Just found out today after years of parking here, the council is removing the wonderful Paul and replacing the service with a ticketing system.
I only hope the Melbourne City Council redeploy Paul to another role as to loose someone with his exceptional customer service skills would be a travesty!

We are the contractors rebuilding hardware lane . The cooperation we get from the car park operators is fantastic. Always willing to help . All parking attendants is so polite and helpful. Keep up the good work
Great parking for overheight vehicles. Suggest calling site office ahead of arrival as you need to enter through their Bourke Street exit (not via Hardware Lane).
Very helpful staff.

Closes 6:30pm - lack of signage means I am now up for an $80 Uber, and a two hour commute back into the city in the morning to pick up my car.
very accessible once you recognise the entrance, good rates and excellent availability.
Booked online, arrived at carpark and all spots were full. Wilson won't issue me a refund (as part of their policies)
Carpark itself is a claustrophobic death trap.
Go here if you want scratches on your car, buckets of stress and a horrible customer experience!!
Should be shut, seriously
Worst car park. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Tiny, need a small car, 1 way in and out, car bottomed out on 1st incline, even though I pre booked, tap for card didnt work, had to use intercom 3 times to get in and employees were rude. Never again. DO NOT GO THERE.

I know it's my fault for not looking at carparks before l went to the city. But not being a city girl and the fact that we were in a carpark right next to Bourke St mall. It closed at 6.30pm on a Saturday night. I dont use my credit card to prepay to get into the carpark and l was lucky that a lovely guy also got locked out and was able to get us both back in.

I usually use this car park when I’m working in city, it’s convenient and fair price.
I recently got myself into a situation where I had to look for a missing item and Mr “Ali” helped me find it in short notice even though it was a busy night- he was very caring and responsive and I appreciate his help and I highly recommend this place ! 🙂
Has The Foundary (so called shopping centre) ever been opened since 2012 (when it closed up)?! Opened in 2007 being heralded as a "great retail" experience but ended up becoming a dud, ever adding to melbourne's endless and woeful shopping disasters?! Guess not but it was hard to imagine that this was the once go to spot to get your hardware means by being possibly once the greatest "McEwans" stores in melbourne!!! Nothing could touch the former guise until closed in 1993 which I knew it was going to be a BAD idea!! Atleast the foundary location could of had a Bunnings warehouse to keep the hardware tradition going?! But no it got closed up. I used to go to this location so much as a kid via the 1980's as it was so alive and vibrant, to this day in 2023 I'm dumbfounded on how an area like this now could be so dead with no signs of live whatsoever (just like the rest of the city dump as of now) when only 35 years ago, this very building was one of the hearts of our now dead city and all it has for show is some lousy parking spots!!!! Dump city dump parking.

It is a joke, don’t park here, massive queue to pay at the machines, often out of order, you can use a cc at the exit but no efpos. I can see 3 parking staff waiting around while people are lining up for 20 min to pay their ticket.

Do NOT enter using your bank card if you want $20 all-day parking. Please press the button and take a paper ticket. To redeem the $20 parking spend $1 at either Woolies, BigW, or Dan Murphy's, make sure you get a paper receipt. At the pay machines on B1, put the paper ticket in, then scan the barcode on the receipt and then pay. You must follow this order otherwise you will be charged full rates. The machine will give you a paid ticket that you can use to leave the car park. If you enter using a bank card Wilson will not help you, if you do the wrong order on the payment machine Wilson will not help you. I write this review in the hopes that other Melbournians can avoid being scammed by Wilson. Wilson is a greedy corporation that in my opinion is actively breaking the Australian Consumer Law.
Can't even fit a small car up there, never any parks. Should be private parking only, it's ridiculous
I would give 0 stars if I could. There's a reason all the reviews say this is the worst car park in Australia. One way in and out. Wilson will also take your booking that you prepay for and then not have the spaces available when you arrive and still take your money. Absolute shambles.
Surely this place is not legal and does not comply with Australian standards .
Ridiculous narrow lanes on each Level and passageways that only fit one car .
When you finally escape this chicken coop, you exit and are confronted with one lane to exit and pray there is no one entering the car park at the same time to force a stand off .
Regards to the architect who designed this place , keep smoking the drugs !

Small lots but readily accessible by driving in. Walk out/in a labyrinth that’s not well signposted. We all got stuck in the lift going up and down until we all decided we’d had enough and exited a floor that turned out to be ground floor.
Scary experience really. Local knowledge and experience highly valued to navigate this car park. Entrance off Elisabeth Street just after Little Collins down a narrow ramp to the card machine.

Rip off prices $50 for 2 hours. Cannot see prices before entering. Impossible to blackout without entering.

Used to be a great spot to park car now most of the bays are reserved, why even offer parking to public
A reasonable price of 12 dollars for Saturday all day parking. The location is relatively centralised where you can walk to most of the shopping centres and venues. Highly recommend if you are looking for a good parking spot.

Entering the car park and exiting can be tricky.
When you enter, you can enter via both side of the pillar where right hand is slightly wider than the other. This right side is also an exit as well so be cautious!

There is no parking ticket pay machine. You need to pay at the counter situated near the entrance.

Would rate lower if possible. $80 parking for early bird that no longer exists. Only way to get “flexi rates” now is to book online, which isn’t stated unless you go to their website.
Very rude staff member as I got to ground level telling me that i shouldn’t be using the lifts, belittling manner, Poor signage.
Booked and paid for our parking spot via the Wilson Website
We got there at around 3.00 pm for our car spot, unfortunately after driving to the top floor their was no parking spaces available
I also noticed 4 other cars looking for a parking spot
After wasting our time we ended up finding a parking spot at another Secure Parking across the road
We wasted so much time and we were late for our show
NEVER AGAIN
Absolutely could not believe this place and I'm kicking myself for not coming here first to see the reviews. Couldn't even find a park (despite pre-booking) so had to make my up and down the levels in a tight single lane. I don't get how this is even legal, it's incredibly dangerous and I'm just lucky I didn't bump into another car on the way up or down otherwise it would have been madness.

Broad daylight theft. They have a large shifting sign and do not mention the hourly rate till you’re in the car park and too late to reverse out. Horrible. $24 for an hour?! Don’t recall parking in heaven!
WORST CAR PARK EVER! Would give 0 stars if I could. Credit card payment is a joke without the boom gate opening, all while having incoming traffic, and the operator providing no assistance. Spent twenty minutes to try get out - and multiple transactions on the credit card that now need to be disputed because their credit card and intercom system is just as faulty as their carpark. AVOID!!! Never again!!

Probably better than other city parking, i'd argue its easier to navigate, however some parking spots are smaller than others.
weekend and night flat rate are decent, otherwise go online to save some bucks. Near to most things in the area.

Good flat rate on a public holiday. I have been stung here before on a weekday. Can be very pricey if you don't read the signs properly.

Great central location which makes it convenient if visiting the CBD. Also booked online for weekday evening parking so you can get a better deal pre-paying. Getting back in can be confusing as hell especially after hours when the main entrance to Galleria is shut, so make sure you know how to get back to the level and the pedestrian entrance is shared with the car ramp at exits (as informed by security) - just make sure you're aware of this if you haven't used this park.
Cheapest parking I've found in the city

Good rate for weekend parking. We arrived around midday and eventually found a few parking spaces available on level B3 after 10 minutes circling around. Great that each space is numbered.
Took us 20 minutes sitting on the exit ramp to leave via Little Lonsdale Street, should avoid this exit. Maybe Lonsdale Street exit is better?
- Taffic Light at Little Lonsdale and Russel Street intersection poorly timed, always blocking exit with street traffic.
- lots of Pedestrians coming across exit also causing stops.
- Customers using Credit Card to paid at exit and fumbling their cards also causes more hold ups. Quicker to pay at pay stations.

Park here if you want to damage your car.
Ca park is poorly designed deceptive in the sense that it looks like there is room for 2 cars going in opposite directions to pass each other safely, turns out no. Now the entire side of my car is scraped from trying to turn a corner without cutting in front of someone going the opposite direction. Cant believe I have to pay money to park here.
I recently booked this carpark for a photoshoot and they were such a breeze! The management team were super helpful and responsive - and if any producers are looking for a rooftop/carpark for a shoot I would absolutely recommend Bourke Street Square Carpark 👍🏻

Quite lovely of a car park. Clean, however low ceiling for taller vehicles. 2m limit. Beware, the lift levels do not match the levels painted on the wall. Lift label "Basement 2" is labelled as "Lower Carpark" on the actual carpark wall. Which makes navigating your way back to your vehicle rather difficult.

Cheap as for afternoon parking, was only 6 bucks for half an hour and close to Swanson St!

Great location, great weekend rates, and the rooftop makes an awesome place to take photos of your car (or whatever)!

One of the best parking lots in the city. Great location, and great facilities. You can also get discounted/free parking if you buy something at QV (needs validation). Manny was working at the validation booth during my last visit, he was very helpful and provided great service.
I use this place often when in town, it's convenient, spacious enough and around average pricing. Extra credit to staff member Marmoud who found my phone near the payment machine and went out of his way to email via the card in the folder and arrange its return.

Bourke Square Parkings address is 392 Bourke St. However the only ENTRANCE is on Hardware Lane which is a dead end, one way street accessed ONLY from Bourke St. Parking spots are narrower than average and double parking, nose to tail, is enforced on weekdays so you may be boxed in. Anyone double parking is MEANT to leave their keys with an attendant. Doesn't always happen though, and if you don't want to leave your keys with a stranger, don't park here. If you do get boxed in, it can take quite a while to get the attendant and have a car moved so you can leave. Entry exit ramps are NARROW and especially if you have an SUV large car, care has to be taken not to scrape your car.
