Greenwich cinema is so sick

It couldn't scan my debit card I thought it went thru. I got charged $40 bucks some how and a $50 fine.

$15 no overnight parking. Spots are on the roof

Normally you don’t have to pay to park with disabled veteran plates in FL but apparently 717 doesn’t believe in that. Found out with a ticket. Money hungry and poor values. At least make people aware of this before a fine.

Good spot for parking. Pay the meters with coins, by phone or with the app.

What a distortion! They charge you $40 for a whole day and you cannot pay per hour! Last year we could pay per hour.

Paid parking via the android app. Still received a ticket. Why would you give a ticket to someone who paid, if not to rip them off?

Update 12/27/22: Dear parking owner, oh I did email and tried to call last year numerous of times to clear this out but nobody ever answered except to tell once that you refused to void the ticket as according to you, I was badly parked. Then I was sent a notice of collection from a lawyer.
I sent you and your lawyer pics of my parked car and proof that everything was fine. But you and your lawyer still never answered.
I ended up just eating it and paying the ticket just to get if over with.

And that's just one story. I met with one of your employees months later as I was parked there again. I had just paid 10 min before and he walked by my car, knocked on my window to tell me he was giving me a ticket as I didn't pay. I had to show him my phone as proof. He said his app to verify who paid parking was not updating correctly so he must haven been giving tickets all the time to people who indeed paid due to his faulty app.

Great spot down the road from 2nd and Second. You do need to pay but its really easy. You will need to know your licenses Plate number in advance.

Reason for 4 star is its overpriced for a temporary stay. $6 bucks is the minimum

Arrived at 11:09 pm. After 8:00 the following morning, we got a parking violation. At$ 25.00. We sent an email to the 717 parking and no reply. We had to pay the additional $25.00 and I believe a $5.00 fee to process the payment by credit card. They are making money. I will not pay to park there again, it's a ripoff

This garage charged us $6 for parking when there is a sign pointing you into the garage clearly stating parking is only $2, the sign does not say per hour, with validation, or anything. There was no other sugared stating it would be more. When we called the help desk on the way out, she said there was nothing she could do, the sign is misleading and we will have to call the office. She would not let us out until we paid the $6. Very bad business and customer service.

I pulled into this parking garage for a night out .. Was greeted by an attendant (a friendly one) who offered cash or card option for me to park. I paid $10 cash to enter this parking garage on Saturday night (8/31) around 6:30pm. Got my ticket and that’s it. I left my car, got an Uber home and arrived at 5pm to get my car. As I was pulled up to the exit, I was told it would be $10 and I said (politely) that I paid yesterday. He told me it was impossible ... which it wasn’t because I clearly did but whatever. After 5 minutes of back and forth, I agreed to pay again. The next problem? He said he couldn’t accept cash which was all I had .. I asked him to call his boss or figure something out because at this point it had been 10 minutes and he wasn’t letting me out. In the end, the young man was extremely rude and didn’t offer me any solution. A stranger had to come and swipe his debit card and I gave him cash. Which not only is INSANE but I double paid to park in this garage. Unacceptable. Save yourself the trouble and go around the corner.
