Staff was rude, there was a toy in the I spy box that my child wanted and it made him upset that he couldn’t have it. Rather than just suggest to take him out to the garden and leave it at that, she’s like we can’t always get what we want and if you can’t get him to calm down you’re going to have to leave. Doesn’t surprise me their kids program is a flop with her leading it.

Very nice library, very pleasant staff. I went in to get help with my Libby app and they were so helpful and got everything straight for me.

The staff & volunteers are wonderful. They have a constant booksale going on. Whoo-hoo!

The Cuyahoga Public library is awesome. I can find books, audiobooks, DVDs online and reserve them to pick up at my closed location. There are digital books and digital audiobooks online. The staff are friendly and helpful. The library is clean and a nice place to hang out to read.

I attend a monthly book discussion at the library. The book choices are overall good. The discussions are quite interesting, I learn a lot. The library is clean, well-maintained, most especially well-used by area residents.

We went in for our passport appointment and the staff was punctual, quick, friendly and knowledgeable. The location is nice and clean, I would recommend visiting for services they provide.

I went there to submit the passport application for my family member and staff were great. They made sure I have all the required documents. It is well furnished. Good parking facilities. Amenities are great. Everything is wheelchair accessible. Ambience is good and lighting is just right. They were very patient in taking the picture, filling out the application and explaining what to expect with the process. Would recommend this place for passport application submission as it stays open until 0800pm instead of other public offices which close at 04:00 pm.
