I used to come to this store to send packages from their PostNL point. Every single time, the person working writes the name of the recipient or the address wrong for the shipping lable even though all the information is clearly written on the package. However, this time the worker did not add any name to the shipping lable and also added a completely made up address. It took me several calls to PostNL to make sure the package would arrive to the correct person. If you want your packages to arrive safely, go to a different store. The cherry on top is that this store also charges you extra if you want to pay with a credit card....

Not international friendly shop, won't recommend there is one young boy with weird behavior.

You'd be better off buying your stuff from a thief, they will screw you over less than these punks will.

Ridiculous.

Poor inventory keeping: on the website they had some products listed that were not available anymore in store, however others that were available in store were not listed online.
Great price PS4 games: they had a great selection of PS4 games, most between 5€ and 20€. Discs in perfect condition!
Waiting times: there was only one staff member in the store, and most things are locked behind glass, so a few customers had to wait for around 10 minutes to be able to inspect some products more closely.

I bought used PS4 online and payed for it. The next day I got an email that it can not be shiped so I will be refunded. It was over 6 months now and I have not been refunded yet. My emails are ignored and never answered. When I called the shop many, many times now they always say that it is someone else dealing with refunds and he/she is not in today but will be tomorrow and then for sure I will be refunded. I was lied to this way for half a year and now. Very disapointed to say the least.

Do not recomend NEVER BUY FROM THEM.

I'm waiting for them to ship my order for more than one week by the time I'm writing this review. I've been trying to contact them on two different email addresses, two different facebook groups, but no answers at all. I don't know if I can ever expect to get my package, or my money back. Wouldn't recommend ordering from them.

Ik ging met mijn dochter een kijkje nemen. In het midden van de winkel stond een tafel met rommeltjes erop en vijf lege stoelen. We bezoeken Maastricht een paar dagen. Mijn dochter (een schone half Afrikaanse vrouw) is van ons twee de minder grote snuffelaar en zij nam plaats aan de tafel zodat ik lekker door kon rommelen. Drie dames van het personeel namen na 10 minuten ook plaats aan de tafel. Keken met een nare blik naar mijn dochter en één van de dames zei op onvriendelijke toon dat mijn dochter weg moest. "Deze tafel is voor personeel alleen. Dat kan toch niet zo. Nergens is het dat je zomaar aan tafel gaat zitten. Zelfs in de Bijenkorf kun je niet zomaar zitten". Mijn dochter verontschuldigde zich en vertelde dat het haar niet duidelijk was geweest. Nou......daar snapten ze niets van. Ze werd buiten gekeken alsof ze iets schandaligs had gedaan. Overduidelijk wilde ik hier niets meer kopen. Heel jammer dat de dames vanuit het niets als één groep haar buiten keken. De manier waarop mijn dochter werd aangesproken is buiten proportie. Waarom?
