My friend Michelle and I abseiled down a rock face on Mt Wellington on Saturday. Phil was very encouraging, patient and a great laugh. Every detail was explained to us before we went down the rock face. Would absolutely recommend Aardvark Adventures. Can’t wait for our white water rafting with them in the near future. As a side point, taking something nice to eat, with a little extra for Phil will always be appreciated lol.

We were beginners, my family and I had never done abseiling. Phil was our guide and instructor and he was great I and my family felt very safe in Phil's care and we all had a great day as well as facing my lifelong fear of heights. This was the highlight of my trip.

Did the Gordon dam abseil. I actually found it a tad unprofessional. More instruction is needed. Everything felt a little unsafe .

Aadvark adventures was admittedly hard to contact during booking, but as soon as I got through to them we had no issues. Visiting from SA, knowing we probably won't do this again, it was a worthwhile, exciting and exhilarating experience. Phil was helpful in organising the abseil and Macca was our guide for the day. He was very informative and made us feel safe and made the trip really fun and enjoyable. Great day, beware the 470 stairs on the way back up!!

Awesome experience abseiling down Gordon Dam with Phil as our instructor. Extremely safe, fun and memorable experience. Highly recommend to all!

Had a great day out there with Phil... He'll make sure you're too busy laughing to even worry about being scared 😁. Would strongly recommend Gordon Dam and Aardvark if you are planning a trip down Tasmania, one of the most beautiful places in Australia and absailing is a whole heap of fun.

Had a blast with Phil, Macca, Joey and Alistair at the Gordon dam abseil on Easter Sunday!! The team conducted abseil safely and ensured it was fun for us all!!
