Good facility, the arcade games suits wide range of ages. Our host Shammy was superb! She tended to every kid and made them felt very special. The birthday kid definitely had a blast.
Lauren & Rio has done a great job coordinating our kid’s birthday party. It was a fairly big party on a busy weekend afternoon. They have managed to get all the kids sorted throughout the party, which is probably one of the toughest job. They have a very good attitudes and very knowledgeable about the party progress. I would highly recommend them and Zone Bowling Cannington. Thanks a million!
We had our 10 year old daughters party here and it was awesome. Jack was our party host and he was so accommodating to all the kids including the younger siblings. The kids all had a blast and I'm sure this will be a birthday that my daughter members for a life time. Thank you to Jack for everything you did, you were amazing.
I went with 3 friends to complete the Sherlock Room and had the best fun! The staff were amazing and a huge shout out to Lee for being an absolute trooper and putting up with our shenanigans.
12/10 would recommend if you want to test your friendships and have a fun experience all at the same time. Good luck escaping

We really enjoyed our 2 games and drinks...we had fun as we hadn't bowled for a long time. Ordered food. Yum! Prompt service delivering to your lane directly. Customer service was great. Everyone friendly and helpful. The music was enjoyable and not too loud, loved the atmosphere all round. Thanks. Will be doing this again 🎳

Zyah was the party host for my son's birthday day. Zyah was awesome with the kids, going above and beyond to make sure birthday boy had a blast. She should be commended.

Had such a great time here with my friends. We did the witch's potion room together and it was definitely a memorable time. Our game master Rolando did a wonderful job assisting us with the whole experience. Will be back again to try more rooms!
We tried the witch’s potion room and were so impressed by everything! Challenges were so well thought out but didn’t feel impossible to solve. Would 100% come back again and check out the rest of the rooms. Great experience and the game masters were so friendly and helpful- top notch!
Very enjoyable hour in the Sherlock Holmes room. Extremely well done and complex puzzles in a number of linked rooms. We failed to escape, (probably a bit too hard for first-time escapers) but we had a great time. Many thanks also for the friendly welcome and support during the game. We will definitely be back.
Came here a few times with family and have been stunned at how amazing the rooms are! We did Frozen King and Witch's Potion. Design was amazing and the props were so fun to use on the puzzles. Rolando did an amazing job as Game Master with us!
Completed the Jumanji themed room and it was awesome. Just the right level of difficulty and we enjoyed it thoroughly. Tiffany was great and she was very patient and clear with her briefing and ensured that we were clear before we started the session. Will definitely be back for the next room. 👍
I have started coming here more often than Timezone Northbridge to fuel my maimai addiction as this iPlay's maimai machine is far better maintained and the buttons don't stick as much, and for that I thank you iPlay. However internet connection issues need to be fixed!! internet drops out so often resulting in offline games which means your hard earned results aren't saved, it's very discouraging when I spent hours there and all my games are offline 😔 I hope they can fix it soon
I had my first ever escape room experience with Lost Reality and I’m thankful I did because they made my time there so memorable! I love the aesthetic of the room that we did and the puzzles were fun with the right level of challenging. We had a lovely game master, Rolando, help guide us through the escape room. He had a very positive attitude and gave us hints that were helpful but not too obvious. All-in-all I will come back again excited to try the other rooms they have to offer!
Such a bad experience and what a ripped off paid $12 for my daughter to do climbing supposedly for 1 hour but the attendant cut us off for 45 minutes. The most annoying thing is the attendant keeps asking me about the time while attending my child. It is not enjoyable but a disturbance. Management should have a clock around for their own preference or a buzzer to notify the customer that it is about to be due and stop disturbing the customer.
It's OK for a bit of fun. Most machines are beaten up and many were not working which is disappointing. Needs some serious TLC to get it back to a better condition.
The time card for play is OK but most of the games you get unlimited go's on is the prize/ticket games which you don't accumulate the tickets on a timed card as it comes with a pre fixed amount. I can understand why they do this but really they should include unlimited play on the bigger arcade games too.

If you want to have a quiet time doing bowling I recommend you come as they open, me and my friends had a session booked for 9am and we were the only ones there. The food is good and reasonably priced, there's also arcade games for the kids to play aswell as a photo booth, and a party centre for birthday parties. 12pm and after is usually when its the most busiest.
First time visiting Zone Bowling Cannington as a #mumofboys taking my youngest and 5 friends. It wasn’t my son’s first time visiting though. Really like the place. Chris (and another guy) was very helpful and he went above and beyond to help me. Food was good and the place was clean despite it was a busy Friday evening. The tickets exchange place has a lot of gift selection. Will be visiting again definitely. The Mega fun pass was a really good deal to purchase!
Paid for a $50 card, went in there just now for Father’s Day with my sons to play some games, every second game was not working properly, there was no basketballs in the game, so we couldn’t shoot at all. There was no ping pong balls in the beer pong game, no rings in the ring toss game, I won tickets on another game but they just didn’t get added onto my card. It’s unbelievable how many machines aren’t working.
Our kids love a stop at iPlay Westfield Carousel. It's always such a treat for us to stop here for an hour or so whilst shopping. They offer reasonable packages for the games and have space for kids parties including the climbing walls and bumper car section. Their arcade games machines are modern, updated and well looked after! Don't forget to redeem your tickets for some treats or toys after! 😉
So happy to play at iPlay Carousel. I came there to attend my friend's daughter party. So many different games there. It's not just enjoy for kids but we are an adult can enjoyed it too.
We had wonderful experience celebrating our son's 10th birthday party. Our host Chloe was awesome. She looked after the kids nicely and assisted us in every way. We will really appreciate if you guys have more vegetarian options available on the day in the cafe as we were told that you can order on the day but there were not many options to pick from.

We talked to one of the attendants and she gave us free 2 games but we paid double money 💰 for the single/one game.

A nice place to kill some time before a movie. It's quite a large area with a variety of modern games. There is also a dodgeem bumper car section at the back and an area reserved for parties. Price is decent. You can expect to spend quite a bit here if you are not careful.
