Worst service at trends ulwe sector 19, sales staff was not there to help and on billing counter the staff didn’t put the clothes in the beg overall worst service do not visit at this place.

Billing person lied to me that we need to click on link for exchanging clothe and he took my phone gave feedback by his own without my permission and ttold other guy to take screen shot of it… this is really unprofessional. and cheating customer…

Worst offer running on "I recently visited and was thoroughly disappointed with their offers. Not only were the prices sky-high, but the supposed discounts were laughable. Items that usually go for 600₹-1000₹ were marked up to 1500₹+, with a 'special' offer of 5000₹ for a selection and pay 3500₹ deal. However, the catch is you either end up with the wrong size or no choice at all just to avail the offer.
To add insult to injury, I found two chinos priced at 1500₹ each, which typically retail for 700-900₹ each elsewhere. The lack of variety in jeans and chinos, especially in terms of color shades, was frustrating. Overall, it was the worst offer I've ever encountered. I won't be returning anytime soon."

The Sales/Billing team here lacks integrity and they try to scam the customers.

The store manager probably needs to train the team well or may be needs to train himself first as they are responsible for this and there are many other such similar complaints from this outlet.

It's generally ok for sales to tell about offers in place or mildly try to get customers to shop for more items, but today morning I went to store, and I needed only one shirt and they were not only trying to persue me to buy at least a pair, but so much so, that they even tried to scam and lie by saying "The system doesn't register one item", can you believe this? its only after I objected to it, they scanned the item and suddenly system registered single item as well!

I recently had a highly unsatisfactory shopping experience at Trends, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment. The store's return policy is nothing short of a nightmare. Not only is it convoluted, but the staff also failed to provide clear and concise information about the process.

To make matters worse, I was shocked to discover that the money from my return wouldn't be refunded to my bank account as one might expect. Instead, it was deposited into a Trends account without any prior notification. This lack of transparency is unacceptable and leaves customers feeling deceived.

I strongly advise potential shoppers to exercise caution when dealing with Trends. The combination of a problematic return policy and inadequate communication from the staff has left me with a bitter taste in my mouth. I hope this review serves as a warning to others contemplating a purchase at Trends.

Decent collection with reasonable prices

Very rude staff, while clicking photo one of their staff said "People came here only to take photo instead of shopping" to me and they laughed out to me. It's such a disrespectful statement and manner less. Such a low class staff. Never want to do shopping here from now onwards.

Trends collection is mediocre, as far as fashion n style are concerned..one has to search to find sth good.. okayish, not bad either

Clothes quality is not so good. All the products which I've bought from trends have quality issues. They won't even last more than a month.

I purchased the dress from my friend and the same is very reasonable. I became happy when today I visited elante mall and found that dress at the menuquen collection. I showed it to my Massi and mother. And they also were happy. Also we compared the prices that were discussed that are affordable which a common man can buy whereas mark and Spencer is not a common man can go ahead.

Wrong item displayed under offer scheme.we spend 3hr and at time of billing they denied to consider 4 item under offer. I showed them from where I have picked the items but they do nothing. Still those clothes kept in display for offer. They are just wasting our time.

I can see all types of brands with in a good budget. Make sure you check cloth quality. Team need to bring some attractive colours for new generation. Good options for kids and womens

There is offer nothing is well because there is costly and costmise grocerys or every thing.

Trendy, stylish and latest designs available. More reasonable compared to other brands. The place is clean and spacious. The best thing is no sales person follows you like a magnet but is available for any help.

Worst experience ever!!!

So in afternoon I bought 3 dresses from Reliance trend, Ulwe. I went home and tried them in yellow lights (shooting purpose) and I didn't like one of them. So I went to exchange the same dress in evening.

Watchman stopped me as he saw bag in my hand asked me and said "I can exchange products only on weekends (Sat-Sun Eve)"
As I told him it has not mentioned anywhere in the receipt or your website. He started pointing 4th point from Return Policy printed on receipt

Then I asked at checkout counter, this is what I heard from their rude staff :
1) Ma'am apko colour achha nahi laga to humara kya problem, humara loss hoga
2) Ye purana rule hai, weekends par hi exchange hota hai
3) Aapke liye kya special print karaye receipt

Hence I called customer care just to make sure if it's actually a rule or not.
And came to know there is no such rule like exchange on weekends Eve only.
Customer care said they can raise the complaint about it. And i can get the product exchanged within 7 days.

The worst experience ever! Hats off to the audacity of staff. This will be surely the last purchase from Reliance trends, Ulwe 🙏

Please educate your staff. They have no idea about the terms 'exchange, store credit'.

It's was awesome, the best was kids and mens section.

Women's was ok ok, but they had wide variety of mens and kids fashion, it was just awesome.

Even their in-house brand netplay had all fresh and new designs.

They also have good gift options going on.

Collection is marvelous.
Store Manager Mam helped me in selecting combinations and also explained the offers as well as schemes available; all staff is co-operative and polite.
Good experience in selecting products on video call when it is not possible to visit store.

Was cheated by the store manager on May 1st, 2022 when we went for shoping at night n we were the last customers. He promised one trolley bag in 500 for shopping of 8k and on shopping of 10k he promised 2k off n bag also for free. He said as we were the last customers, he is giving this deal. His store is highest selling store. He repeated his offer again and again. After tat we shipped for 11k and he did the billing. He gave discount of 2k and while he was billing, i asked for the bag and he said yes he will give the bag also. He was so clever tat he kept quite till tat time. He did the billing, returned my change and then told me how m i paying 500 for the bag. We were shocked to hear this. We told him tat he had promised 2k off and the bag for free. That cheater straight away denied and forced us to pay 500. I said plz cancel my order as u have cheated us. He told he can't cancel it as billing has been done. He purposely didn't asked for the bag money while billing as we would have straight away denied. But that fellow first completed our filling and then when we were trapped, he forced us to pay for the bag. His other two staff were silent as they were aware that he was cheating us. He talked in a very rough language with our family. Didn't expected this from Reliance trends store. Pathetic manager and he is a big cheater. Plz be aware.

Absolutely loved the shop. Very nice collection of dresses and lovely staff. They had offers and discounts. Even gave us diwali gift. People here were so kind they asked us water and showed us many dresses.
