Great place. Very helpful staff. I like mom and pop stores. This is still one of them. Love the personal help you get. That you miss at other corporate stores.

Old school hardware store. Very helpful staff. They special ordered a nice hammer for me that Lowe’s and Home Depot couldn’t or wouldn’t get. Very good store that goes the extra mile.

Dan's True Value is my go-to hardware store! Clean, organized, well-stocked, with helpful staff. And the on-site Post Office means I can accomplish two errands at once!

This is a great hardware store. They may be slightly more expensive then a big box store, but the customer service more then makes up for it. I have found everything I need when I go there, and if I need help, there are workers all around ready for you. No walking in circles trying to find help! They even have a
U.S. Post Office in the back of the store.

Randy is a precious gift to True Value, helped me with propane information and tanks. Kind, patient, and informative... I will come back just because of him and his customer service.

Yes, again I went past Aco Hardware, Home Depot, and Lowe's to come were I can ask and get questions answered and get great customer service....and yes Randy is the reason, could have went to any of the stores to purchase, but businesses need to remember that personable employees are important...great job True Value and Randy.

Thee absolute best! The people that work there are the salt of the earth. They always take the time to help you find what you need and show how to use it if necessary. No up-selling. They are always quick with a helpful suggestion that will save you time, money, effort or all three.
They are the epitome of a small town hardware store from yesteryear.
