Beautiful atmosphere and aesthetic! The owner / chef is very kind and welcoming. The food was excellent (as per my Indian fiancé who is typically picky with Indian food 😄). We had the chicken Korma, the crispy shrimp, saffron rice and mango lassi. I’d recommend this restaurant to anyone !

Amazing! Food was just wow! Presentation of the food was well thought out, and all the tastes were delightful. I was also happy to find that the chef could accommodate with less spicy for myself. (Side note was still little spicy for those who may have a spice spicy sensitivity)
Amazing ambiance in an old house turned restaurant. The food is delicious and the staff are very friendly. The Aloo Tikki was probably my favorite along with the Kofta Curry. I must also say that the Onion Bhaji is amazing, a must try. The Matter Paneer was delicious as well as the Bhaingan Bhartha which has a slightly smokey flavour. I’m usually a huge fan of Daal, and the Kali Daal was good but I’ve definitely had better in Ottawa. Likewise the roti is tasty but I’ve had better parantha (still yummy though). As for the drinks, I wouldn’t go in with super high expectations considering there’s no legitimate bartender. Overall, come here for the food, the ambiance, and the friendly staff and you won’t be disappointed.
Delicious food, fresh, hot, and drinks were great. Had the auto rickshaws (mango) and another indianna option with pineapple and coconut. Went to celebrate our one year anniversary. Would come be here for dinner any time.

Super cute cozy restaurant that serves food with a fine/high-end atmosphere. Presentation was really nice. It might not look like it is filling at first but it’s actually a great portion. Mango lassi and the mango cocktail were both amazing!

Butter chicken was delicious, rice was generous. Would come again!

Tasty food, I loved that the potatoes wrapping the shrimp were super crispy, and that it came with two chutneys with different heat levels. The Desi Ghee Parantha was so soft and a great pairing with the Saag paneer.

It's a smallish space so call ahead to reserve a table to make sure you're not turned away or rushed to leave before the next reservation comes.

Had a great date night here! It's so cute and well decorated inside, the atmosphere was great! Feels like someone invited you over to cook you dinner, not like the from-frozen stuff you get from chain restaurants. The saffron rice was great, and the buttered chicken (Murgh Makhani) was phenomenal! By far the best I've ever had! Will be recommending this to everyone in Ottawa 😊
I not a big fan of Indian food as I find it all tastes the same and the spices overpower the taste of the food. This is not the case with the excellent 'Last Train to Delhi'! This is gourmet Indian cuisine, every plate is freshly prepared to your specifications/taste and the freshness of the ingredients come through in every dish. This is the BEST Indian I've ever eaten. In fact it's not like any other Indian meal you've ever had in a restaurant and it is as good if not better that most meals in any upscale dining establishment. The fish and shrimp dishes are full of flavour and utterly delicious. There is a variety of vegetable dishes and everything we ate was great....it will be one of my new favorite places to dine and bring guests visiting from any country. A super place, with a lovely atmosphere and excellent food. The owners/chefs have really done their homework to bring a new dining experience to Ottawa!
