Top Watch stores in Boise, United States

Had the worst experience here, went shopping for my son's birthday. No one would help me, all they did was stare and whisper under their breath and occasionally laugh. Who hires these store (J) clerks? They act like old people don't ever go in there to shop for their kids. They need a lesson in guest service, and a brain implant obviously the intelligence is lacking if you're in your late 20's and working at zummies, lol

My wife and I were at this store a couple months back looking for snowboarding boots.

We asked to try on some snowboarding boots and were met with "why am I helping you if you arent going to buy anything".

We were turned off by the associate and his comments, so we took our business somewhere else and bought two pairs of vans boots through their competitor. Not sure why we were judged so hard from the beginning, but needless to say we were dissapointed with zumies since we have been going to this store since we were kids.

Later that week we got a call from one of their managers appologizing for the associates behavior. I will give them credit for this.

There were two employees on duty. It wasn't busy, and they didn't even acknowledge us until we were leaving the store. BTW, some customers don't appreciate the filthy worded "RAP" music that was playing in the store. Get a clue, Zumiez!

i dont usually write department store reviews. The entire staff was awesome but i got to put a separate shout out for Morgan and Quinton they were so nice to me and my I will go back just because of them.

Worked with David super knowledgeable, extremely patient, greatly appreciated all his help. He helped my husband and our son to get snowboards. He ran around to make sure they had what we needed or found it online. David made the process super easy. If you need a snowboard I would recommend seeing David.

Great selection. So much merchandise they need a bigger store

Was wandering around aimlessly when Landon asked if I was looking for anything in particular. Within a few minutes he was bringing me shirts from around the store that matched my vibe, told me about the artists that made the designs with interest, and was genuinely just a cool dude. The designs were cool, but honestly the customer service is the biggest reason to come back.

Amazing customer service and I love how much you can look at in this store and I bought some nice shirts that I really enjoyed and it was a really good price for both of them im so happy with the service I got and I will try to go to this store when I'm at the mall I go there every so often.

I was truly impressed with the customer service we received from Landon and Naomi at the Boise Mall Zumiez. They went above any beyond to help us with a purchase and stayed beyond closing hours with the most helpful attitudes! Thank you for making our day and for helping us find exactly what we were looking for! You two are AMAZING!!

Totally ridiculous I purchased some boots they were high high dollar. I told her that I wore a size 7 she did not have a seven in stock so she talked me into letting her send me the size 7 to my house. So I paid for it fully trusting that they were sending me a size 7 and this was for my wedding. I got them four days before I was getting ready to go to my wedding in Las Vegas and they were a 6 1/2 totally didn’t fit me and totally ruined my outfit for my wedding. I wouldn’t trust the store with anything. And we spent a ton of money there over the past couple months. I called in, and the man wanted me to pay for the shipping to ship the boots back to him instead of providing me with a shipping label so that I wouldn’t have to pay again because I don’t live anywhere near the store. And I’m not even going to get the boots before my wedding and that was the reason I was getting them. So I am out a lot of money and they basically are doing nothing about it, but making me pay more money to send them in so I could have some more shipped out, this is not the way to do business. I don’t know what this world is coming to with customer service, but this is the poorest customer service I’ve ever seen. The store is not worth the trip to even go in the door. Update I talked to the twin falls store, and they took for the Boise store mess up Sorry we’re at the Boise store said nothing of the sort.
They even offered the home store number to where I could get a shipping label because the Boise store did not offer that at all but since this was going to be for my wedding at this point my whole outfit was coordinated around those boots so I’m going to have to go get a refund and try to completely coordinate my outfit for something totally different and I have four days to do it in. I won’t be shopping at Buckle again after a spending at least $2500 there in the past two months no thanks. Update they did order more boots for me so I have more stars

Zumiez has always been one of my favorite skate shops. Growing up it was like the only place I shopped at in my hometown in Colorado. Years ago it was closed down and so I like to frequent them when I do see them. There’s a lot of great clothes but I’m usually there for the stickers and the skate boards. I take my kids in these days for the skateboards. The staff is always super friendly and it’s always fun to go in and see what’s going on.

David was super helpful. He had exactly what I needed and at a great price. I highly recommend this location, and thank you David.

My girlfriend and I recently went to the Boise Town Square to buy new clothes for her new job in management. Buckle was the store we had in mind, as we find the selection & style to be the best around...On this particular occasion, not only did several sales associates immediately greet us when we walked in, one associate inparticurtiular named Mallory, catered to my girlfriends particular style & taste & selected multiple garments to try on,several of which we purchased and are very happy with. Our experience with Buckle & the staff has never disappointed! Special shout out to Mallory & thanks for all the help & attention to detail!

Just wanted to give Nayeli a big shoutout. Best customer experience I had shopping this last time! I had barely landed in Boise and needed a last minute outfit for a last minute date. Nayeli went above and beyond to find some outfit options for me. She paid great attention to what I wanted, size, colors, and made sure they were all coordinated since I am OCD. She definitely deserves a raise. I was able to make it to my date on time and have a fresh outfit! Thank you.

Had the most wonderful expirience today with my wife here! the staff was amazing and tottally got my wife to feel completely comfortable here and we tottally spent way too much money here but it was also my wifes birthday

We were in there Saturday and the guys on the floor were awesome. They helped my 11 year old showing him clothes. We left there impressed. Thank you.

I enjoyed this store and I bought a nice Tshirt. It was a little spendy but I had the money so it was no problem.

Ryan and his crew have been absolutely amazing these past few days when I was purchasing Snowboard gear. They gave personalized recommendations, they were patient, some of the best customer service I have had in a long time. I highly recommend giving your business to this store and their team.

I went to Zumies to replace my broken skateboard deck. This is the only place that had specifically what I was looking for. Here I found the correct skate I needed, came in Monday to speak with the skate tech, he was friendly, knowledgeable and he recommended a wider board than what I was used to, like an 8.25" deck, because I needed more grip to vert skate at Rhodes skatepark. Came in couple days later after I had done more research, and purchased the board no problem, only place in town with nice Krooked skate decks with amazing, unbelievable pop. It enables me to ollie almost hip high, awesome setup, kept the old tensor trucks and wheels though. Best deck ever!
I'm very pleased, with my skateboard and the service here, prices could be better, but this store has always taken care of me since the early 2000s.
