The current policy and customer service are disappointing when it comes to getting credits for a class a child can't attend due to illness or injury (as is the case with my daughter).

Last week, on Wednesday, my daughter fell at school, got a massive graze, and wouldn’t be able attend to her lesson on Thursday.

I sent an email explaining the situation and got a generic response. When I replied, I received an automatic response. I called and received an inflexible answer, including: "The policy is like that because otherwise we would be giving too many credits away." I heard that from two different staff members and I must admit this is extremely frustrating.

It feels like you think parents enrol their kids just to skip lessons, but we sign them up to attend. However, sometimes, accidents happen and expecting us to take a child to see a doctor for any minor thing in order to get a credit back it’s very very silly. Most swim places offer make-up lessons without any issues.

I had enrolled my daughter no longer ago and she loved the swim lessons with Sienna, but the lack of flexibility in such cases is frustrating and I have decided to cancel her lessons and will open a dispute with the bank to get my money refunded.

I prefer to have my daughter in a place that respects us and understands our needs.

Excellent indoor pool, idea to keep the fitness up during the cooler months.

We just had the most wonderful weeks of introducing our baby to swimming thanks to amazing educator Alexis. She gave so much energy and warmth to every lesson and thank you to her our little baby loves the water and gets excited every time . Thank you again

Facilities are really good, but be aware literally any time you try to swim there will be a number of squads (private businesses) taking up most of the lanes in the outdoor 50m pool, meaning you will need to swim with a wide range of swimming abilities. Most of the staff are great too.

Great day and lovely staff! Booked a kids birthday party at the pool. Was super easy to communicate with the staff, everything was ready and set up when we got there. Whole team was very helpful and friendly. Kids had a blast and we all had a great day and a relaxed party. Thank you

I love this leisure centre. The outdoor 50m pool is excellent for lap swimming. There’s an indoor 25m pool with kids stuff to play on plus a separate, warm rehab pool. The gym is small but reasonably well equipped and has a large yoga/fitness class area attached.
My partner and I have used all the facilities and attended classes. We love it all!

Great leisure centre with well maintained 50m and 25m lap pools. Make sure you get there early or late arvo to avoid having the lanes taken up by swim squads. Always friendly staff and lifeguards on deck. A fun place for the whole family to enjoy. Most reasonable entry prices in Perth as well.
