My grandsons here in Monroe, good thing the bounce house, is available, we go everyday, but it doesn't burn my littles energy, they love to laugh and jump,, I see parents can jump too.. thanks for fun

My kids still love going here, but most times, I dread visiting. Oftentimes, the bigger kids don't obey the rules, especially the no running rule. Sure, the kids are gonna run sometimes; they're having fun. But most of the bigger kids are darting around the entire floor, and it's unsafe for everyone else. They need to hire more attendees to make sure the rules are being enforced. When we visit the employees are very scarce. Sometimes, there's only one covering the whole floor.

They charge too high of a price with how ran down their facility is. It's unclean, things need to be fixed along with multiple trip hazards. This facility is not at all like the pictures they post on their website and even the ones that are here don't work. Either they need to fix their stuff or stop overcharging.

I have never been there but I really wanna go. MIP (majestic indoor playground) sounds like my dream location and I am willing to invest money to see MIP thrive. GO MIP OR GO HOME!!

Missing a lot of the attractions they used to have but haven’t lowered their prices any. No more wipe out, no game screen, no balls for dodgeball or the basketball hoop. It’s an over priced joke now. Everything that’s left is ran down and taped up.

We visited today. The zip line was non operational. There were parts missing from the obstacle course. The front computers for waivers were not working correctly because the keyboards were sticky. The prizes on the wall are obviously not winnable due to the buildup of dust/dirt. The floor personal were sitting on the floor, leaned against a pole, and never moved. We left after 30 minutes because the kids couldn’t even jump in the pits because no one was monitoring the kids that stayed in the way of the jumpers. There should at minimum be a sign telling you the best features of the park were not available, or offered a discounted rate because of the non working features. This place would be a total flop for a birthday party. Disappointing Saturday outing.

My son & I just went today . Our lane kept hanging up on us . Then we found out the hard way we had a time to get out . Nothing was even mentioned about that part .
He paid around $40 for 1 hour ? Really ! Paid $40 for 1 hour plus a lane that kept hanging up !

Really fun had good food and it’s just awesome

customer service over the phone was terrible. Kept taking me on and off hold, heard everything they were saying in the back ground and the last time i got taken off of hold they hung up. I stayed quiet but that’s very unprofessional and rude.

Perfect birthday spot for my 5 year old. Hostness was amazing! The birthday set up was super cute.

This place is amazing. The owner and staff are very hospitable and overall great people. We were on a road trip and needed to get out of the car for a bit. This was the perfect option. I'm so glad we stopped by. Great facility. Clean environment. Great staff. Thank you for making us feel welcome!

Thos is a place of fun anytime I'm Louisiana we take full advantage of Spartans. The pizza is bomb the workers are dope and they understand kids so yes they definitely knw how ro keep us coming back, just add wings to your food menu and you Win Big.

It was fun, clean atmosphere, and friendly staff. Some of the choices in songs where inappropriate due to language for the kids under 13 years old. Overall the kids had amazing time.

It was OK. There were a bunch of teenagers running around and none of the employees said anything to them. A parent whose child almost got knocked down finally went over and told them they needed to stop

Friendly staff. Just may need to use some Windex or comet every once in awhile. All mats are dark and could easily be cleaned. Windows all have prints on them and they just opened.... Got to think about appearances.

I took my two grandsons to Spartan. They both had a blast. We got there at about 7:15. It wasn’t crowded and there was plenty of room. We will return.

Good way to spend time with family and friends. Never had any issues, just a good time.

VERY fun, family oriented, reasonable prices, and great management. Had all 3 of my children's birthday 🎂 party's there on separate occasions and all 3 went well.

Family fun! Cool things to do like zip lining. The prices are $13 for an hour or $20 for two hours. There are several trampolines and cube pits. They can also dive into one of the pits, just no back flips. There's a bar to balance on and spar.

Great experience! My nephew had so much fun! Don't really want to leave when it's time to go home. 😂. Awesome staff, very helpful. They also have lockers so you can put your things. Thumbs up! 😉
