I would not recommend this venue for a birthday party, I was extremely disappointed with everything from the room decor to the food. For an extra thirty dollars they will add on a "theme" all it consisted of was 10 plates and a table cloth, no balloons and no other decorations. The food that was served was 2 frozen pizzas not even a good quality frozen pizza it was more like a 3.00 "party pizza". I asked my party host for a pitcher of water and she brought me warm tap water and a stack of cups. The drinks for the kids was a box of kool-aid jammers in a flavor that they didn't even like. Then to top it off as I was paying after the party the cashier handed my daughter an old teddy bear off the counter that was probably touched by a million people. I only gave 2 stars because the facility was clean but this experience was just terrible and i felt embarrassed to have my guests here.

1st impression, we walk in and they kick us out saying no session in progress...with no explanation. The girl who came over was just cold and very unwelcoming! We just had coffee with us plus our kids stuff and they said we could not come in! The seemed like they could care less about customer service. My lasting impression was if you don't like our rules just go away...we also tried to watch and assist our daughter with our teenage son and they said he could not without paying!! Really????? People??? You are terrible and unfriendly!!! Stay away from this place!

This place has gone downhill. Still using Covid as an excuse to limit play times is ridiculous.

I paid $12 for my 4 year old to get told multiple times she couldn’t do this and that so she bawled in my arms most of the time because she was scared of the big kid section but wasn’t allowed in here size appropriate area.

We watched two children pushing other kids down and no one said a word to them.

I watched a mom with a baby play for 45 minutes, neither wearing socks but the second my friend went in with her baby the staff swarmed her and told her she had to get out if she didn’t get socks on her baby.

We use to love coming to Megaplay but this will be the last time. Very disappointed.

Clean and affordable but loses it's appeal quickly. The strict rules between toddler and grown kids where they can play, where they cannot, leads to allot of frustration with kids. Ex. If you have a 3yo and 5yo they cannot play in the same area. Also the merry go round is for 3 "and under" but a family was trying to load their 2yo on and it doesn't stop at all to let the kids grab on. My opinion is it's unsafe for under 3. So it's this cool thing almost no one can play with. Either they are too old or not physically developed enough.

So if you're under 3 you have a ball or and slides. Over 3 a fun house and bounce house. And a decorative merry go round.

My granddaughter was very excited about having her 4 yr birthday party here. First I want to say the staff here doesn't have customer service skills for this type of venue. When the pizza was bought to the party room I noticed the pizza was not cooked all the way, the cheese wasn't even melted it was luke warm so she passed out the pizza and drinks to the children I noticed they were picking at the pizza instead of eating it. I know for sure children love pizza but these children left pizza on their plates. There were 3 whole pizzas left on the cart. I went to the counter and explained to the young lady that the pizza was cold and not eatable so I requested to go boxes for the pizzas and was told they had no to go boxes therefore we couldn't get the pizzas. This is very unprofessional customer service. The children were very disappointed with the pizza. I asked to speak with a manager and was told she wasn't there the young lady at the cash register said she had spoken with the manager and was told we would be refunded back our money. The other young lady acted like it was nothing me being upset with the service we encountered today at MegaPlay. I would not recommend this facility for a children's birthday party at all.
So everyone left this place hungry and was taken else where for something to eat.
I would recommend having a manager on the premises when something like this happens again

The private MEGA party was worth every penny! The staff was helpful before and after the event. My son truly had a great time with all his family and friends

This place is awesome! Such a perfect fun activity center for kids, it has all the best combo of things toddlers love: bouncy house, multiple slides (one set for toddlers, one for older kids and a bouncy slide too), ball pit (for toddlers) and obstacle like course setups. Honestly for $11 I think it is worth it. We will definitely be back many times. To me this is like a playground indoors, a good place to take our kiddo to burn energy when the weather is chilly or rainy.

The facility was clean and nothing was damaged (which another reviewer had complained about in an old review), the staff were very courteous and helpful. Some reviewers complained of a strong sanitized bleach smell, which we didn’t notice.

If it’s your first time they work in scheduled sets of 1-1/2 hours. We came a little late into the first session on Sunday but one hour was plenty of time for my three year old to have an awesome time. There is a separate toddler area for ages 3 and under, this was a great safe area for just the little ones. We didn’t get anything from the concession stand, so no comment there. Overall would recommend this place for sure! I’m so glad it’s here and our girl can’t wait to come back.

Heads up we noticed it was quite chilly inside, i don’t know if that’s because it’s January or is always the case but I wish I’d packed a sweater for our kid, you might want to dress in layers!

Took my kids here for the first time ever. My son was thrilled because he once saw an episode where Blippi went to an indoor playground and was so excited when he arrived. Both my kids loved the ball pit the best. Not too expensive. $11 for my son. Adults are free. My daughter was free too since she wasn't really playing (she can't walk or crawl yet). Food was subpart and kind of pricey for the quality. It was clearly microwave ready pizza which they charge $12 for. But will definitely visit again sometime
