I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Avioparking. I waited for over an hour for their shuttle to pick me up, and every time I called, they assured me they were just minutes away, which turned out to be a blatant lie. The lack of transparency and prolonged wait made my parking experience a nightmare.
I have a similar, bad experience.
Pick up was at a different location than they said (Tamoil).
Picked up a dusty car, windows was open (excuse that they opened it on the last day?), without apology.
Confused, uncoordinated, non-concurrent.
I don't recommend it.

Worst servise, bad maners and lying from drivers and staff…
We waited at the airport for them to pick us up for 2 hours!!! Its supposed to be 10 minutes, max 20. When we called they had a lot of excuses and kept lying that they were coming. They moved the meeting spot whithout informing us. When we confronted them, they were rude and not even apologised. For the cheery on top when we were living they laughed in our faces, who does that??? It wasnt the first time we used their services but definitely the last.

Excellent parking option when going to visit Venice. Polite and quick at check-in and driving to the airport. They are quick to get you there once you arrived and parked (no waiting around for a full vehicle!). Easy online reservation and received an immediate email notification of the reservation. Once we arrived back from Venice, we made a phone call to tell them we were back at the airport, and they were there within 10 minutes to pick me up. Highly recommend.
When we parked for 14 days in May 2023, on arrival we got broken brand new car. The front glass has been totally damaged from left to right side and some small scratches on right door. During parking car has been moved few times w/o prior notice.We got reclamation note by guy there who spoke very little broken English, so nothing was solved in place. So far nobody give us a call back, nobody answered on many of our reclamation request in past few months. I can garante you WORSE SERVICE EVER!!!! Don’t park there if you don’t want to have bad experience!!! They caused us cca 1000 eur damage which we need to cover out of our pocket!!! DON’T RECOMMEND AT ALL!!!!!
This parcheggio is very convenient the the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. We easily dropped our car off, then received a ride in a comfortable van to the airport with minimal waiting. On our return trip, we called, they quickly arrived in a clean, comfortable van and returned us to the parcheggio. I highly recommend this parcheggio.

Our second time using this parking space. They are fast and reliable with the shuttle service, the staff is nice, the prices are great, the car was safe and sound. Will definitely come back!
Easy and correct service. I was charged already online with credit card when reserving the parkplace, so there was no need to pay over the counter. You have to leave the key of the car and get it back at arrival. They collect guests of their parking service quickly and drive promtly to the airport. When we return, you need to call them, and the combi was already waiting at the pick up place. It takes less than 5 minutes from the airport to the Marco Polo parkos.
1,5 euro l'ora e prima mezz'ora gratuita? Si, certo, come no... peccato che se stai 31 minuti paghi 1,5 euro, se stai 61 minuti paghi 3 euro.. complimenti per la trasparenza e correttezza!
Very satisfied, excellent service, warmly recommended. Extremely quick and smooth check-in, no waiting time for shuttle to airport. When I came back, the shuttle was already there so I was on my way in no time. Thank you!

After I washed my car and carefully checked it, I need to change my review from 5 to 3 stars. When I picked my car from Marco Polo parking, my car was dirty from the dust and rain so I could not check it carefully for scratches. Later when I arrived home I went to wash my car and I noticed at least 3 scratches which were not present on the car when I left it on the Marco Polo parking. I am disappointed with that because I never had such a problem with that parking service before. Now they move the cars to another location because when I picked up the car I noticed that the car was driven while I was away, it was driven for about 1-2kms which means they moved the car to another location and they brought it back when I returned from my trip. I assume that during the change of car's location, they scratched my car and because my car was dirty when I picked it up, I did not notice immediately the scratches.
So if you plan to leave your car there, I advise you to check it very well before you leave it and check it very well when you pick it up because they might scratch the car when they drive it around.

Verso le 17 sono entrato nel parcheggio P2, per lasciare la macchina meno di 5 ore. Al ritorno ho pagato 28 eur.

L’operatore mi ha detto che le tariffe erano affisse all’entrata, ma in corrispondenza della macchina che emette il biglietto io non le ho viste…

Very happy with them. The parking lot is very close to the airport, transportation is organized there and back. You call and they come looking for you. They are very up to date. We always come back to them.
Everything went good. The shuttle came 10 min after we called them, so the driver was a bit angry of us because he had to wait a few minutes.
Due to a cancelled flight we left our care there one day longer and had to pay 5eur extra, which is a fair price. The car was in order, no demages.
The staff was ok, but the driver didn’t speak english at all.
It would be very nice if they have their webside in english.

Una Stella perché di meno non si può dare queste le condizioni della mia auto al rientro dalle vacanze il parcheggio non risponde dei danni perché a loro dire è incustodito non ostante ci siano sbarre e telecamere da per tutto vergognosi mai più ve lo sconsiglio vivamente
Their service is terrible. We were waiting for half an hour at water tank even they told us at the same spot as they dropped us few days before but van was at different direction and noone told us!!! Near water tank is not enough!!!

2 settimane fa a Verona ho pagato 33 euro di una settimana.
A Venezia park 2 Non custodito e sottolineo non custodito di 3 gg. e 13h 112euro quindi 28 euro al giorno.
Auguro a che fa i prezzi a ricevere nella vita lo stesso trattamento con gli interessi, poi ti rispondono che i prezzi sono esposti, si...li metteranno 2 km. distanti dietro a un albero.

Excellent service. We arrived to the parking at 4am and it took us maybe 20 minutes to be dropped off at the airport. You park your car in front of the office, give them you car keys, pay with cash (don't know if the have credit cards) and you get a piece of paper you use to get your car back. Upon return, make sure you call them when you get through the customs. We waited maybe 5 minutes for a van to pick us up. Bottom line: very professional crew and parking service we will definitely use again.
I was very satisfied with the staff. We had a night flight and there was no problem when we called around 1 o’clock in the morning. They came to pick us up and we waited for around 5 minutes. And then when we got to the car we saw the car with flat tire (it’s not their fault, we had the problem with the tire while driving to Italy). Alessandro (employee) was sooo nice that he helped us pump the tire at 1 o’clock in the morning. He took his time and energy to help us. We were really grateful and would definitelly recommend this place. We will totally come back. The price was also really good.
First time using this shuttle service. Excellent service, clean shuttle van, safe drive to/from airport, short waiting time both ways, speedy paperwork at arrival and departure, friendly staff and last but not least, excellent price/service ratio. I highly recommend this car parking/airport shuttle service.
Ottimo parcheggio molto comodo al terminal
Non ci sono cartelli segnaposto per ricordarsi dove si è parcheggiato. Non ci sono valide indicazioni per i pedoni, il ponticello è chiuso e si è costretti a prolungare la camminata su fondo sconnesso. Una stella in più perché la prenotazione online ha funzionato bene.
Der Parkplatz ist trotz Reservierungssystem oft völlig überfüllt, manchmal sind sogar die Gehwege randvoll mit Autos und es wird sogar auf den Fahrstreifen geparkt weil eben völlig überfüllt.
Das automatische Zufahrtsystem (Nummernschilderkennung) funktioniert oft nicht, es gibt kein Leitsystem wo freie Plätze sind, die gesamte Aufteilung ist irgendwie chaotisch und die Beschilderung ausbaufähig. Der Parkplatz wirkt unaufgeräumt und ungefplegt, eine der Brücken die man überqueren muss um zum Airport zu gelangen ist seit über 1 Jahr gesperrt, wird halt einfach nicht repariert. Danke für den sinnlosen extra-Fußmarsch jedes einzelne Mal. Immerhin ist das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit, wenn es ein Problem gibt (und das gibt es öfter) wird dem Kunden wenigstens geholfen - dafür gibt es den zweiten Stern.

It took half hour (from 23:38 until 00:05) from that 22 minutes on-line, before I got a reply. Than they started to pick me up at the airport.

Nice small aeroport, hard to believe it is one of the busiest airports in the area quiet,. And feels really cosy
During summer time hard to find free spot. Prices are ... Well, usual airport prices meaning not cheap. Good thing is they are constantly expanding and building new parking spots.
This is the worst organized airport I have been to in Europe… Even when there are hundreds of people queueing, they don’t open another line at the security check…

Ridiculous prices. You will pay 43 euro per day to park farther from the terminal than the lower cost outdoor parking. Do not use this parking. Prepay online for the outdoor parking.

1,50 per ora in in parcheggio di ospedale é assurdo nella mia città 0,50 oppure 3 euro 24 ore
Ho parcheggiato la macchina per 3 giorni ad un prezzo veramente conveniente: 7€/giorno (ho prenotato online). Il parcheggio è abbastanza vicino all'entrata e all'uscita (5 minuti a piedi / 400 metri). Unica pecca: non è presente una numerazione delle file del parcheggio e quindi se il parcheggio è pieno ritrovare l'auto è una bella missione.
Insomma...niente di speciale

Easy to return your car.
Molto veloce sia l'entrata che l'uscita avendo già prenotato online. A pochi minuti dal terminal. Però essendo a pagamento mi aspetto che sia più curato.
Easily booked online but some items i.e. covered parking are not available for booking on the website. We dropped the car off and were picked up as advertised without problem and we felt our car was safe here. We paid the price advertised online (5€ per day, Oct 2021) but it was mentioned only at checkout that this was the price for air travellers. No flight number is requested at any time and no other prices for non-flying customers are quoted, even if you book extra shuttle cost into Venice city and clearly are not taking a plane! It is not clear why it should be an issue whether you fly or not. A customer is a customer. No problem in the end for us as we prepaid, but a word of caution.
If you want to visit Venice by car this parcheggio can be recommended 100%. Affordable, including the shuttle service to pzle Roma in Venice.
Could not ask for more, even topped of the battery just to make sure.

È collegato con la aerostazione passeggeri tramite il moving walkway coperto.
È anche possibile pagare all'uscita con carta di credito. Per chi ha il telepass ci sono corsie dedicate con addebito sulla fattura dei pedaggi autostradali.

Booked online and paid in advance. When arrived at the park the automatic car plate recognition didn't work. I called several times for support but no one ever answered. I managed to get into contact only 15 minutes later, when I already had to park in another place not to miss the flight. The parking refused to reimburse anything and clearly stated to sue them in order to get reimbursed. Reply to answer: first of all, publicly disclosing private booking information denotes a huge lack of professionalism (I could also sue you to the "Garante della privacy"). Second, the booking to which I'm referring to wasn't made with my name, as multiple people were in the car. Third, I already contacted you when this happened; I'm not going to waste my time anymore.
Una volta era parcheggio libero. Adesso se devi andare a trovare una persona in ospedale, devi pagare un euro all'ora. Trovo assurda questa cosa!
These guys are always very welcoming on arrival no waiting around always off to the airport in 5 mins or so. Collection is always prompt the car is ready too no searching a big car park for its location

Long waiting time at the airport.. we call first to pick us up and wait two times to go back to our car..
WOULD NOT RECOMEND - Have been standing here for more than 45 minutes and still no pickup. Calling them every 10 minutes and all they can say is "Is comming". Horible laying people.
