I planned a birthday party here and it our host ZANIYAH, is the SWEETEST , and has the MOST POSITIVE ENERGY, Thank you for hosting our bday party !

SECONDLY,, we had a terrible situation that happened here. One of the employees, hit my daughter in the eye with 1 of the hooks for the rock climbing wall at the beginning of the summer. I did try and call back so that my girls could go back for the rest of the summer on them and never heard anything back. I do know that the employees are very young and I did not want the young lady to feel bad but I ended up having to take my daughter to the hospital because her eye was bleeding pretty bad. KIDS are very much so resilient. So just this past week I took my girls back and we were given the free visit and lunch on them. .....in which I am still looking to see if they are willing to give up the season pass or a pass until Dec. 2024.

Third, I will say finally that the park is great, just better overview of your employees if you are going to hire young....They are in a phase of learning accountability and taken responsibility.....But DO NOT GET ME WRONG, THE management attitude with us returning and helping has been positive and refreshing. ......

Super fun for the whole family!! Laser tag, virtual reality, zip lining, and all the trampolines you could want! All activities included with premium passes, cheaper passes also avaliable. Great for kids of all ages. It's great for a day full of workout in a super fun way. They also offer food like pizza, wings, popcorn, and drinks. We just keep coming back, so much fun. Bring your socks with you when you come back so you don't have to pay for a second pair. :)

As a loyalist to Dave & busters, I prefer this arcade over everything in our state, including Dave/busters in Raleigh! Family run business and best prices per play. Hope it keeps thriving!! 🌞🙏💯

Went on the weekend in the wasn't busy. There was a lot of different activities for kids to do. I was able to spend 3 hours there. Definitely get the summer pass, it is worth it. Only negatives is video games are expensive and food is expensive also. So don't go there for arcade and bring snacks.

It was very fun for my son to go on his birthday he had a blast, it was very clean and kept up with only issues I felt while being there was they maybe had one adult worker at the front desk & nothing but young kid workers watching the kids play, the workers I asked was 14 the other 3 I asked was 15 ,16 and one was 17 😳 I had to physically go in and grab a little girl that was stuck out of the ball pit cause her mom was very pregnant and there was no workers around to help, most of them were in groups with each other talking ! In my eyes there’s no safety for the little children when they’re being supervised by children that have no care for safety !!! Parents are there but most of the obstacles are not adult friendly. Like I said very nice place I would definitely go back if they got their staff figured out.

Lots of safe fun for families. My daughter had a great time here. Food inside, clean bathrooms, and a wide range of games for different ages to include adults. I beat Halo while my daughter played everything in the world. Give this business a shot!

Excellent. SO! Lately, there have been a few places that have given rise to "family fun" (I don't know why I used quotations).
Of course, I have kiddos who ask me about a thousand times to take them to these places. I would love too BUT! $$$$ Am I right or am I right??!!?? Omni has been a place to go for years, took my older kids there, and am now experiencing time spent with the last of my brood. YES, the new places are nice but $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ and the games require a lot more credit. BUT! Let me tell you, OMNI ask you to purchase a card for $1 and upload 50 credits for $20, which includes a bonus of 30 credits?? Give or take. The games are in good working order. They have upgraded and/or at least keep them in tip-top shape. The workers in the front are teenage school kids and very respectful. There is no loitering allowed on the premises and security is around. There is a snack bar that has pizza, hot dogs, slushies, nachos, etc. Overall, I prefer the games and don't mind spending 20 bucks for 80 credits.

It was a good time for the kids. They were kinda busy and the line was quite long for the food. But the beings were literally an inch long. I have never seen such little wings and it wasn't obvious not worth what I paid for them. Those little wings couldn't even fill up a 2 year old. I did enjoy my time there. Great place for kids to go and have fun. I will return again but do not get the wings at all lol.

Ohh my goodness yes I do this location is clean and the staff was helpful mainly this young lady she was young and very professional. Jalisha was her name I was trulv pleased with her positive energy and the detailed information that she shared with us about the membership program for my granddaughter because of that I will be signing her up for the summer. It is wonderful to still see young folks working and that take time out to walk the older folks through the processes. Thank you Jalisha you were extremely a great help and my granddaughter said she was one of the best parts of her birthday today.

This place has a lot of different games for all ages. One point of improvement would be more scanners for ticket redemption, but overall a great experience.

I had my daughter’s 9th birthday party yesterday here and when I say it was AMAZING!!! Everything was amazing. The party host Amani was simply wonderful! She took the stress off of me and my husband and literally handled everything! The coordinator was also amazing. I believe her name was Daja. The facility was clean, organized and well organized. We truly enjoyed ourselves and would recommend everyone go there for a day of fun. So many things for the kids to do.

Thank you for making our party experience so amazing and care free. This is our new spot to relax and exercise lol. I can’t thank you all enough!

Did the Inheritance which was the easier of the rooms. Only had 2 people but let us go as just 2 with no other people or strangers. I appreciated to be able to be with just 2 people as it was more fun to figure out how to escape. Hannah was great and helped a bunch with making the experience even better.

We've been here a couple of times and have enjoyed all of the rooms we've done so far. Hannah, Chip, and Luci were all very helpful. We will definitely be back to try out the one we haven't done!

We did the “RIP rest in pieces room” and had a blast! It was my 5th escape room and my favorite so far. The puzzles were super clever. The room was scary, but our 12 year old stuck through the whole thing. Luke was a WONDERFUL clue master!! I’d love to do another room with him again. We made it out with ~4 mins to spare.

Extremely nice and clean environment, love what the management is doing by hiring these young kids and teaching them to show up on time and how to earn a living! Great leadership, great coaching, food was great for a park and prices are a bargain for what all you can do there. Good clean family fun! Bought membership for the family to go whenever we want way cheaper that way. Take some friends!

My family was in today for a birthday party. The Facility was bright and fun, and very child friendly, Also had the option of birthday room rentals. There was a huge variety of arcade games in all different themes. Definitely options for all age ranges. The little bowling alley area is adorable. My family really enjoyed the indoor glow golf ⛳️. My son🤪 was running on birthday cake and pure excitement for the 1200 tickets he had won. The young lady working, Aniyah, was so patient with him. Her customer service was exemplary. We will definitely be back!

My wife and I truly enjoyed this escape room! Our game master Hannah was all over it and made us feel confident in attacking this room. She gave very helpful clues which allowed us to continue enjoying the game without being helplessly stuck. Inheritance is a great beginner room for people unfamiliar with escape rooms. The puzzles were cool and there was a good amount of technology in this room even though it didn’t appear so at first which was also very cool. We will be retuning at soon. Highly recommended!

Me and my girlfriend went on Dec. 29th and experienced the Zombie Escape room. Hannah was our Escape Room Host and she did a fantastic job. She made us feel welcomed and we enjoyed the experience. We plan on returning soon!

Very affordable and a great place for all your entertainment needs! I have been going here for years and have 40K plus tickets between me and my kids. If that doesn't prove how much we love it I'm not sure what will. $20 at the arcade can keep you busy for over an hour you can watch a movie for under $10. You can get food and drink for the movie for an additional $5-$9 total for both food and drink. The chairs are nice with heating and recliner. The put put is some of the best including Raleigh and Wilmington courses. There is indoor and outdoor just in case it's raining. I have a family of 5 and spend $50-$100 every trip. Chuck e cheese is $100+, Defy is $120+, AMC theater is $150+, and going out of town can be time consuming. There are tons of games and the place is kept pretty clean and the prices haven't barely changed in the 4+ years I have been going. The parties are around $200 and come with plates, cake, pizza, a room, goody bags, arcade tokens, free movie tickets for 10+, and decorated rooms with table cloths and plates. I have never seen a fight or altercation here. This place is a 10 out of 10 on a budget.

Awesome place! My oldest son wanted his 12th birthday party here, and it was the perfect place. All the kids had so much fun, and their birthday package was very affordable. They have plenty of games to keep kids any age entertained. We have a 5 years old, an 8 years old, and a 12 years old, and they all love this place. It's their favorite arcade in Fayetteville. Highly recommended.

We went on Labor Day for a zombie experience and it was the best fun we've had in a long time. The facility was clean, the escape room was packed full of clues to figure out, and the staff was very professional and courteous. Parker guided us throughout the process where needed and we're all excited about going back to play their other rooms along with trying out the company next door that they partner with who does game shows.

Me and my husband went here for our two year anniversary and we had a great time, this was our third escape room here and we have done many others at two more places in Fayetteville. The room was very detailed, very fun, kept us on our toes and was overall very enjoyable. Our game host hannah was awesome, and very helpful, she has a great work ethic, and answered any questions we had. We will be back! We beat the zombie room with one minute to spare!

This was our first experience in an escape room and we had a great time. Staff was friendly and helpful and the puzzle was well organized and constructed. I can't rate it a five because I have nothing to compare it to at this point but we had a great time. Unfortunately we did not complete the puzzle but that just shows you that it is a challenge and it was rated as the least difficult (The inheritance). Maybe next time! PS. Since this was our first time in an escape room, we chose one of the least expensive ones to do and it did not disappoint. I don't think at this point we would be ready to pay a premium. I couldn't imagine it being worth it so I think this place is the go-to in town at this price. I would definitely recommend it unless you've already been here and want something different.

Loved! Kids loved it. They have tons of amazing interactive state of the art arcade games and classics. Spent hours here on a trip visiting family in the area.
