Such a great experience at Love luxury today. This was my first visit. Was made to feel welcome with my first step into the store starting with the greeting from security at the door. Marya was so lovely and helpful, showing me the different options of bags that I was interested in. Did my first sale and my first purchase today. Would highly recommend them. A definite 5 star plus experience.

I highly recommend Love Luxury. Marya was so friendly and helpful from the phone call where she explained the process, booked a next day appointment and welcomed me when I arrived. Everyone in the shop was extremely friendly and polite. I sold a Chanel medium classic flap black and was very happy with the price.

The team at Love Luxury were amazing! Its a very friendly atmosphere and a shop was filled with so may goodies to try on. I personally went in to see their VC&A collection and fell in love! There prices are very fair and most importantly you feel confident that the items you purchase have gone through all the checks. If you are ever in London make sure you check them out. After seeing them on YouTube we finally got to meet the very lovely Marya who gave us a warm and hearty welcome, we sold them a brand new Rolex Daytona, the price we agreed was absolutely amazing and furthermore the payment was made very swiftly. I am very pleased with the level of service and professionalism provided by Marya as well as other members of staff who were so friendly and helpful which made us very comfortable. This would be the only company I would be having my future deals with, it was an experience I could not ever forget. Really looking forward to meeting the team again. Well done to love luxury for being the best in all aspects.

The employee of African descent with the fake French accent (working in Mens) needs to be fired immediately.
I visited this store with my family to purchase a few gifts for loved ones. My mother asked him a simple question, the response he gave was rude and obnoxious. We immediately walked out in disbelief.
I have no idea who he thinks he is. We are the ones that keep you employed. Your customers are the ones who have the money to buy the products. You are merely a puppet of the brand.
Now that I've looked at some of the other reviews of this store, I can see that other customers have also found the employees' attitudes to be unacceptable. I have no idea why businesses employ these morons who think they own the store but can't afford the basic things in life.
I've never experienced this kind of service from this location, and I certainly won't be returning here again. I proceeded to purchase 2 presents from Hermes & Chanel instead. At least, they know how to speak to customers. I can also recommend YSL (Womens) from previous purchases at Harrods, they were amazing.
Boycott stores who treat you badly. Don't give them your hard earned money. They're not special! They'll soon realise customer satisfaction is key. Looking forward to these subpar stores shutting down and terrible workers being left without a job as customers turn to online purchases.

This review is based solely on one gentleman, Mr Ahmed-Khalid, who I strongly feel deserves a 5-star review for his kind and friendly demeanor and exceptional handling of a few problems I encountered with my purchases in store. His professionalism and attention to detail were truly commendable and he resolved the situations swiftly and effectively, ensuring that I as a customer, left the store feeling satisfied and valued. They have amazing pieces in excellent conditions for a very reasonable price. The staff is super extra friendly and they give you advise. I saw a woman leaving her Chanel in consignment and trust me they’re very attentive to details and they take its time to authenticate the items ❤️ I love it!

Went to harrods for a preplanned shopping trip. My worst experience was at LV, the woman serving us was exceptionally rude and condescending. Out of principle, I did not purchase from this store and ended up purchasing from Selfridges in Birmingham instead.
The woman who served me at LV in Harrods was French, slim and long blonde hair. Never in my life have I met someone in sales with such a poor attitude and the WORST customer service.
She could learn a thing or two from the staff at Cartier and Chanel who were charming in comparison.
This LV store doesn’t care about customer service or it’s customers on the slightest!

Cannot believe you register to shop. We waited 45 minutes for a server to tell us the product we wanted was out of stock! Sat down at a desk, lots of servers walking around doing not alot never asked if we wanted a drink or anything. How would they know we were buying a £300 gift and not a £3000 one? Won't rush back will go to John Lewis or Harrods in future or just buy on-line.

Staff is only nice with you when you buy from them…I gave them a Chanel bag to quote me on for sale.…the quote was outrageous and wen I went to collect my bag they were so hostile with me…I asked them for a paper bag to put my bag in so I don’t carry it in my hands…where the one of them said to me ,,sorry we don’t give out bags like that” I mean I asked you for a paper bag which you just give away when you buy something….but because I didn’t buy anything and didn’t sell trough them they are rude…
I will never go back there out of principle…

After enjoying their YouTube videos for many months, I finally had the opportunity to visit Love Luxury and pick up a souvenir. I was absolutely delighted to find that Adam and Marya were there at the store, and they were just as warm and helpful in person as they are in their videos! It was so lovely to chat with them, and they were incredibly knowledgeable about bags and watches. The inventory was, of course, stunning and in amazing condition. After I made my selection, Adam wrapped my purchase himself, which was simply above and beyond. Thank you Adam and Marya, I cannot wait to visit Love Luxury again on my next trip to the UK! Truly a five star experience!

Great place to buy or sell your designer items at below retail prices. Very friendly staff. You can bring designer items to sell in person. Clothing and shoes are seen at their Kings Road branch and designer bags at their Knightsbridge branch. They will either reject when you bring it in or accept and send to their central office for authenticity check and quote. Quotes take up to 2 weeks. Expect to be offered between 20-60% of what you paid.

I will be very honest with my review, i am on of their customer and i ordered a piece of jewellery and collected in store. After buying and trying the jewellery I realised i am allergic to the metal base and didn’t realise it was same. Now the sales executive has tied their so called tag in such a manner that i was not able to put that on and i had to cut the thread . I bought that in the evening and soon after emailed them for return explaining my situation. Now they don’t want to give refunds.
I please request them to at least issue me a voucher if u don’t want to give my money 😕

I had high hopes when I placed a remote order for a £1800 Chanel vanity bag from the Knightsbridge store while shopping at the Birmingham location on July 29th. Birmingham has been my go-to, always with fantastic service (which they have continued to give despite the below issues not being their fault at all!)
This time though, things went awry:
🚚 Bag sent to the wrong address despite the correct info on my account.
🏷️ Bag arrived with a security tag, which isn’t the same type they use in Birmingham meaning I couldn't get it removed locally.
📧 Exchanged 21+ emails with 'WeCare' (DE head office?) over a week – this has been extremely time consuming.
✂️ Finally advised to snip off the tag with strong scissors – it seemed like this solution could have been offered a week ago. I asked about the alarm but was assured it wouldn't set off.
🚨 Snip! Alarm blares, had to stow it in my car to spare everyone the noise.
I asked for a complaint escalation, but silence followed. 🙁 Fair to ask for compensation – this was supposed to be an exciting purchase! Yet, the ordeal left me disheartened, all thanks to 'DE WeCare's' shocking customer service.
I used to rave about Designer Exchange, but I can't endorse a place with dismal post-sale care. 🛍️ I've also not heard back since requesting escalation or sharing my alarm saga. 🚫

I bought my wife a Bracelet and a Pair of shoes, and even though the product was amazing I was more impressed with the service I recieved. A gentleman named Abiola made the whole process awesome with banter and great customer service he personally escorted me up to Ladies shoes after i bought the Bracelet from him..Abiola thank you mate..10/10

“Within just 48 working hours* from arrival in the studio, your payment (either bank transfer or a higher priced Designer Exchange voucher) will be with you. *Some items may require an additional 24hours for extra authentication or checks.”
However they NEVER follow what they advertised. The first time I waited over two weeks and I put it down due to the new year etc however after another time of dealing with them I am still waiting almost a week. Plus the communication is absolutely horrible.
I would advise you use other websites as designer exchange is the worst service I have ever received. They don’t even have a number for the headquarters causing me to have to send multiple emails over days, which they constantly ignore.

I would not recommend shopping here. The store manager is unhelpful, confrontational and dismissive. Something I have never experienced in a luxury goods store. It’s a shame because I have had great service there by other members of staff. Unfortunately Maria’s attitude and general demeanour has undone others fantastic customer service.

I never bought nice trainers cause I couldn't justify the cost but finally took the leap and bought my first pair of gucci leather trainers and I was super excited about. I bought it in April and by today (June) it was already had wear and tear in the inside. I was bummed out because they were beautiful but it didn't make sense to already have damaged interior when I barely wore them.
I called them and the gucci rep asked me to go in the store so I went back to Harrods.
Ornela was the employee who was helping me figure out a solution. She was very understanding and patient in listening to my issue. She helped me find a resolution which I'm happy about.
I'm giving 5 star for the customer service received my the phone call rep and Ornela. This is the type of service you expect from a luxury brand.
In terms of shoes, I think I'll stick to getting other accessories from Gucci cause I love the brand!

I had a certain product which I would like to buy it. Therefore I asked one of LV staff for stock availability, and I give him its item number. As I’ve been confirmed that it was available. I prepared to purchase it , and I gave LV staff my name and my Mobil number, but I been told that I need to wait a little bit. So I was waiting and after while I received txts message twice and need to wait more( I was waiting 15 minutes). Looks a few staff were available but I still had to wait. Isn’t it first come first served !!
After complain to Manager, one staff approached me said ( how can I help you) . I don’t understand, do I have to give them again product information??? This shop has not got any communication skill between staff , as well as has not got any customer service skills. I left to Harrods and went LV Bond Street.
If someone would like to buy LV products , avoid Harrods , Go to LV bond Street , or Selfridges.

Excellent customer service. Didn’t catch the name of the shopping assistant but she had an attentive eye. Paper bag from another shop broke down whilst we were there, and the lady immediately reacted and offered us a new bag. Excellent heartwarming gesture.

Indeed one of the worst customer service I’ve ever met. I was a cabin crew with a five star airlines. With chances to visit many LV stores worldwide. This should be my worst experience. Queuing system was bad and there wasn’t many customers. Sales person more then customers I would say. And yet, they couldn’t give better service to genuine and polite approached customers. Bad attitude lower the grade and image on your brand. Please send your staffs for more self improvement courses to catch up with competitive market. For me, I’ll choose to buy online now which is more convenient and soon, your retails can close down with no commission and jobs. 自食其果!
Ps: Even smaller brand ‘Long-champ’ on the lower ground floor have a much polite and service orientated sales. Shame on you!

Purchased a hat from gucci harrods and they sell you the one that's on display. I purchased the hat at 6pm when they where closing wanting to pay cash but they would only accept card. When I got home and took the hat out of the bag it had all orange makeup on the inside rim . I messaged the sales assistant who said he would get back to me about returning the item and they didn't bother . I wish I purchased from somewhere else now as once they sell you the item they really don't care if you're not happy with it. Plus your paying alot of money for a display item that many people have tried on

I done a refund in Gucci harrods where I got the item, I didn’t get treated good plus they gave me old 50 notes they said they don’t have new notes so I took it but when I start shopping in harrods! couple of shops refused to take the 50 notes so when I went back to Gucci they refused to exchange them for me they said they don’t have it so they made me wait with my husband and 3 children for 1 hour at the end they open their till and gave it to me 😡😡😡😡 why they made me wait 1 hour and they were trying to get the new notes from harrods customer service while they do have it in their tills 😡 soooooo upset why they lied to me ? No one picks up the phone. Have been trying to get a refund for exactly 30 days now and no one seems to be competent enough to process the item I did not end up picking up.

First time Back at Harrods since lockdown and was on a bit of a hunt for some mens' jewellery items which in turn became one of the best shopping experiences I have had.
I was greeted by Erica who really too a lot of time to kindly and carefully go through the all the current seasons jewellery catalogue as well as items which could be requested on order. So professional and personable.
I am absolutely delighted with my purchase not least because of the way I was treated. The area was also made more private as clients would be seen on an individual basis which I really appreciated. I very much look forward to coming back an would highly recommend!

I had pleasant experience in Gucci two days ago. Ladies were absolutely lovely and found me a purse I really wanted! There were some inconsistencies in the price as same purse just different color was £40 cheaper and they tried to explain they increased prices and this one must have had the old one. Bit unprofessional but I cant say any bad word the customer experience was really nice. I felt valuable even that I wore a bit unfresh T-shirt :D

Wrong store hours. Went out of my way to go there as they claimed to be open till 21.00h but did, in fact, close at 19.00h.
