Always a great experience. Staff if prompt in their efforts, friendly all the while. Very pleasant . Dr. Kandaswamy is beyond knowledgeable and takes the time to explain and listen as well.

Dr momona is the best! I’ve had some issues with the staff though. Difficult to get through to front desk and they randomly bill me with unauthorized charges which has stressed me out. I’ve read reviews that this has happened to many other people going here as well. Catherine the manager attempted to resolve the issue of billing this morning after being on hold for little over an hour. She was very nice but I did notice I had another unauthorized charge directly after our conversation. So I don’t feel the problem was resolved at all. I would recommend not giving your card information to this office if you do decide to go here. They will randomly charge you without any notice. Even if you ask them not to.

Worst medical service I've ever received. I started with this group in 2020 and had excellent service from Habibatu Sesay. She was thorough, attentive and responsive. When she left and i was switched to new providers, everything went downhill. I had virtual appointments with NP's for ADHD. I was switched to Francine. It was going okay but then she failed to show for two appointments! I was switched to Francis. The very first questions he asked me were my marital status, sex (if I am cis-gendered) and my sexual orientation. All of these questions (except orientation) are on intake forms and I am still wondering what orientation has to do with ADHD. I was switched again and saw another NP and the comedy of errors ensued. Prescription called into wrong pharmacy, days going by without a preauthorization being sent, no response to calls to NP from office....all adding up to pharmacy running out of meds in the meantime. Providers would have me call around to pharmacies myself to find who has the medicaiton (pharmacies don't like to give out that info without rx in hand).
There is absolutely no communication between office and NP's. It takes days for practitioners to receive messages from patients and office. I would let my practitioner know when I called that I needed a pre-authorization and it still would take days, weeks to happen. Calls to the office weren't documented in my file, so when I talked with the Office Manager and her assistant, notes were out of date. I went many months without my medication and it affected my work, my finances...my whole life.
I've found a new provider who works directly with a pharmacy who has medication in stock. There is instant communication and I am kept in-the-loop about the progress of my prescription. Do not settle for the treatment you will get from this office. You deserve better!

Our experience with All Day Medical Care has been excellent. Both myself and my son are under the care of Dr. Lukas Young, who has been very helpful, caring, and serving our needs. I can't recommend him enough, and also All Day Medical Care. Thank you for your excellent care!

The receptionist,I forget her name. I’m sorry. Is wonderful so nice recognizes my voice very professional but very nice. All the doctors that I have used are wonderful and nice. Of course I’m a little partial to Dr. Young because he. Thank you thank you so much.

I’m very disappointed in this facility. Rarely do I have a need to visit a doctor, but I decided to take control of my health this year, starting with finding something to treat migraines. Initially, things were fine as I got a sample that worked well, and the doctor called in a 30-day prescription. However, no refills were included. I called over a week before I ran out, and it was a bit time sensitive since I’m heading out of town. Well, a week later, I hadn’t heard from the pharmacy, so I called to check. The doctor never called it in, so I immediately called back to ask for the prescription to be called in as soon as possible. The next day, I followed up with the pharmacy again, and still no prescription. After my third call to the doctor, she finally initiated the prescription, but since Walgreens doesn’t stock the meds, I can’t pick them up before going out-of-town. I gave them plenty of notice and did my best to be prepared, but they are either too busy or just not concerned about their patients to do things in a timely manner. Thank goodness these aren’t life-saving meds I need.
UPDATE: I finally did a virtual PCP visit through Costco and was able to get my meds within a week. Don’t waste your time or energy on this place when there are other, much less frustrating, places out there.

I feel just like another comment here. This was the worst service I received from primary care providers. Andre from billing yelled at me when inquiring about surprised charges from a routine visit. I followed up with this practice, multiple times and it’s made me very uncomfortable. Despite what the website says, only 1 office is operational and there is not a focus on wellbeing. Readily access to medical records is not available. This is not a good practice.

This was a great resource in our community. Unfortunately, they closed.

The medical professionals at All Day Medical are not only highly skilled but also genuinely compassionate. They took the time to listen attentively to my concerns and provided thorough explanations for any questions I had.
Their expertise instilled confidence in me, knowing I was in capable hands.

I've known Amy professionally over many years and have made several referrals to Gaithersburg Counseling Center. I'm confident they'll receive the best care. Jay Eubanks, LCSW-C

If I could leave no stars I would. I would think when people reach out for help especially therapy they would ask questions to find out more of your situation but instead I was completely denied for not a valid reason which didn’t feel right. I shouldn't have to beg a therapist office to be seen. I reached out for couples therapy and per Abby was told we couldn’t be seen for certain reasons but when I replied I’ve already done everything that was “pre requested” she gave me some hotline phone numbers instead .Im telling you right now if I was suicidal at the time and I reached for help and got hotline numbers sent back to me I would of killed myself that night. When I called to complain I was just given mmm hmm oh I understand I said stop trying to pacify me and take care of your employee that is denying patients for care when she doesn’t even really know what’s happening in our lives. Im disgusted with Abby but after seeing the supervisor actually cared less also I’m glad we didn’t go there for help. I can only imagine how many people have suffered due to her approach. They shouldn’t be in business or if you can’t handle certain care don’t advertise you do. I also find a little concerning most reviews are left by employees to give 5 stars

I understand therapist have the right to refusal of treatment, however; a human being should have the decency to at least be kind, especially in this profession. I was a little taken aback after speaking with Abby. I don't know her credentials, I don't know if she was the receptionist for the center or what, but after our conversation she informed me that she would give me a call back. I asked if they provided marriage counseling and she said they did. I gave her my information and she said she'd call me back. When we got off the phone something didn't feel right. I called her the following morning and asked her if she remembered speaking with me and she said she did. I asked if there was any availability and she told me the therapist wasn't comfortable speaking with me and my husband because of my depression. I'm sure I would not have received a call back from them if I hadn't called to follow up regarding the appointment. I was pretty disappointed in the lack of professionalism and care just from one human being to another.

Amy Hooper is kind, warm and genuine. She makes you feel comfortable right away and is always pleasant and attentive in the working relationship. As another therapist I would not hesitate to recommend Gaithersburg Counseling Center knowing that you are in good hands with Amy and her team.

I've been a therapist in private practice in Montgomery County since the 1980's having enjoyed some notoriety after the Washingtonian named me one of the top trauma therapists in the metro area following September 11, 2001. Now I am nearing retirement and am in more need then ever for good referrals. Amy Hooper is one Montgomery County therapist that I trust and admire. I've known her for years and appreciate her compassion, her clinical acumen and her practicality. I will continue to refer to Amy and her group in the future and recommend them highly.

I just love this place.

I frequently refer clients to the Gaithersburg Counseling Center. They offer diverse services and have clinicians that work with children, families, and adults. It is a wonderful center. The clinicians are highly skilled and professional. Amy is a knowledgeable and kind practice owner and has a great team.

I've discovered in my short time at on our own of Montgomery county that the staff are well suited for the job. There caring and concerned with the well being of the members.
They're very good at what they do. They are compassionate and always looking for the best for each member. When a client is in distress staff are right there to problem solve.
For the staff their primary goal is centered around the members. The staff come second and the members always come first when they need help. The staff are trained and well educated to tackle any problem the member's might have

I feel lucky that I met Amy Hooper through a professional consultation group that I began a few years ago, of other therapists in private practice. I have gotten to know Amy and the way in which she runs her practice - with such attention to detail and ethical and clinical responsibility to her clients. I had no hesitation making a referral to Amy's practice this past year with the knowledge that this client would be well taken care of by her group. I easily recommend Amy and her associates for therapy needs in Gaithersburg.

I am the director of a therapy practice in Montgomery County and know Amy and her practice well. Another Look at Healing has an excellent reputation for very high-quality work. Amy is highly professional as well as bright, warm, and personable. I highly recommend this practice!
