Tight spaces not much room to get in or out of your vehicle, the entrance and exit is very tight and hard to turn into for longer cars. Caught one alloy on exit (not happy as they are new) Nearly £9 for three hours is a bit much as well.
Very unsatisfactory. The machine was broken and we attempted to pay for a ticket, and were insisted on using an app, but thought we bought a ticket from the machine. We ended up with a penalty charge notice, thinking that we had paid for the car park successfully. Be aware the machine is terrible and they want you to use your phone.

£16.50 for 5hrs... absolute rip off. Bloody tight parking spots too. Save yourself some money and park opposite the car park for £7 whole day.

To the owners of this car park, please spend some of your profit getting rid of the piss smell... absolutely vile
Perfect as it is next door to Theatre, however Many, Many negatives such as extortionate prices, parking is tight, over half an hour to exit, long queues to pay, not enough machines, all the stairwells smelt worse than a sewer.
Easy to access and have always managed to get a space. Very close to university halls of residence. About 15 minute walk into town. Very clean car park with lift facility

Standard urine smelling, expensive car park. Only plus side is there are usually spaces and it's near the beach.
Over £11 for 4 hours

Easy to find using satnav. Easy to park but it was 4pm weekday in late winter season. Like many town car parks it was expensive but very convenient.
Easy to find and very cheap to park. Stairwell is grubby and not well kept.

Found a perfect parking space. Easy transaction to pay. Would definitely try and park there again next visit.
Easy parking but look out for all the homeless lurking nearby

*WARNING* DO NOT park here, my car and three other cars were broken into and robbed in one night! Nothing but druggies and crackheads around Bournemouth. I have never had this type of problem before until I visited here.
Close to the centre of Bournemouth but not somewhere you would want to park when it is dark.
Lovely family friendly place ideal for walking the dogs and for the little people to play.
Locked our cars in 10 min before it shut and won't help getting them out. Avoid at all cost!!
Beautiful area of natural beauty , it's very popular with locals and tourists alike , if you need a place to unwind , I would suggest going to this site , far more popular in the summer , but equally as Beautiful in winter time

It is central. There are closer car parks for the beach but they have a height restriction of 2m here it is 2.1m. That is just enough difference for my VW camper.

Plenty of room. Pay by app, card or cash. Steep hill to walk into town.
Nice and cheap car park. It is up a hill so a bit of a steep climb to get back to carpark. However, not usually busy and like i said £5.80 for 20 hours is very good
Charges reasonable and five minute walk into town
Expensive parkingExpensive parking

Attended an event at the Pavilion and parking would have been £13+ in their car park. This car park is a short walk away and was £6 for 24 hours!

Paid £9 for the length of stay of the show, compared to other places this is relatively cheaper.

Took a while to get out at the end, but they did tannoy to say traffic was busy on the road which is why it was taking time for us to move. Waited approx 30 mins to leave.

Got there an hour before the show started and was on Level 7 as car park was filling quickly.

Old and tired, very tight ramps and the staircase smells bad. Could do with some maintenance. Cost £20 for 24 hours, we parked in October and there were plenty of spaces.

Lots of space even at a peak time! Relatively well priced especially for longer stays. Very steep approach from the town. Not for the feint hearted!
Great place to spend the day, but don't take my word for it ,park and have a boat trip down the river.
Close to centre and pier etc but was taken back by the parking prices…so check them out before making a decision.

Pre booked our parking for a recent show. Booking is easy enough and makes life much easier when you arrive/leave. Just drive up to the barrier, have your number plate verified and in you drive to a guaranteed parking space (not allocated). You can arrive a good time ahead of the show, which gives you the opportunity to make a night of being out out. At the end of the night, locate your car, drive up to the barrier and out you go. No need to go to the pay machine in order to leave and to pay a higher amount than if you pre book. What's not to like. Oh, did I mention that the parking is adjacent to the BIC so no hiking is involved.

Convenient for events in the BIC but an absolute nightmare to get out of afterwards. There's only a couple of pay machines so we had to queue for 10 minutes to pay, then spent the following hour in the queue of traffic trying to get out.
Very unsafe, our car has broken into and things stolen while we were there
Good amount of spaces but it's not cheap. £10 for 3 hours 😔

Bit untidy and daylight robbery to park. All town parking is very expensive at £19.80 for 6 hours.
The council know you have no choice and with all the clobber for the beach park and ride is useless.
Hey ho all part of rip off Britian. I wonder what Bournemouth would be like without the tourist £

Price point for 24 hours is great - and location is also great especially accounting the price.

You can pay at the machine or use the RingGo App, but my signal was pants so I paid by card, it's pay and display.

Parking spaces were sparse but we managed to find one so it worked for us, but

If you find a space, this is probably one of the best if not the best in the area.
Well priced and located for Bournemouth beach and town centre. Nice wide spaces and ramps.

This is a convenient place to park for access to the BIC or to local Bournemouth attractions, however the cost is prohibitive short and long term. Many car parks close to the same area for at least half the price.

Expensive £20 for 8hrs rip off as jehovah convention no option
Rediculously overpriced, dirty, smelly and very narrow for larger cars.
Completely as expected from NCP.
Bloody convenient for where I needed to be though 😁

Went on a wet Monday, around midday. Lots of spaces and easy to find. Expensive (but isn't everywhere?) and, for a couple of quid more than others, it's in an ideal location for beach and shops.

a large car park with a quick walk to the beach or the Bournemouth International Centre. However, quite expensive and going down the stairs is not a pleasure because it stinks
Very expensive but very convenient to get to Bournemouth beach with a short downhill walk. Was slightly concerned by the presence of broken glass in the carpark from what I assumed to be a car window but we had no issue

Shame that the overpriced parking is the start of a visit to the Pavillion Theatre, now paying £13.20p in order to watch a show, absolutely disgusting profitiring and definitely a bad, memory of what otherwise would be a perfect evening, yes you could find something further away but for less mobile people i'm afraid no option really.

Great car park if going to the BIC. £10 charge regardless of how long but its built next to the BIC for easy access. Bit of a queue getting out.
Small river side car park with toilets, lovely river walk and 2 minutes from café..also starting point for stour river cruise

It is expensive but it’s a very good location and there always seems to be a space available. If it was cheap, then it would be always be packed with a queue going half way down the road. If you want cheaper parking then park further away. Simple.
Easy to access carpark for Bournemouth beach. Not ideal if anyone had mobility issues as up quite a steep hill. Not even a 5 minute walk and you are on the beach.
Decent multistorey car park. Only pay & display (prepay), and only options are to pay by card or phone. Fairly reasonable pricing.

Was clean, and didn't feel unsafe at night when picking up car. Outside of the building could do with a few lightbulbs replacing though!
Free car park during the winter. Probably about 20 spaces available. Surface a little rutted in places but unless you have 5 inch wheels you should be ok

Ideal for parking close to the beach, hotels and lots of eateries. However very expensive. 32 pound for 36 hours. Paying for convenience I guess.

Had to use the parking app. It was quite expensive. Narrow bays. However it is well located and it is hard to find parking in Bournemouth.
Good location, easy to find, lots of room, good prices.
It has lifts and stairs with loads of parking space. Although gets filled up quickly on weekdays especially in the morning. But you'll still find somewhere to park.
Has an EV charging point. Unfortunately it only has a cashless paying option, you either pay by app or card.
All good no problems
NCP need to clean this place up just stood in human SHi! And caught a junkie shooting up on the stairs I literally had to climb over him NCP are aware of this they are only interested in collecting our money not stopping this ! Can I suggest the on duty staff do more often checks to stop this ! Absolutely disgusting
Very clean, accessible lifts day and night, next to the police station, 14-19 mins walk to the Bournemouth beach, next Bournemouth arts university and students accommodations, big parking spaces, great price for monthly parking payment, ground floor disabled parking spaces, and a beautiful view on the top floor.

Easy to find. Open air parking with enough gap between cars. Very close to pier and beach. But very expensive. Paid £10.80 for 4 hours of parking.
Quite expensive. The app makes things only a little less expensive if you're prepared to deal with something equally as troublesome. There's better parking elsewhere
Lovely walk along the river and access to walk further onto Hengistbury Head. Toilets and tea gardens also available near car park
The bays are very narrow, there are not many (any??) disabled bays and the signage for disabled parking is confusing The local Disabled Tax Exempt Vehicle Scheme displayed next to the disabled parking icon makes it seem as though you need to register locally to park with a Blue Badge.
Very big parking, just 10 min away from the beach, some parking places with shadows under the tree

very close to the pier and the town centre. Downside: very expensive at £2.70 / hour. The parking bays are quite narrow and challenging to navigate if the parking is full.
Good carpark. Doesn't smell like a public rest room. Only downside is there's a police station very close to the entrance.
Good parking place always spaces good rates

Nice Dog Walking place..
Banner saying £2 for 2hours, closer at barrier (small print) you realise you need the app. Once inside you cant use the app as you have a printed ticket... Ended up paying £5 for hour and half. False advertising, catching many out!
It's a small car park, so it gets busy quick! For example 24 hour parking cost £5 - I usually opt for this one if I go kayaking or paddle boarding.
There's man's, womans and disabled toilets, but they don't seem to be ever open or open for long during the day. And even if I'm lucky to catch a moment when it is open they are not very clean, so be prepared 😑

Great for the car.
A large car park, with a pavilion, Wich is ideal for families, and a short distance to the beach, plus a few entertainments. Amusement arcades, and a large cinema nearby. Plus a few eateries😆. And takeaways. IDEAL.
Fence panels blown over months ago and still there. Dumped vehicle. Bournemouth council should be ashamed. No M/C parking places.

Car park, sports ground and river walk
Busy, not a lot of room to manoeuvre, expensive. Winter Gardens is further but cheaper with more room.
Try Glen Fern carpark if you want to be closer to the beach. Madeira is 14mins walk to Bournemouth pier. Multi level with lift. About £5 for a 24hr period

Amazing it had spaces and a ticket machine definetely go back!!
Expensive because close to beach. But very close to beach, shops and aquarium.
Nice place, play area nearby for the kids. Loads of room to run about or just enjoy the view.
AVOID. Dark, miserable and uninviting car park. Very quiet and felt unsafe despite parking there in the middle of the day. All the stairways and lifts smell of urine mixed with disinfectant! We felt so uneasy there, we got the lift to the ground floor, paid the minimum charge of £4.50 and left after 6 minutes!!!!
On leaving we used the council car park at the top of the road (Richmond Gardens Multi Storey Car Park) which as well as being half the price is 500% better.
