This was my husband's and my first time doing an escape room. I would give this five stars because the escape room itself was a lot of fun, but we had an interesting experience with the person working. When we arrived, we were greeted and when we asked how she was doing, she said "I don't want to be here" and just had a bit of a downer attitude. So that was not the greatest first impression of the place. She took us back to the escape room and got us all situated, and one of the people in our group asked about her giving us clues and she said, "I might, just depends on how much you piss me off." Another odd thing coming from someone who should be representing the fun of the experience.

I worked many years in the customer service industry so I get it's tough to be chipper all the time, and I don't expect others to be. I also understand people have bad days sometimes! But the comments and demeanor from the person working made enough of a negative impression that I thought it was worth mentioning.

The escape room itself was AWESOME! Very well put together and a great experience for our group of four.

We live out of town but have visited Twin Falls for the last couple years during Thanksgiving while my husband works here. Both years we have done an escape room here with our kids (now 6, 9, &11) and we have always had a great time. They always want to come back and do it again. I highly recommend Twin Falls Escape Rooms!

Great environment and the rooms are so well done that you feel like you are actually doing what the theme is. I have done all 4 of their rooms and enjoyed all of them. Book of Secrets might be my favorite one yet.

This place is awesome. We took our youth group here for several escape rooms and the staff was kind, accommodating and helpful. Booking was a breeze and we appreciated the quick response to any questions we had.

We did the Zombie Apocalypse for my birthday and it was awesome! Laughs, screams and such a blast! Challenging down to the last 55 seconds. Looking forward to trying another one!

It was a wonderful experience for Ladies Night Out. We did have a nice time and loved challenge. However there were several glitches and things did not work like they were suppose to.
The attendant told us that there were problems with the room. Wish we had been offered to change when we got there.
One of the first puzzles didn’t work. We spent a lot of time on that clue.
We all enjoyed it but with the issues and no real offer to rectify it leaves me hesitant.
I suggest if they say from the onset that things are not working right ask for substitute or establishment should offer alternative

Great place to have a fun experience. We scheduled ahead for our cheer group that drove from 3hrs away for a weekend stay in Twin Falls. Twin Falls Escape Rooms was so pleasant to work with and very accommodating. We scheduled 2 rooms at the same time. Book of Secrets and Zombie Apocalypse. Several girls had been to Escape rooms before in other cities. They were impressed with Twin Falls Escape Room all the mechanical stuff and the way it's set up kept them intrigued but not frustrated. If we are ever in the area again we would absolutely go back again. That is a unanimous statement not only from myself as the team secretary but the coaches and cheerleaders too!

We had a great time at Twin Falls Escape Room! My Grandson (12) was a whiz and we were so glad we had him with - we would have been stuck forever overthinking things. We chose the Silver City Room which was all things Western and a lot of fun! A couple of things that could have been improved upon though were 1) the video that explained how to do the escape room didn't play till we were in the room for about ten minutes and could have been real handy with some of the locks. 2) BE CAREFUL on the FIREPLACE if on the FLOOR getting back up. The fake fire only had three legs and is broken so when I used it as a brace to get back up off the floor I slipped and bruised my knee quite a bit. 3) The address found on Google took us somewhere else initially. I'd suggest double checking so you aren't late. The company called us and were kind to allow us to start and talked us through of how to get there.
We had a group of four -three adults and one child. We had a great time - We didn't get out! Fun level =10

I am leaving no stars for this review even though you have to light one up to post - we went to celebrate the grandkids bdays here today and we were at the establishment before noon - none of the arcade games were working except to take your money, the change machine was also not working and the staff said they couldn’t provide quarters. When staff was asked to please assist with the machines we were told maintenance would be out in a minute 20 minutes later when I asked again the young man ran upstairs as if the task wasn’t done the first time around - he didn’t have the right key and left to get it when he came back there was another man with him who took over and was rude about returning their dollar, I told him it didn’t seem fair to the children for the machines to not be working properly at which time his immediate response was to raise his voice at me and tell me to leave his establishment - at which time I told him gladly as this was a waste of time with none of the fun things for the kids to do we’re working I asked for a refund at which time he again raised his voice & my son told him to stop being rude to which his response was I will call the police. This was a horrible horrible experience and if that man was a manager perhaps the owner should rethink his choice for leadership !!

Went for a bday party. The new stuff they have/done to the place it amazing. Kiddos had the best time. On top of that, their internet was down so they couldn't run cards etc, but that didn't stop them. The employees were amazing and so nice and kind. They gave us our cotton candy for free. Definitely kicked it up a notch with entertainment for the kids!!!

2 years ago I had a bad experience with this place and left a 1 star review. Things have changed a lot!!! The staff was very friendly and accommodating and the place has been cleaned up. We really enjoyed ourselves so much we are having my sons 6 birthday party there in March. I would highly recommend thud place it's a blast.

Horrible customer service. Wait time in line takes forever and there is not a single employee who seems to know what they are doing. They are not friendly at all. Make sure you have your waiver done before you go up to pay or else they make you go over to the iPads which are in a completely different place than where you pay. You fill out the waiver and then get back into the longest line ever and wait another half hour to pay. Absolutely ridiculous. You need to have someone at the door directing people where to go. The only time you see anything about the waiver is before you walk into the building, and if you are trying to wrangle kids, it’s extremely easy to miss. Took my kid here for a birthday, and there was a line to the door, after waiting over a half hour in line, we got to the front. My kids waiver was filled out, his friends was not, so we had to get out of line fill out the waiver, and get back into line, which was again to the door, you cut into their birthday party jump time. It was a nightmare!! I will never do a birthday party here or bring my kids here. If you go, plan to wait in line forever, then get told to fill out a waiver, then get back in line, wait forever again, have horrible customer service, and then maybe you will get to jump.

Fun affordable place for kids. The manager is a really nice guy, crew was friendly and professional. They had some sort of difficulty with tickets but they quickly fixed it and we enjoyed our night. Highly recommend!!!

Nice AFFORDABLE place to stop and let our son play while on a road trip. Needed the wiggles out after days of driving. The staff was very friendly although a bit hard to spot when you needed assistance. However, a lot of the games are broken or take your money and don’t give you the candy/prize, so that’s disappointing. Some inappropriate music for a kids place.

Had a birthday party here. Absolutely recommend doing a party here! The staff was very attentive and accommodating. The kids had an absolute blast. They set up the table with a table cloth, plates, napkins and forks. Came around and collected trash multiple times. The birthday girl (my daughter) got a t-shirt, extra tickets and a free activity pass when we come back! Will definitely be back.

We just celebrated our little lady's 5th birthday here! Everyone had such a great time. The staff was very friendly and willing to help with anything anyone needed. The party rooms were tucked away from the entertainment, giving a nice space for adults to have an area to socialize. The seating area available right in the center of all the action was also something very cool to offer for when they wanted to be able to see all the fun the kids were having! Overall, the party was a breeze and all the kids seemed to leave happy and worn out! They had a good selection of drinks, including adult beverages for those parents who wanted one! Big shout out to our party host who made the birthday girl feel super special getting to be able to do the announcements and getting to put her handprint and name on the wall!

My husband and I brought our two children here and were in town visiting family. My cousins brought us here for a nice little afternoon with the kids. It was so fun! sign in was easy, with very good prices, and for it being a chaotic child's play zone. It was surprisingly comfortable for adults, too. Couches chairs and tables. Options for food and beverages. I deffently recommend going here if you want a fun after noon with the kids.

I went in with typical expectations for a laser tag and mini golf place in a strip mall, and they were definitely met! Clinton at the desk was very enthusiastic when we arrived (I think he was excited to see customers!) he explained everything to us, and even joined us briefly during laser tag to ensure we had a good time. They have a very clean facility, and everything is well maintained. The video games appeared to be in excellent condition.

If you have kids (or even if you don’t), you will have a great time here. This place has a great indoor mini golf and laser tag too!

What a fun place! The prices aren’t bad either. Will definitely be returning.

Lots of fun for all ages, and this place is small is crowded today being Saturday afternoon, so its odviously a great place.
My 1st time here, I am grandma to a 10 yr old birthday boy party.
Laser Maina had tables set up and served pizza along with whatever else comes with the package.
Mommy and Daddy paid for the package, I am just along for the ride of being a very blessed grandma of many grandchildren.
I say this is a great experience!

Seems as if a lot of reviews say the same thing. The place looks very run down. The food tasted horrible. My husband and my son wanted to play the pool table and the ladies at the desk said they didn’t have the Cue ball, and didn’t tell us until after we paid. They hadn’t shoveled the snow or put ice melt as you walk in and my toddler slipped. I did inform the gal up front and she said she slipped coming in also, but nothing was done about it. The insulation is still hanging down. Just seems a little unsafe. I think the owners of this JumpTime own the one in Bozeman Mt, that place is awesome and clean. If only ours loooked that good. Kids have fun so that’s why we come, just wish it was a little cleaner and not looking rundown. I definitely don’t recommend food, we waisted money and had to throw it all away. They were out of pizza so this was our choice. We should have just got a refund from not having pizzas.

My boyfriend and I were looking for something fun to do in twin falls and this popped up! We felt like kids again playing mini golf. We were amazed of the creativity with each course! Especially each theme had their own music in the background just fun and epic!

The mini golf course is one of the best ones I've played on. Each hole has its own theme which is awesome! Would give it 10 stars if i could!
