For parking lot just behind this, entrance on S Federal, owned by Floros Downtown LLC....PARK ELSEWHERE! Coin meters are glazed over severely so you can't read them. Can't see if your coins registered or not, or if the meter is just out of order which results in immediate tow. They go through the lot multiple times per day, as this lot appears to be in business to generate towing fees by entrapping parkers. It's often fairly empty because the locals have figured it out.

Usually plenty of parking available at this lot. Especially if you’re not scared to back in between two cars in a smaller space. But then always plenty of parking in the back.

Only has coin-only parking meters. Staying long will yield a “barnacle” on your car, which costs $180 to remove with a credit card. No signs about fines or option to park. Not shopping here in the future.
