This is the worst Rudsak in the world! Disgusting behaviour from two African American sale reps! Yesterday, (Mother’s Day weekend) I came to get winter jackets for my family and myself! It’s Saturday, the store was full of customers, yet they were refusing to assist people, by ignoring all the requests and questions the customers were asking, meanwhile one rep was standing at the cash another one pretending fixing the features and talking to each other about how they are spending their day offs!
As a result customers started leaving the store because nobody wants to hear what two unethical, low class and uneducated illiterates talk about while they should be assisting others! I tried to ask for assistance, they pretended as if they didn’t hear me! I came close to them and asked straight away for assistance: one turned her head away and another one brushed me off saying they cannot look up for item in the system!
Rudsak used to be hiring high class individuals who strive to provide exceptional service, what happened to this company??? I left the store like others with such a bad taste in my mouth and this experience will be escalated further to head office!

Bought a jacket today from this store. 10/10 for the product.
The customer service reps were extremely rude and careless. Not bothered to answer any of the questions. Told me to refer the website for details. Absolutely ZERO customer service skills. I should have gone to their other store or should have just ordered online. Would recommend RUDSAK, Won’t recommend this store.

Kedicia has amazing customer service skills made me feel really nice in my blue Sonny jacket. Nadel was also very helpful with her input on the jacket. Overall both ladies have excellent attitudes towards me and I felt so welcome. Keep up the awesome work ladies

Great experience. Big thanks to Adam for resolving an issue I had with a jacket I purchased before. Khadija was helpful in providing details on their boot collection and assisted me in choosing one.

We were at the store to find the staff rude not even ready to assist trying merchandising. Just sitting in the back room leaving customers to themselves. Since the jackets are under lock there is no way to try these on. Staff was misguiding customers jackets were final sale but your receipts clearly state these are exchangeable between 15 days or returned for store credit, so confusing. However one of the associate Harjit was quite helpful.

My husband and I came in browsing and were helped by Stephanie. Her energy was so infectious and she went above and beyond to help us.
Huge shoutout to her as she helped us find jackets for both of us and we couldn’t be happier! She also just started a week ago so keep it up!!

Enrikes customer service is A1. Best sales person ever, super funny, very friendly. I didn’t get the lady’s name at the front but she was a beautiful black lady with short hair and she’s was so kind and sweet. Amazing team definitely coming here again.

Great clothes quality and the store with the most variety I could find in the outlet (even though the Hot Topic store that used to exist was my favorite). If your looking for famous names and durable, diverse clothes then Saks off 5TH is a guaranteed bet.

Over price, Department outlet store. Old old products. I thought this was suppose to be special? Sadly I was wrong. Customer service non existence.

I’m not too much of a shopper but when I needed to get a gift for my daughter, I was directed to Saks off 5th immediately! I was warned that the selection can be hit or miss, so I took a trusted shopping expert with me. I was surprised at the variety of designers they carried and the pricing was too good to be true! Highly recommend this place for those designer goodies at decent prices!

The quality of the brands is excellent 👌 .
The prices were a little expensive and some sales were affordable.
The branch is divided into men and women and children parts.
The careers were helpful and respectful 🙏.
I recommend it just for some time and it is so convenient for everyone.

A department store with a variety of brands. The only problem with this fashion store is that they don't have good selection. You will hardly find anything good here and if you are lucky enough and find something decent, you won't get a size in it. I don't understand the market mix of this store, are they trying to be a cheap department store like Winners or they want to be more premium and follow the Hudson's Bay.
