The staff are helpful, and the trampolines are well kept. What I like most about this place is the open floor plan. I can keep my eye on my kids form practically anywhere inside without having to fallow them to know where they are.
My 11 year old grandson had his birthday party here. Him and his friends loved it. The teens that work there were friendly .
First and last time coming to this place the price is insane 25 per person even though by babygirl is 2 years old they still charge for her. To do the waiver it's was full of people the staff didn't help even though they were plenty of staff members and to top it off me and my daughter payed to jump and where jumping my wife wanted to go check up on us and a staff member told her she had to pay even though she wasn't going to be jumping she explained she only wanted to go check up on us they told her she need a ristband to go in and that was the only way.When there where people's in there without ristbands.If your smart and value you money don't come to this place FLYHIGH AND URBANAIR IS A WAY BETTER PLACE THEN DEFY
Little smaller than urban air but full of fun. Open floor plan so it's easy for parents to see their kids. We did not try the food, but they have a basic menu.
We came at a busy time so I was stressed trying to keep track of all my kids. I was very impressed with the kindness of staff when my son got mildly hurt. Then I was blown away when my daughter had an accident they cleaned her up and offered a shirt for her to wear instead of her slightly damp dress. I thought hey would kick us out, but instead they were very accommodating and kind.
They used to be better. The arcade games will just rip off, either the tickets won won't come out or the game will eat your tokens. Also the games are way over priced. I payed $3 to throw axes for 20 seconds. Got 6th place all time for a whopping 84 tickets. The place is definitely managed by kids. They could do better.
Disappointed in our recent experience at defy. New employee checking us in was rude. Didn't seem to like that we had a membership. Asked us if we had a waiver signed when we've been members for years. We ALWAYS spin the membership wheel when we leave and when we went to do it this time she said "our new policy only allows you to spin when you check in". Ok so why DIDNT YOU TELL US WHEN WE CHECKED IN??? We had extremely disappointed children because we were never told at check in they needed to spin the wheel then. When I asked "why didn't you tell us that when we checked in" all I got was a very unapologetic "sorry". We come with multiple families during the week and half the families were disappointed with how this employee treated us. Our whole check in process she was rude and acted like we were lying about our membership, waivers, and having defy socks. This is not how you retain customers.
We took our 17 month old for toddler time on Monday. (It'd from 10-2). It wasn't busy and we all had a blast for not a lot of money. They have great Halloween decorations. Our son was obsessed with the talk8ng witch by check-in. Great spot to take a little one and fun for the whole family. We will definitely go back.

Was nice & fun experience for the first time. There are a couple of places that need to be fixed-mended.
Good clean fun on a hot day. Nice and bright inside, too. The kids love the variety of activities as well as the snack bar. It's a good value we'll be back for sure!
Such great people, and they all have been nice to us. The place is a bit unkempt and outdated but you kind of know what you are getting for the area. For us, the staff and friendliness of checkin is worth it. Plus, they allow snowboard trampoline boards here, which is the positive. You can also pay monthly with no commitment, which works for us.
Awesome place! Got there at open and it slowly filled on a Saturday. Kids loved it so much!!
Workers very rude, brought my 3 kids warned us 2 times about running my kids sped walk and they held a grudge against my kids because they “sped walk” after the fact they ran. 2 workers specifically followed around and waited to catch any possible thing to put them in trouble and attempt to kick us out. I just wanted to have a good day with the kids and I didn’t even get to use the rest of the time I was promised. Thank you but the customer service is a must and should be worked on
This is always a fun place to go to. This last time we went it seemed a bit run down. I get that there is a lot of wear and tear on everything but they need to keep things looking nice so we want to come back. There was a bandaid just chilling next to the foam pit also one of the attractions was broken. Still recommend but I hope the owners keep investing in the upkeep.
