Esselworld, one of the best amusement park to visit. This amusement park has a variety of thrilling rides, a water park and lot more to have fun. Best weekend destination to spend time with family and friends.
Facilities are well maintained and staff of the amusement park is also well trained on the customer service part. For kids it is the best park to have fun.

This place is very good for Enjoyment, the staff here is very good, there are a lot of games here, But I have bowling, go-Karting, VR games and cricket I liked these games very much, tried all the other games too, I liked it and here there are many games for children, the food here is also very good, but here you should increase the time given between each game a little. Special thanks to My Rahul sir who brought him here to give him a treat for his birthday party and we all enjoyed it very much.

Loaded a card with 1000 rupees.
It gave me access to 11 games .
I was accompanied by my child and my mother .
There was no access to any help. The expectation was for me to figure things out. I went to the counter and asked for help.

My overall experience was very unpleasant. I was with a child and there was no help offered in maneuvering the games. My money was wasted and it is not something I would recommend with a small toddler. Probably good for adults or a group of grown up kids.

One of the oldest theme park located in gorai. Currently closed, you can visit there Essalworld Bird Park, which have variety of bird species available to see.

Experience of Birs Park was just beautiful. The park is well maintained and everybody can enjoy, feel and understand different birds in park. There are all foreign birds..no Indian Birds. Visit there between 11am to 2pm..birds are also active and fresh.
I enjoyed the bird feeding activity that was superbbb

Extremely dirty.. extremely dangerous for kids.. especially the play area with the ball pit.. it's unmonitored and extremely unsafe and unhygienic..I will never visit even if offered a free visit.

Very Nice Water park , superb arrangement by park they take care of all the needful things. Would suggest every one to go in week days if you want to enjoy the rides.

It's a good bet for small corporate events. Multiple games for adults such as cricket, bowling , billiards and others . You can book these games prior to come so you don't have to wait for your turn. Go-kart is the centre of attraction here. Kids will love this place.

Visited this place with my daughter. Great place for children. Although the games are expensive. VR games are quite good. Bowling, Cricket and Go Karting are all time favourite of all, so need to book in advance due to the rush. New Game Card comes for around ₹2499/-. You can play games for around the same amount with it. They have a Resturant also. Booking done through Zomato Dining gives a good deal at the Restaurant. Worth going for people of all ages.

We visited this place for bowling as I enjoy bowling a lot. Trust me I totally enjoyed the arcade games as well as VR games. Perfect place to sort out your weekend 😄 visit with your family and friends and I am sure you are gonna love it. Also, the food was delicious 😋🤤 must try out biryani and their mocktails.

My children used to come here but on my last visit I was disappointed because of their new rule that is game count, means recharge with 3,000/- and play any 60 games.
No doubt the staff and services are good.

I had currently visited smaaash with my parents and it was a wholesome day as we played arcade games and it was very nostalgic✨
We also tried VR games and they were so good and fun.
We had fun in bowling & go karting. They have the biggest bowling alley with 10 lanes and an amazing go karting track✨

Recently I have visited smaaash with my daughter, where I explored their fantastic arcade games, vr games, box cricket, bowling alley and go-karting track. From start to finish, it was an absolute blast!
We spent our weekend awesome with yummy delicious food . Smaaash has certainly raised the bar for indoor entertainment, and I can't wait to go back for more adventures!

Smaash is an extremely amazing place for games . I love bowling and smaash has the most amazing bowling experience with 10 lanes which is wow. Go karting is another thing which impressed us. I loved the place their ambience and everything. The food they have is also extremely good . Overall I had a great experience with my family.

A great place to host a bday party for kids. We recently had a bday party for our 10 year old and they had super fun…our host harshala and Shraddha were super cooperative since the time of booking till the end. Everything was taken well care of starting from decoration, hosting, food etc. Thankyou so much team. Highly recommended.

Worst Staff You can find. We won 1000 tickets in a game Machine in front of 3-4 other people. Once we went to the counter for redemption of tickets, they clearly denied saying that the machine was faulty and we will refund only the game amount which we played for that game. They will then show you their terms and conditions which is not even printed properly and to which I raised objections. The staff is absolutely rude and will continuously threaten you. The manager Mr.Shaukat even told me that I am currently wearing my uniform otherwise he would have seen me. I urge strict police action against these goons.

So we celebrated our daughter's birthday here. The arrangements were excellent. Harshala was helpful from day 1 coordinating everything. Shweta coordinated the kids very well with games, VR, bowling. The planning was really good. Kids were served warm food. Overall was very happy I chose timezone palladium

It’s raining outside and there is no outdoor activity to do, friends are getting bored at home lets go to Smaash for some amazing like bowling, Cricket, various arcade games, winning rewards for playing redemption games and enjoy amazing F&B after gaming. I went there thinking would spend 2-3 hours but ended up being half a day..there are so many super games that you won't feel like going home..bowling space was too good with beer pints and frnds is all you need. Food here was amazing and the staff is really friendly and polite. Visit this place right now and you surely won't regret.

Good games but very expensive. Food and drinks however are fair prized and good to enjoy. Games equipments are fine and Bowling and Cricket Alleys are well maintained. Staff service is good. Also this Smaash considers itself separate from other Smaash game zones. So, card issued here cannot be used anywhere else and you have to spend minimum 2500 to get the card.

I visited here yesterday, I often go to timezone but yesterday we had so much fun my friend I had played lots of games there , the staff is very good and polite if you need any help of can't understand the function of those machines you can ask them for help their team will help you , to play game, you need A card which you can purchase from the counter, if you have any questions don't feel shy to ask for help from the sfatt they will help you , just enjoy the life.

You have to make a card before you start playing. There are many games you can play, and for each game you play, you earn tickets, and you can also win prizes. Tickets you earn can be redeemed into any gifts. It's a very exciting and fun concept. You can play games as well as you can win some great prizes. Cards are of three types: red, blue, and gold. All have their own benefits. Also, there is a TimeZone app where you get some good offers. So why wait to visit your nearest venue and have some great memories to cherish. I highly recommend TimeZone for everyone and every aged person.

Honestly the place is nice when it comes to games entertainment but no value for money.
Some of the games are not operational.
Some couldn't be used as there was no staff.
The card sometimes doesn't work and one has to waste time going to the counter to check.
They are not even organized when it comes to birthday party celebrations.
Things are so haphazard.
Staff doesn't know what to do and is slow unless and until told.
Especially when there are other birthdays it's chaos.
Management is very poorly managed .

Whenever I visit the shop to play cricket, there is wating for 2-3 hours. There is no online advance booking. Made my card balance zero. Stating its been 6 months I have not used, though I visited many times.

Rcity time zone massage chairs are not working. for kids there is no games age group 2yrs. There is no car working. Compare to Kurla phoenix. Kids games are there in Kurla

Won’t recommend Go Kart as they control the speed for each car and during mid lap my car speed was killed compared to other cars that totally takes away the fun element. When I questioned they didn’t have valid reason to do so.

Fun experience for kids. It’s expensive, still its crowded on weekends. There is a roller coster as well and few more rides. All Kids from 3-17 yrs can enjoy their time as long as there is enough money in the pocket. 😀

Not so good experience

Decent place but not very safe and fun for toddlers. Super crowded on weekends. Lot of areas where it's complete dark. Even the staff is not very attentive and helpful. Good part is parents can accompany their kids everywhere. Charges - ₹ 499/hour on weekends and ₹ 449/hour on weekdays. Overall an ok place for kids above age 5.

Kids love it. Good place for birthday parties too.
