was present before I walked in, entirely unprovoked. And then accused me of using a fake £5 despite knowing it was real because I personally checked it beforehand as I was on work business. All in the name of bullying tactics and sourness over a situation caused by their constant price rises and sharp, stern service.

They deny electricity top-ups on the basis of them not profiting from it despite that being a necessary post office service. Then they complain I don't support them as a customer but they have nothing worth buying. Avoid at all costs as I will from now on, I'd sooner walk all the way to Hednesford to post things rather than ever step foot in here again.

Really limited opening times considering many people shop online and haven't the option to select an alternative delivery service and/or method of collection.

Fabulous service. Amazing staff who went above and beyond ensuring that my parcel had the correct post code prior to posting. On every occasion that I have used this post office I have had a warm, friendly and helpful experience. Highly recommend.

Fantastic post office. Staff are amazing, warm and really friendly. They go above and beyond to help you and are definitely the hub of the local community. Only deliver mail once a week. Also parcels never delivered on day they should be, always get a message saying someone has requested we don't deliver to your address today, well, who? Who requested that? It wasn't me and it wasn't the sender.

Had an important recorded next day delivery to be delivered the day before I travelled on holiday. Card left in door 2 days after I had gone away. On return I went to collect 10:15 am as website said open 8am to 12 pm left standing in rain for 10 minutes before a woman tells me they close at 10am now. What a joke. No wonder the government want to take away the royal seal.

they never bother delivering my parcels and if i ever miss a delivery they dont leave a card. theyve also said “attempted delivery” multiple times when nobody knocked on the door. i am disabled i shouldnt have to go out of my way to go to the royal mail office without any confirmation my package is there. at least get a phone number or something so customers can check if you have missing packages.

It isn't often that I have to go to the office in Beecroft Road to collect mail etc but on the two occasions I have visited recently the staff have been excellent, especially the lady who is usually behind the desk, she is friendly, helpful and went out of her way to help me find a parcel which had been returned to the office because we were not in when it was delivered. She promised to call me the next day to let me know what was happening but then the parcel was delivered at 7.00pm that evening, which I am sure is not usual, The Royal Mail at Cannock have certainly exceeded my expectations.

Waste of Space Can’t even deliver parcels customer service are absolutely useless rude stuff don’t even know why they’re paid to do the job. Warning to companies use of delivery services as this will be indeed to your company as parcels will not be delivered and your customers would be very unsatisfied. If I could get this zero star I would great pleasure.
