I went here to do get lab work done. I would HIGHLY.. and I mean.. HIGHLY recommend this place po because of Sir Ferdy. He is very helpful with any questions, tries to give the best value, and customer service is just top notch! He’s so friendly and welcoming! He deserves a raise:)

One stop medical center offering excellent medical services from young ones to young at hearts... From thorough consultations, as well as diagnostics procedures like laboratory, x-rays, ultrasounds, ecg and even 2D echo...they even cater for home services for patients who can't able to come in person, the staffs are friendly and very accommodating and the center is presentably clean...

The ENT Dra. Dianne is nice and she will educate you about your situation. She even have a picture which helps me understand more what was going on with my right ear. It was a pleasant experience. What I don’t like about the clinic is the alignment or process. They could have done better. Maybe they could add screening to check what type of consultation is needed, then numbering per type of consultation, and a screen where you’ll see your turn. This will make the process smoother since one of the receptionist keeps on pushing away the patients that we’re asking, telling them to wait. It looks horribly disorganized.

One of the best clinic I've been so far. The staff are very accommodating and waiting time is minimal. The Doctor is very approachable. I highly recommend this clinic.

RAD very friendly yung nag asikaso sakin and she was willing to extend her time para ma xray ako. as my first time experiencing xray, the experience was comfortable. the atmosphere wasn’t too crowded and was calming

The cost for physical exam is affordable, the doctor is nice to me. Although I feel discriminated bacuse some staffs are murmuring about my lab test results because some of my results are not normal, I feel embarassed and not comfortable. They can improve customer experience if they have proper etiquette and professionalism.

A foreigner skipped the long queue and the guard just smiled and gave me "i can't do anything about it" look.
Website states "maxicare" accredited but receptionist said it's not.
Came in 11AM but they requested me to wait until 1PM due to doctor's availability.
Gave me a refund but asked for a receipt first. No receipts we're given at the first place. What the heck should I provide?

Me: inquired if ENT doctor will be available on Tuesday
Keralty: confirmed available Tuesday 9am-12noon and noted on my request appointment for wife @tuesday 11am
Tuesday morning,
wife arrive at Gateway clinic past 11am.
Took too long to inform that ENT doctor refused to come on the scheduled appointment. Where is professionalism on that, from the doctor, from the clinic front desk and appointment booking?
Such clinic basic customer healthcare service, service without professionalism, SEVICE LACKING from global standard.

My family took the covid antigen test here needed for international travel. We got the report in 30 minutes. Their report does not have the QR code but it's not required going to the US.

They really take good care of their patients, and they make you feel at home while waiting for your procedure, Very on time results and friendly staffs, very clean comfort rooms what more could you ask.. thank you for the experience..♥️♥️♥️
