I was so pleased when they made Ian the manager. He is the kindest, most helpful, friendliest guy - and deserves so much respect for the job he does. Since he has been in charge , the staff seem a lot more relaxed, friendly and genuinely happy to help. He is very hardworking and always goes above and beyond to accommodate the customer. I always know that if I ring Ian he will do what he can to help me. Nothing is ever to much trouble for him - and no one deserved to be made management more than him. He’s got a good heart, maybe too good for this line of work? If I was management I would never let this guy go! He brings humanity to the work you do!...
As a side note - Ian NEVER forgets your name, your other half’s name, your kids name or what’s happening in your life! This is a guy who really does care..

Ordered a keyboard online for next day delivery, 3 days later a laptop turned up at my door instead. Still waiting for the keyboard almost 7 days later. Absolutely disgusting customer service, rude staff and poor management. Assistant manager spams my phone with calls daily. Should be reported to trade standards.
