This is the best one yet! I used to go to the Decatur office until they moved to Huntsville, then I decided to give the Athens office a try since I live 5 mins away! I love the staff at this location Brittany the The receptionist is the best and My nurse hands down 100 stars her name is Robin she goes far and beyond for her patients and she gives the best advice! She has never disappointed me! She is a great person and easy to work with! So I give a big shout out to her! Thanks robin for always addressing my needs and helping me out with Medicaid and always giving the best advice!

I have been with PW for 5 years, and three office moves. They go above and beyond to help you with anything you need. Whether it’s billing, meds, anything you need. My counselor is the best, and I can’t imagine going anywhere else. They genuinely care about your health, and your recovery.

This program has changed my life. If you put in the work and follow the guidelines it will do the same for you. Since I've been in program my career has skyrocketed and I now own my own home for the first time and it allowed me to walked closer with God. So with God, a good support system and Pathway Healthcare you can make your life as good as you want it. Thank you Pathway team for everything and especially Misty in the Athens office.

We had concerns about the medications my son was on and tried to make an appointment to review. He was sleeping 20 hours a day. They made us wait over 2 weeks to come in, (even though this was a serious issue) and did not mention they were moving when we set the appointment. We showed up to an empty office. When we complained, they dropped us as a patient. JUST LIKE THAT. They did not try to get us in quickly, they did not care. No compassion or caring about the actual issue. They told me that they had left messages on my sons phone and he did not call them back. So they did nothing. Obviously these people do not understand the nature of serious mental issues. IF they actually CARED about people, we would not have had to wait until a regular available appointment, and if the only issue had only been that they moved, I would not be writing this review. The big problem here is the way they deal with serious issues.
Your serious issue will just have to wait until they have an opening. They will NOT help you if they have to go out of their way.

I’d have to say this place is the best place I’ve went to for A Suboxone program. They take insurance, they are very polite and treat you with respect. They’re very quick and you’re usually in and out within an hour. You’re not pressured to come off off your medicine, you do it whenever you feel comfortable or stay on the program long term.

I am so shocked by the bad reviews of this place. Quite honestly, if I had seen them before, I would not have decided to come here. But I am so glad I did. I originally started in the Huntsville office. I actually wasn’t super impressed with them. But the therapist I was seeing was based out of the Athens location. The drive wasn’t too bad because I used to live in Athens and I am still there for work, often. Blake is my therapist and he is awesome. The nurse I met on staff there is awesome as well. They are good people, front desk is so kind. I recommend this place as it’s been a wonderful safe space for me!

I was in office on 11-24-21, I was set to revive a 30 day supply. Only a 14 day supply was sent to my pharmacy that I could not pick up because it would affect my insurance in a way that I would have to pay out of pocket for the other half when it is sent in. I called the office and was told it would be fixed. It was never fixed and they closed early. With this being the day before Thanksgiving, the office would not re open until the following Monday. Therefore this ment I would run out of a medicine that helps prevent withdrawals and cravings, without it I become very sick. I called Monday and was told it would be fixed and it never was. Tuesday same. Wednesday same. No script sent to pharmacy, no call back to me. Today is Thursday and I'm in full withdrawals and it has still not been fixed. THIS IS HOW PEOPLE RELAPSE AND DIE. but y'all don't seem to care about anything but your money. I would not recommend my worst enemy to y'all. This is not my first issue with y'all. This is just the last straw...

My son went there twice. He has been in therapy for 23 years, had multiple therapist through those years. He has trust issues and has quit therapy before because of this. He had an appointment with a therapist he was just getting to know and received a call that she was no longer with them. No explanation just wanted him to switch therapist just like that. H4 needs therapy now more than ever because of his medical condition and once again his trust has been broken
