Very good staff, always willing to help.

Yeah ... This place isn't a place to go for help. The staff are very rude and ignore the customers even when they are doing nothing. Even when you are polite and ask them for help they treat you as if you are dirt and said something offensive. The store looks dirty and the roof is falling through. Best advice for this store ....close it down or fire all the staff and recruit new staff member who knows what good customer service is.

I love this place! The staff are always so friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable about all the products/ offerings they have. It’s got everything you’d need to support yourself holistically. I also enjoy how organized everything is and the variety of things you may need. 10/10!! I’ve gotten locally and intentionally sourced herbs, all natural hair products by small owned businesses, and lots of plant-based food items as well. All of which are excellent quality that I can feel when I use them. Thank you so much Pemphamsie 💫

What a blessing this place is. If you have a good and fast metabolism, then you NEED to shop here to get your medicine. I'm already healing, from taking the right advice from such a knowledgeable herb 🌿 doctor (shop owner), and getting what I need to be ME again! Overnight the inflammation in my hips have gone down.

The best fries from all the fastfoods in the area. Chicken is okay. Unlimited soda.
Not a lot of people most of the time so not noisy.

All the owners and staff are always friendly, very knowledgeable, always willing to answer questions, and always happy to help. It's an incredibly refreshing feeling shopping here, because they really care and aim to help in the best way they can.

Best health shop, had everything I needed and a lot more. Staff and very helpful and friendly.

Walk past and you'd think it's closed down. Very shabby looking front without any content in what could be an enticing window display. I only knew it was open when I saw someone leave even though the website said it was open. Went in and there was just me and one other shopper, and this on a Saturday. Not surprising as as I said from the outside it looks closed for business. At least one staff member I spoke with tried to be helpful and was well mannered. Just found the lack of customers a surreal experience.

Most Boots stores / services have changed for the worse. Whilst certain individuals can make or break a service, what stems from the top is activated by those lower down. The top isn't that good anymore.

This place is hell on earth. PLEASE put minimum 2 pharmacists in your store. I had to wait in two long queues one by one just to buy to pills. Never coming back to this store or any other boots outlet rven if I have yo suffer a health loss. I'll take me a while to recover from today's torture.

The staff are absolutely amazing. The pharmacy staff especially are communicative dedicated professional whilst also staying compassionate helpful and humane in the face of a lot of pressure. Truly such a lovely and effective team.

I went and thought I have diabetes type 2 I wonder what would help to detox me first of all clean out my body and the lovely lady recommended a natural cologne cleans and I saw a difference in my stomach
Then when I did I then went back she recommended another one day treatment for that I stayed in the whole day and I have seen results already
And I will be going back it’s all about looking after your self with natural ingredients love it

Very helpful and informative. I had appointment with owner Basil and he did a consultation about my overall health, diet. He then recommended health products. He was thorough and very kind. Staff Rudy I've seen too and he has been very polite and so helpful. Pempamsie staff are knowledgeable about the herbs, holistic approach connecting diet to better health. A nice aura and feel in this shop and the products and people working there are worth every penny. You definitely don't get that feel in some mainstream herbal places I could mention. Basil especially knows his herbs and always warm are Rudy and the staff.

Bought expired coffee unfortunately. Pls check your stock of climpson and son decaf. It wasn't cheap either 😢

Will happily sell you mouldy hummus at premium prices.

Nice shop with decent products but very rude service.
I was about to buy some shopping and took a picture of an alternative product when I got shouted at from somewhere behind the counter ‘Oi, no photos!’. I was then shouted at again ‘You have to ask permission before you take photos’!.
This is a shop and I chose to come here over Planet Organic to support the independent shop. Now I would not make that same choice again here.

This is where I get my beard oils from and other organic products. The staff are always very friendly and helpful and they are very knowledgeable about healthy body products.

Good quality produce and a good selection but seems very overpriced. I spent over £50 in there even though I just got a few items. Not sure whether I was charged incorrectly or whether the store is that expensive.

They have the best herbs and the best quality ,detox , kidney, UTI , insomnia, it's a place you can have everything concerning health issues

A great section of Christmas gifts (reputable brands like Laura Ashley etc...)as you enter the store on the left.
Some of them reasonable prices, you can stretch your money.
The young cashier at the front of the store was very polite and friendly.
Store is not usually crowded so it is spacious and a pleasure to browse and shop there.

Nice store, well stocked. However, the representative was trying too hard to be helpful and it verged on being overbearing. I came to ask for advice for one specific thing, and they started asking me lots of questions (some of them indiscreet) about my overall health. I know everything is related when it comes to health but asking about sleep supplements should not warrant questions about bowel movements, advice about reproductive health and being handed 4 different products without being given a chance to read the labels in peace. I would not advise anyone who's introverted to visit this shop as it was a stressful experience for me. They also told me the wrong price for the item they sold me and I only realised after leaving the shop.

An upscale grocery store with a decent selection of craft beers. Nice range of London breweries, rest of UK, some Belgian, German, etc. They tend to have quite a nice selection of Kernel beers, it must be said, with around six different beers from the brewery on each of my past few visits. Prices are decent. Staff are friendly enough. Not a place to seek out for acquiring rare beers but a good local option.

I get my repeat Prescriptions here. With other pharmacies I'd turn up to collect my prescription and they'd be unable to find it or only issue some of the requested medication. Boots in West Ealing contact me when the prescription is ready a d then I go along and pick it up. They are efficient, precise and prompt. My only gripe is that sometimes they are short on staff.

Clean, friendly and well stocked store in the heart of Walthamstow. The main man Rudie is a pleasure to talk to and very knowledgeable about holistic health. Well worth a visit.

The check-out girl was SO rude! Super unpleasant. Didn't apologise and had the audacity to tell me I was bad-mannered, when she in fact had made a mistake. I may think twice before setting foot in that shop again. It's not exactly cheap neither. Go somewhere with pleasant staff would be my recommendation!

If you turn on the sound on your CCTV footage you will hear the customer apologise to me, as she felt awkward taking my place in the line. I was gone for literally 3 sec to pick up some bread, but the girl at the till had already lost patience and called the next customer forward. At no point did I push anyone (!)
I take from your hostile and distasteful reply that the tone within your shop elicits the girl at the till to think it acceptable to speak to your customers like she did to me. I would recommend you adapt a friendly tone and start hiring people who show respect and consideration to your clientele.

I heard about this black-owned holistic health store through tiktok! I travelled from East London to visit the Brixton store yesterday and had a fantastic experience. JD and Gavin were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. they let me know about their new Walthamstow store, which I’m very excited about. But I have to give a massive thanks to Jahzure! She was an absolute delight! she had great customer service and it was very clear that she was very knowledgeable of the products. I’m looking forward to becoming a loyal customer. thanks again all :)

I was very impressed with my visit to Pempamsie yesterday. The Boss led from the front with warmness and it was apparent that this then filtered through to others working in the shop. My only wish is to see this lovely shop expand so lots more people can experience the wonders of the range of products sold at any one time. Thank you so much. I went to purchase "Very Puzzled" items but could not get all of the amount I wanted in Brixton so I was directed to the Mitcham shop. I arrived there and the warmness continued! Amazing - Keep up the great work - it comes as no surprise that you have been around for 20 years!!

Lovly shop with a vast variety of wellness products, art and craft and so much more. The products are reasonable priced, staffs are professional/welcoming, the shop smells good and they also have a vegan restaurant next door. Am definitely going back there.

I went in here just to explore and it was a wonderful experience. The shop owner seems very knowledgeable and willing to help and serve his customers. The other staff members were friendly and helpful. This is a great store to visit if you are in need of herbal remedies, smudge sticks and books etc. Would definitely recommend 🌱

Lovely little shop, holds many Afro/Caribbean products. From, skin & hair to crystals, oils and Black history books & information.

Bought a wide variety of products from this store including incense, a book, cosmetics and healthy organic herbs. Great customer service and I will be returning here again

I met a lovely lady called Dion during my visit and she was very knowledgeable and helpful although the shop hadn't been opened a week at that point.
The shop was small, but had a good range of afro hair products, health products, handmade goods and more

Ohh, and just so you know, this great business also caters for those seeking to know what is really going on in our society, through informative ’Books’ about your history and culture of the past, and how to integrate these new Overstandings/Understandings of what being alive in these times really equates to as Oppressive regimes dominate the ruling classes!

Great place for health care products and African culture books. There are many other things in store like household ornaments. This place is a treasure trove for those seeking a insight to health and history. The staff are wonderful and very knowledgeable in their chosen profession.
