They charge 2times higher fee for parking , 2 wheeler parking is 5 rs for 2 hours dont pay more than that , they hide the board of schedule of charges in back side of trees, cars ,you have to search for thes .

No rate tag or even parking ticket issued and they try their best to fleece. Sometime 30,40 and even 50 for the hour

The parking place is Good,ample but still avoid coming here with your vehicle. This Area is in heart of the city & is always Crowded. If you are a Puneit, you must be already aware of the situation of Parking here. If you are coming from outside Pune City, Better park your vehicle to another official parking lot created by PMC and come here by Auto Rikshaw.

Best option for parking whoever is visiting near this area. 25 rs per hour are the charges. On weekends and Sunday should reach before 10 to get the parking..else it is full

We visited on Sunday two weeks before diwali. As a localite i usually plan a trip to this area on two wheeler only but this time i thought of going with four wheeler. We usually come here with a plan to visit dagdushet ganapati and shop in tulshi bagh and laxmi road. So people with same intention may find this helpful as ive written it out of experience of visiting here many times:
About this parking:
— The mandai parking is around 3 storey big parking but get's full very quickly. We reached around 10am and still the parking was almost full we barely found a spot that too on the top floor under the direct sun. So i would recommend reaching here before 9:30 on weekends. Once this parking gets full they divert you towards another parking which is just some distance in front of it.
— Also the parking is congested so again a co driver can be helpful. The passage from one floor of the parking to another is too narrow for two cars to cross.
— For cars they charge something like 50rs per hour which i didnt find reasonable.
Other general stuffs:
— unless you're a pro driver consider having a co driver (a front passenger) who can guide you a bit through the heavy traffic and congested roads.
— If you want to avoid heavy traffic i would recommend reaching here before 10am and leaving the place late in the afternoon like around 2 or 3pm. I followed it today and definitely i faced far less traffic than otherwise experienced in this area!

Multilevel Parking place in the middle of a lot of chaos.
Being located in the middle of the market makes it a favorable parking place. There is a market in all the 4 directions of it. Entry and exit are difficult and roads are mostly crowded. Timing is restricted from 9 to 9.

Well, very bad experience we faced to park our four wheeler. It’s a small place when you go inside they gave you receipt where in time is mentioned. It’s two level parking, as it is located in center of city area you can see traffic everywhere. To find a place to park inside parking you have to be in queue you have to spend atleast min45mins. One hr they charge 30rs. I will suggest if you plan to come in city area, dagdushet temple or mandai, tulshibaug don’t come by car come by two wheeler.

It is quite crowded, rather I say a busy parking. One need to wait for long to reach to the available parking space in case of 4 wheeler. One need to wait for the leaving vehicles to pass. So, 20-25 mins will take for you to park. It is good for 2 wheelers.
Note: people are helpful. I kept my fog lights on, which drained out my battery. They helped me get a mechanic.

They charge more than what they are asked for
Few days ago there was written as 2Rs per hour for Bikes but they were still taking 10Rs per hour which means they are looting 8Rs per bike....very arrogant people over there but there is no option as it's very busy road where we can't get place to park our vehicle

Good place for 4 / 2 wheeler parking with reasonable prices on an hourly basis. Just park and shop tens free.

Congested area and Mandai is the only parking iof BMC. If you going to visit there by private vehicle then reach there before 9am, you will easily get the place but after that you will have to wait in the long que

Do not reach between 5:30Pm to 8 Pm on weekends.

Its almost full in that time. The elevator doesn't work, so drop family at entrance then park inside.. Wish it could have few more storeys.

This parking is a saviour because in Tulsi Bagh and Lakshmi Road area you can't find an inch to park a vehicle. They have multilevel parking. This can be available during week days but during weekends you may have to wait for 30-40min to get a space.

Good parking place. On weekends it gets full in the morning. Has washroom. Not a clean but ok.
5rs per hour charges. Driving to the top floor if any car comes in another direction is sometimes tricky.

If you came to shop on laxmi road then you may not be able to get the free parking on the road. It's always better to park your four wheeler here and then gather around. Normally on weekends and during festive seasons , this PNC parking is also. They charge 5 rs per hour. You cannot take your car out after 10 PM as gates get closed at 10 PM . Parking is safe . It's 4 storey building parking.

A well maintained parking space in the heart of City area. Very convenient as Laxmi Road, ABC, Kumthekar Road are just 5-10 mins walking distance. The parking has toilet facilities. Free spots are spotted through sensors mounted on the roof and turn green if space is available. Cost effective as they charge only Rs. 5 per hour.
