Un altro monumento ambizioso e criptico. Il muro sgretolato cosa dovrebbe rappresentare? La breccia di Porta Pia? E quelle figure con indosso il cappello piumato cosa stanno facendo? Sembra un gruppo di imbranati che non riesce ad arrampicarsi.

Spomenik Bersegeriju na trgu Berseglieri, Milano.
Savremeni spomenik napravio je kipar Mario Robaudi 1973. godine i postavljen na trgu Berseglieri u istorijskom centru Milana.

Hanno intitolato: Largo dei Bersaglieri una minuscola area verde tra piazza Fontana e Largo Augusto.
Hanno eretto una parete di cemento nell'area verde sui cui lati hanno incavalcato un originale monumento ai Bersaglieri, costituito da varie statue stilizzate.
Lo stile è moderno, e personalmente non mi piace, con tutto il rispetto per i Bersaglieri.

“I Bersaglieri,” ήταν μια ελίτ Ιταλική στρατιωτική μονάδα famous for their dramatic and extraordinary performances on the parade ground, are an elite Italian military unit που ιδρύθηκε το 1836 από τον Captain Alessandro La Marmora και ο Βασιλιάς Charles Albert τους ενέταξε στο Βασιλικό Ιταλικό στρατό. Η ποιο ηρωική πράξη τους ήταν στις 20 Σεπτεμβρίου 1870 που απελευθέρωσαν τη Ρώμη από τον Παπικό νόμο και οδήγησαν στην Ιταλική ενοποίηση.
Το μνημείο απεικονίζει έναν τσιμεντένιο τοίχο χωρισμένο στην κορυφή (το Breccia di Porta Pia) από τον οποίο αναδύονται πολυάριθμοι χάλκινοι Bersaglieri, στυλιζαρισμένοι και αναγνωρίσιμοι από το τυπικό φτερωτό καπέλο.
Στην απέναντι πλευρά κάποιοι άλλοι σπάνε μια αλυσίδα.
Στη βάση του μνημείου μια εορταστική οικογένεια υποδέχεται τους Bersaglieri.

You can get really close for some amazing photos

It's a rather interesting monument that depicts a family along with people reaching out to each other hanging from the wall.

I am not too sure about hat the monument is trying to convey and I thought it was located in a rather odd spot in the city, but it's definitely eye catching and interesting to look at.
