Excellent customer service. Very old school office i liked it alot.
I had a good friend Andy Dufresne say this post office was the best post office he has been to. He loved mailing postcards from here.
Joanna provides competent, courteous and professional service. I renewed 3 passports and she took care of 4 others customers during the same time with a smile. She by far is one of the best employees at USPS. Please place Joanna in a position to train others on courtesy and professionalism. There is a gentleman in Clint that is great as well. Thank you!
I came here to process 4 passports for my family and the young lady there processed them all in less than 20 minutes. She was very nice and helpful. After struggling with rude customer service at the Clint postal service and coming here; I 100% recommend coming to Fort Hancock to process passports. If you don’t have an appointment, they see appointments first but if they don’t show up then they can help you.
People thair are ratter slow, in more than one way
I've been assisting my good friend and colleague GM obtain his passport, anticipating extensive overseas travel soon. By far, the best method for initial acquisition of this valuable document is through the United States Post Offices. Of the many, many such fine facilities, it was here in Ft. Hancock which was open for a few hours on Saturday, and Postmistress Lizette gave absolutely perfect help in a procedure that requires attention and detail.
In fact--and this should be shameful for me to reveal--when I observed her deft handling, I realized that my own passport renewal may be held up because I didn't follow all the rules. Its shameful because I've had passports for decades and should've known better....!
Anyway, it is always a pleasure to visit this community, regardless if transport is a motor vehicle or my Doublevision because here is a critical element in the FT. HANCOCK-LAS CRUCES I-10 BICYCLE BYPASS!
