I am very satisfied with my experience at Brant Mental Health Solutions. My son and I both use the counselling services. We are both comfortable with our respective counsellors and have seen positive results.
The first point of contact is the receptionist and the girls I have had the pleasure of dealing with are beyond amazing! Everyone who comes in is greeted with a smile by name. It makes it feel personal and welcoming.
I would highly recommend BMHS to anyone who is looking for a place to get the help they need.

Dr. Spenser was able to confirm that I did not have something wrong with me that another doctor told me I had. Dr. Spenser was through conducted the appropriate investigations to rule out any conditions. He takes his time and is very thorough and very kind and caring as well as his staff Amy and Les !!!!!

I have been seeing drs and specialists all throughout my entire life. Complaining about the same things over and over. Seeing some results but nothing that actually made a significant improvement in my everyday life, and as I age and get older the more my injuries start to hurt even more. I recently had an appointment with Dr. Spenser explaining my history with physiotherapy and massage therapy, and my fears with chiropractic care. He helped ease my fears, and was incredibly kind and gentle with me. After he took the time to look at my xrays and talk with me, Dr. Spenser then made a treatment plan and did some very small adjustments and manipulations, and half of the pain i felt most of my life subsided. It was like night and day. I was actually able to fully relax in what felt like an incredible experience well over due.

I can’t thank Dr. Spenser and his team enough. The kindness and patience and willingness to work with me made a massive difference as well. I would have to say that Pathway’s to Hope is one of the most compassionate places to go when you are at your wits-end and have tried so many places and still need help trying reduce a lot of pain and discomfort in order to heal and grow.

I recommend Dr. Spenser to anyone who really has struggled finding someone or somewhere to help with long term injuries and support in regulating life long pain especially for those that needs more attention than what most facilities can offer.

Another reviewer mentioned "oppressive", and I'm not sure that they are talking about the correct place, as I've said they go above and beyond to make sure you have all the help you need to succeed!

This is an oppressive organization and the entire staff reflects the lack of diversity and lack of knowledge that comes with that diversity. As a trans and neurodivergent person I do not believe this is a safe place for people from marginalized communities.

Not easy to deal with mental health related to work stress. And not easy to find someone we can trust. But Jordon Iorio has been of great help. He is very knowledgeable and his approach is very effective. He has worked in collaboration with my family doctor and thank to his support I was to feel better in only few months. I can't thank him and his team enough for their professionalism and kindness. I highly recommend his services.

My daughter went here 3 years ago for grief counseling. The counseling turned into some sort of behavior counseling asking her some serious and rude questions. I would definitely not recommend place anytime as it really upset both me and my daughter.

Had an intake appointment with Taylor today for my 10 y/o. Taylor was very thorough and took her time asking questions in order to gain insight into my daughters situation. Taylor gave us helpful tools to help curve anxiety and to put my daughters fears into perspective. Taylor was very patient, kind and understanding. We left today with a referral for on-going therapy sessions and look forward to being contacted for future appointments. I highly recommend Woodview if you have any youth or teens struggling with mental health issues.

MORE LYING FROM YOUR STAFF! HOW CAN A FACILITY EMPLOY SO MANY INDIVIDUALS WHO LIE AND STEAL? IT'S JUST COVERED UP! I'VE ASKED MULTIPLE TIMES TO SPEAK WITH THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS! NO ONE WILL LET ME! OF COURSE THEY WON'T. THEY WANT TO KEEP THEIR LIERS AND THIEVES FOR SOME UNFORTUNATE REASON!

Cindy I'Anson seem to not have a problem with her staff lying to clients 🤬 NOT A GOOD PRACTICE FOR A BUSINESS! Would be great if you didn't schedule appointments when you aren't even open. The counselor doesn't bother responding either. Not very good on your part 🤬 One of your staff is lying to me as well. One says no one has staff phones while another says she does. Manager can't be bothered retuning phone calls either 🤬 Manager says they don't have work cell phones. Why is staff LYING TO CLIENTS? Manager doesn't seem to care much that her STAFF IS LYING TO CLIENTS. No good for relationships is it?
