The staff is very unprofessional, Good Luck dealing with Sherrie. Oh she’s such a joy first thing in the morning’s 😒😶when running a business having politeness doesn’t hurt. Maybe the owner should invest in career development courses for the staff, to teach them how to deal with the public. It’s very frustrating when you come in the facility and the first person to greet you is on the phone”personal phone” and you always feel rushed. Child care is a delicate field and you need caring individuals to be on the front line for caring parents.

I found Klub Kid when my daughter was 4 and She’s been going there every summer since.. I appreciate the staff, the cleanliness and their communication skills. I never have anything to worry about when it comes to dropping my daughter off because I know she is in good hands and they are very patient even when she has hard days.

This is my sons first time ever attending a summer camp and he love going to Klub Kid. It’s close to where we live. The staff is friendly, respectful and communicative. They keep it clean and welcoming to new comers like myself.

My daughter has been attending after care here since the beginning of last year and she absolutely loves it there. She started summer camp this summer and she can’t get enough. The summer weekly activities definitely keeps my daughter active, makes me wish I was a kid again. The whole staff is incredibly nice and professional. The director; Mrs. Q makes sure to keep the parents up to date with important information via email. You’re always greeted with a friendly smile once you’re let in to the center (doors stay locked, have to keep the kiddies safe). They’re also open until 7pm, so it gives me plenty of time to pick her up in the evenings without rushing. Finding this center was a heaven sent. Happy child, happy parent.

This Before/After Care & also Summer program is wonderful. My daughter love it here as everyone are so welcoming and nice. Ms. Q remains very professional as an (owner)at all times no matter the situation. She send reminders in emails, just always consistent with information about anything going on. All staff wants the best for the kids and work with them on all levels through good or bad days. My experience with the service of such a wonderful program from a parent perspective is wonderful and I would like to say I am very proud of her as a women. Keep up the good work!

This is my first time using Klub kid summer enrichment program. I love the family environment! My daughter loves going to Klub kid, and I do too! The whole staff is caring, loving, and has great communication, and even greater intentions, and customer service. The hours are awesome. The center is always clean and organized. The quality of care overall is outstanding, and you can’t beat the price! My daughter now wants to attend the before and aftercare program. If your in the area and looking for care for your children look no further! Klub kid is it!

I have used Klub Kid for summer camp, my daughters b-day party, & their after care program. The service Ms. Q and her staff provide always exceeds my expectations. My daughter loved the summer camp so much I decides to enroll in their after care program. I love that their programs are not just focused on fun they also incorporate learning. My daughter homework is always complete when I pick her up and if not they let me know. They also take the time to check to make sure its correct which is great. They are also very responsive to emails, phone call and text. The center is always clean. I always feel welcome when I come in the center. It is very affordable and it is also great that they are open until 8pm!! Overall, I would definitely recommend Klub Kid for event and/or child care!!!
