I had an appointment and when I got there I was asked to complete a form. Apparently I filled out the form incorrectly to make the Receptionist ask the other Receptionist to bring it to my attention. The 2nd Receptionist was rude in the way she addressed me in a frustrating tone, as well as in her body language. An African American woman who may have been a Manager intervened, but only to confirm that I filled out the form wrong. As a consumer I know that I can take my business elsewhere, and so I did.

I had a 12:30 appointment for mammography and sonogram. It was two years since I had been to this location and apparently they made some in house changes. I arrived 15 minutes early in the hopes of leaving early (but not expecting it) since I had plans for that afternoon. The receptionist remarked that I was early. "Yes, a little", I said. "No actually a lot", she replied. "Your appointment is not until 1:15". I told her that I was sure it was for 12:30. Her response was, "Yes we say that to make sure you arrive on time." I laughed and said," You're kidding right?" "No really", she replied. I could understand 15 minutes but 45?! Who does that!? I couldn't believe that they could be so inconsiderate with their patients' time. So I left and I will never return. I now go to Zwanger Pesiri.

I had an appt for a upper GI series and got there no one was waiting i was the first in. due to a clerical issue i had to wait about 30 mins to fix it. i really didn't have the time to spend there and seeing that the 2 people tat come in after me was taken in and i asked and was said it will be shortly that the lady would finish the error. So now have been waiting for 45 mins, and i needed to return to work. I was very upset and just completely mad. Left never had i had to wait so much and allow others to go in front of me. I wont be to happy if I have to use them again. I have to say i was very rude at the end. That was my fault for just not wanting to wait.
