Nice hospitality and overall a good environment. All workers are very helpful.
The store manager Devanshu is very incapable does not resolve any issues with the expensive clothings bought from the store. As per him if 30 days have expired and there is a manufacturing defect in the clothes or the clothes come out to be of poor quality, the company has no solution for it.
I had bought a suit what is Rs.20,000, the trouser got a lint over it after usage of two times only.
Last year also I had bought a shirt and the colours on the button of the shirt got discoloured, even at that time there was no resolution.
Now onwards I am not going to purchase the products of blackberry as the quality has gone down drastically.

Bad service. Arrogant staff. No wonder their store is always empty despite being located in the most crowded mall of Chandigarh.

Very good designs and the best part is their staff especially Arjun. His skills and experience towards color combination is super sharp. After visiting the showroom we just conveyed our requirement. He immediately presented a best combination of clothes and we just bought it. This shows how he understands the requirements and saves customer time by providing them the best possible services. Will definitely visit again. All the best.

The product had a price tag of 3499 but their sytem was showing it 4000 and they refused the sale without any empathy.
Mr. Gurinder singh ji should have considered this and made the sale rather than refusing it cold heartedly.
I would remind that this is not about one sale but a long term relationship which I have been having it with LP. Alas, they dont care, neither do I now!!!

Worst service at elante mall Chandigarh.... . Not trust worthy employee at showroom.
I purchased against GST bill number 1333301123001430 dated09/06/23 from sales person Ashwani Kumar.
They committed about polo shirt to be delivered in two or three days at our home address. But today on 28/06/23
We can't received till today. They never approch us about our parcel. When today I contact to store manager enquire about my parcel he misbehave with me rather feel sorry for his mismanagement.

Classic formal wear for men.. My all-time favorite brand! Elante LP show room have wide and latest Collection.
Store is good u may find every series of the line but The salesperson of this store lacks Professionalism. They are lethargic and won't treat u nice if u take more than ,15-20 mins, even if you've finalized the products uve seen earlier which are worth around 30-40 k. I prefer u to visit Sector-17 Louis Philippe u may be quite satisfied with the Hospitality, products are the same.

As i visit today at your store in elante i got horrible reponse over there.Iam a regular visitor or you can say my hubby is big fan of your brand .I want to present a gift to my hubby from your store to celebrate his btirthday . The incident was like i called them and enquire dat about i received a text from u guys dat i got total points 920 +500 on hubby birthday please redeem dat till 31 oct 2015 .I called them yesterday and enquire about all that and they said u can come tommorrow because i hv to come from mohali.I visted today and what response i got dat sorry our system not working so u are not able redeem the points .Such a bad answer you guys think iam fool coming all the way from mohali for this answer dats ur problem not mine .The person who was attending so dismanner dnt knw about hospitality how to talk with customer .He gave me ur mail id you can mail you.Its embracing really ill never visit again .
