Not sure if I've even been there don't drive maybe i just walked by it
I like this carpark, reasonably priced too.
Perfect place for city centre!
Very narrow spaces and very expensive compared to other spaces in the area
Usually very busy, but in a good location and decent parking
One of the cheapest car parks for the city centre. 40p per hr mon-sat 8am-6pm. Free on Sundays. No reason to use other car parks which charge over £1 per hour!

Car park brilliant, especially if you use the app. Other than that it is unusual like a lot of other places with the piss smell and junkies shooting up in the stairwells.

Have encountered a few drug addicts and needles left around the parking lot. Not safe. The number plate reading isn't reliable
As a carpark it does its job,but it is absolutely filthy the smell of piss in the stairwells used needles and packaging of them junkies lying sleeping, clothes lying around absolutely horrendous if you have kids with you be careful.
The entrance is pretty narrow but manageable. The carpark is well light and the spaces are average size. It's very secure as you have to enter your number plate to re gain entrance on your return to the carpark.
The lift wasn't working when we visited. The prices were about the same as other car parks in Belfast.
Excellent city centre parking. Using the app gives a reduction in the cost.
It is an utter delight to park a vehicle here
Don't park here got changed £11.85 for 2.5 house absolutely disgusting.Should be ashamed for yourselves charging those pricing.Daylight robbery.
Great car park, cheap and easy to pay via the app. Shame about the junkies shooting up the stair well today
Great location and fabulous price for a 24hr stay. If you download the ncp app it's easy to pay for your parking and can etend if needed. We arrived late and didn't realise when you drive up to the shutter the shutter opens so we spent a while driving around looking for a way to get it, eventually we asked someone who advised us if the shutters are down then will open as you approach😅.

Easy to get to. Withing walking distance to SSE Arena. Good cheap carpark if your at a concert in the arena plus no hour waiting after concert in carpark, just in your car and away
Convent parking to city centre and shopping. Early bird price for all daytime parking good value, £7 if in car park before 8.30am. Easy to get in and out of to the motorway.
If possible, book on the app, as it is very pricey.
It is quite tight, and the surface is bumpy in places.
The only good thing, convenient location.

Parked for 30 mins and was charged £7.95.

Filled out the online refund thing where they say they will sort it within 10 days.

Haven't received anything after 2 weeks.

Also prices displayed on the entrance to the carpark and on the pay machine are less than what it actually charges per hour.

No elevator and run down carpark despite the prices charged.
Good car park, parked for over 24hrs and it was like £7.00, didn't pre-book.
Only concern is it's a bit tight round corners going up and down.
Prices are far too high. Was able to get a parking space quickly.
Good car park. Used it while at the cinema so rates were good
Handy to the centre. Reasonably priced.
Lucky to get a spot here. It can be very popular because it is fairly central to the city centre etc.
Beware though of your time as traffic wardens do regular checks and it looked like some people were caught out.
Shocking service from this carpark where by there are no signs on approach or on exterior of building to detail opening hours. We subsequently missed our ferry sailing @ 1130 due to this carpark not opening on a Sunday till 11am. Staff on phone were unhelpful in our situation and were only interested in telling me times displayed once already in the car park. £15.80 carparking charge for 18 hours parking plus a missed ferry leaves me feeling very disappointed. I would suggest signage on exterior of building to highlight to potential customers your opening hours. I would recommend carpark opposite which we discovered this morning while standing waiting is £4.95 for 24 hours & is NCP. Pity NCP didn't have better full view for access when driving in or we would of never entered Castle Court. Also layout inside is very poor with tight kerbs.
Very expensive for what it is and the facilities aren't very nice. For slightly cheaper you can park at Victoria Square.

It's a busy car park. A little on the pricey side but it is in city centre. The car park is well marked out and easy to navigate

Really lovely carpark. Close to the City Centre and extremely cheap. Lovely wide spaces and very well kept. Will definitely be back
Customer service with a faulty ticket was awful - over the phone (terrible reception on helpline plus very bad English spoken, useless advice given aswell) and in person. Also does not accept cash which is irritating and extremely expensive. Literally park anywhere else.
£15 for a couple of hours.... Absolute disgrace.. No proper signage to exit... Got lost...
If you're looking somewhere to park your car, then this is indeed a car park.
I'm not entirely sure if a 5 star rating system applies to a car park but as a place to park cars, it fulfils it's function perfectly.

Loads of spaces and parking from 0900-2200 on a week day for £6 in the centre of Belfast is an absolute bargain.

Reasonably priced car park. Well lit, access by lift to all floors.
Wasn't sure how the pricing worked for a 24 hr+ stay, but there was someone on the end of the phone to help. Happy 😀
Love this carpark. Its a good price and a great location!
Be aware that the JustPark app clocks you out at 9pm and does not resume the ticket the following morning. Woke up with a vandalised car and a parking ticket ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Why would anyone rate a car park?
£5.95 for 5.5 hours parking on a Monday was quite reasonable. I had seen if you book its £5 for the whole day however couldn’t find a way to do this. Liked the energy saving lights always good to look after our planet and seemed very secure with reg plate access
Buen sitio donde aparcar cerca del centro.

AVOID!!!! Layout is too tight and I came so so close to damaging my car several times. The price is ridiculously extortionate and I can see why they don't put prices on display. I also heard you can't recover your car if it's still there during the evening times.
I usually park here when going into Belfast. Its reasonably priced and not too far to walk to anything
Good cheap car park near city centre and the SSE arena
Small carpark but expensive but after all it is Belfast

Great parking and close to everything. This is city owned and it’s way cheaper than the inside car garage which are a ripoff. You can pay through app or with coins. Does not take credit card or cash. After 6pm is free and Sundays is free.
I drive a big 4x4 (necessary where I live) - the car park was a bit tight , but was able to park OK. Paid online - there are also cash an app options.
Very handy. Cheap / hour. 20p/15min.

Be warned. Gates get locked at 7pm these days. Don't get trapped in the car park if you're working late!
Great on & off street parking for the cathedral quarter. Free on Sunday
Handy carpark and when app was downloaded to pay it ended up a very cheap amount.it was well worth what it cost to watch the parade.

Good
1 pound per hour. Its a bit for from the city centre.
Arrived in the car park and couldn’t pay. I had a wallet with enough money in it and credit and debit cards… but the machine only takes coins, or download the app and pay that way. Anyway, the instructions were covered by stickers or something and it made it impossible to read them.
Be prepared! bring coins or download the app… nothing else!!

Great car park , good location clean and safe .
Cheap car park just off royal avenue belfast
Very tight, if you are not good at navigating in tight spaces would recommend avoiding as damaged alloy or bumper will cost you more
This is a seriously handy location if you're staying in one of the hotels in the Titanic Quarter, with more reasonable rates than most car parks in the city.
£5 for 24H ,good price
These people are so mean.. Gave ticket for 10min which I drive in the carpark and taken out coz of lack of coins to pay parking in the machines, these machines not even accept cards. For that 5 to 10 min wait without leaving the car these ruthless people send ticket. Shameless creatures

Always a convenient place to park in Belfast at a reasonable rate, although difficult to find parking sometimes. Stay away from the car wash!! Worst ever.

Geat carpark, well lit, not too expensive.
These people are complete gansters.
Be careful with kids on the stairs!
the missing corners of the handrails are frighteningly dangerous - Belfast City Council Building Control should urgently take retrospective action to fill in with a proper handrail- - does not meet current standards.
Came back to my car and there was a huge dent in the side, reported to police but there is not a single CCTV camera in the area. Be careful with this carpark

This car park is a joke, not only can you barely move driving around it with zilch space, the lay out is terrible and it cost me £10 for three hours yet I didnt see a single clear sign indicating that this unbelievably small and horrific car park could cost so much. After going up seven levels I didnt see one single sign with their expensive and outrages prices (no wonderas they'd for sure have less customers) although on leaving there was one small sign beside the entrance with small writing telling you the price, this is in no way accommodatable. I will never park here again and advise against ever visiting. You'll spend more time trying to get around a corner than you will finding better spaces elsewhere.

Pay and display car park close to CastleCourt.
Cheap parking very handy to city centre
Handy to belfast city centre
Very cheap car parking in the city centre. Very handy to walk to the cathedral quarter but a bit longer into the absolute centre of Belfast, maybe 10 minutes. However it is just 40p an hour between 8am and 6pm (Mon-Sat) and is free the rest of the time. This is as cheap as you will find anywhere. Be sure not to leave valuables in plain sight though as this is not an attended car park and I have seen smashed windows when people have left items on seats. You can also pay without cash using the parkmobile phone app if that is easier for you.
This is a very handy car park for walking to the cathedral quarter, but is a bit more expensive than the corporation street car park at £1.40 an hour between 8am and 6pm, Mon-Sat. It is probably slightly safer than that car park too as it is in plain sight. It does get full very quickly on some weekday evenings and weekends though as it isn't a big car park.
