Very rude staff

Extremely unprofessional and very rude

It's incredible how effective they are. There was an airplane flying above my house, I called them and complained, and before I even hung up the phone, the plane had flown away and my noise complaint had been resolved (i.e. they're super effective). The other day, the same thing happened again: I called them, and within seconds, the plane was gone. Truly incredible, thanks.

I just wanted to join the elite club of these reviewers.

Anyone that discovers an entity like this exists and is not embarrassed for society, seriously has no shame or dignity. And probably named Karen 🤣

It really bothers me that the FAA must waste time and resources for irrational people to submit complaints. IF YOU HAVE A NOISE COMPLAINT AND YOU ARE READING THIS, please kindly go F off

Delta and spirit have the best aircraft noises. United airlines, on the other hand, does not make enjoyable noises.

Great service but waited on hold for a fair amount of time. Was told that the call center was overwhelmed with calls from customers named Karen.

Excellent experience, they listened to all of my complaining and even offered me some leftover food from the Delta Sky Club when I was done. Wish it was a little quieter though.

They were very friendly & helpful. No complaints...well except one (the aircrafts are loud)
