1st time here 2 small Lakes not sure which lake we fished but I had 2 lovely comons out bout 8-10lb my son had a comon bout 12lb will definitely b going bk great place top marks
Great fun fishing with my daughter she had a bag full of roach I had 4 carp great day
2 Beautiful lakes 12 pegs on each, loads and loads of features, lilly pads, islands, spring fed etc, just a stunning place to fish!! Will definitely be bringing me and the nipper back, £6 a day to fish too...... absolutely awesome!! Joe seems a top bloke too, well looked after fishery!!
Was just one of those slow days with only one catch all morning. Loads of chunky carp however proving it was just my luck as well as others who were fishing also. Will be back to try again soon.
Been here a couple of times and loved it, beautiful spot, lots of wildlife and peace and quiet and some great big whoppers in the pools! Just what you want!
What a great little fishery, i called the previous day regarding how close you can park to your peg as I'm awaiting knee surgery and i was told they would even help me to carry all my tackle. Oak lane farm is so peaceful the fish are immaculately kept and the staff are very friendly. I will definitely be back soon.
Just got back from this delightful little fishery. Fished from am to 3pm. Had 17 carp to 11 pound, mostly around 3 or 4 pound. All in tip top condition. Went on the pole for a couple of hours and had a net full of Rudd and Roach to half a pound.
Owners leave you alone and just direct you to the rules........quite right......

First visit. Loved it!! The owners are very welcoming, it was great to see the rapport they have with all the anglers. I had half a dozen carp (i'm guessing between 4 and 8lb) and plenty of smaller roach, rudd and perch. 2 well maintained pools, a very short walk from the carp park, beautiful views and quiet surroundings, plenty of features to fish to and a very reasonable price of just £6. I will be going back for sure!
