Grey bearded guy in white shirt on duty free is ignorant and rude, should be somewhere in a job not customer related.
The self service machines are all seriously out of date and only 3 working when I passed through , he was bad tempered and totally unhelpful to a couple of people before me which slowed down the slow process even longer , would suggest giving him a sweeping brush and a job outside.

Waited for such a long time at checkout I had to put goods back or miss my flight. €150 missed sales. Twenty minutes was ridiculous and self service tills just as bad 👎
At least three managers "managing" rather than doing something constructive to reduce queues.

This is more expensive than tax free at home. Also we wanted to buy 2 small miniature bottles of liqueur for souvenirs. But they don't sell alcohol between 10 pm and 7 am. What is the difference between 5am and 7 am. Then don't open the store at 5 am.

Misleading prices. At the checkout, a higher price is requested. If you complain, you need to argue a lot and a supervisor had to come even. It took 5-10 minutes to finally get them to admit that I was right and the price was actually calculated too high at the checkout. In the end, there wasn't even an apology. Take photos of the items you're buying! Never again!

Selection is big enough, however the prices are ridiculous. I also don’t appreciate the Sales Assistants breathing down my neck while looking at the products. Do not stand in a customers face and force them to be interested in a product or lure them into purchasing. That is off putting to the point where I will purchase online instead.
