Bad experience!
I recently visited the clinic, and while the facility itself was clean and well-maintained, my experience with Dr. Masoud Shahrokhi was far from satisfactory. He displayed a lack of patience and basic communication skills. Throughout the consultation, Dr. Shahrokhi rushed through the procedure, and made no effort to engage in active listening and even an eye contact. It was a disappointing and unsettling experience, especially as my first visit to a doctor in Canada.

Don't recommend Dr Shahrokhi !

The doctors provide excellent care, but the service is not good. There are consistently long waits, even with appointments, and phone call frequently go unanswered. And the receptionists are often unfriendly. Hopefully they will take actions to address these issues given the numerous negative reviews

Dr Masoud shahrokhi, That man behaves very badly, especially with children, he is very nervous and impatient. He told me that you won't die from the flu and that you don't need to go to the doctor until the risk of death is reduced. He didn't help me and didn't give me medicine to ease my pain and suffering. And for a simple health certificate for my daughter that I asked for anesthesia and fixing her teeth,he asked me for $280. Such people are really not suitable for Canadian society.

May as well show up 2 hours late for your appointment, the doctor certainly will. I've been here twice to see Dr. Cory and both times I've had to wait more than 1.5 hours past my scheduled appointment time. My girlfriend has had the same experience with her visits with him also.
Dissapointed by the bare-minimal care displayed by doctors, unfriendly & uncoordinated reception, and blatant unprofessionalism in our medical system.

All of my family members (me, my husband, and our two young daughters) have visited Orca a number of times over the last few years and we’ve always had a positive experience. The front desk staff and doctors are extremely busy, but I’m okay without small talk and I’ve always gotten the care I needed in a timely fashion. I last saw Dr. Javan and he was warm, professional, and thorough. I am thankful that this clinic fills in a much needed gap in our medical system.

Dr. here are very unprofessional they don't care about the patient they only care about meeting more clients so that they can make more money. we are all busy person please respect our booking time. I always have to wait 1hr. or more each time I booked an appointment. I wish we can report to this big problem that Canada is facing with a lot of walk in Dr. they only care about making money not to treat the patient. I am having anxiety just to try calling the clinic no answer and waiting almost 2hrs. for my appointment.

No star really! Over 1 hour wait after an appointment- no information- wishy washy replies from the receptionist. Definitely the worst. No doctor in sight.

Lady @ front desk and the doctors are fine. The supervisor clearly said if you don’t like our service leave the clinic this is a private business and we deal with you as customers not patients! They wanted to charge me 260$ for visiting a doctor while I had my Government health card (MSP). But they ended up doing the job according to the law and charge the BC government insurance for it. I don’t recommend unless you’re in an urgent need!

Dr. Sanaz Famouri is the best family doctor. She is very knowledgeable and friendly. And she always supports her patients to get the best services.

Dr Famuri receptionist are awful they are irresponsible and not telling the dr the message. Dr did not attempt to change them, they don’t follow up. Receptionist are not good.

I have had multiple Botox and IV therapy sessins with Dr. Ali Famouri; His precision and expertise shine through in the results. He epitomizes professionalism, expertise, and compassion in his field.
I recommend Dr. Ali Famouri to anyone seeking top-notch care and results.

I got PRP therapy for hair loss by Dr. Ali Famouri. Very professional session in terms of evaluation, treatment planning, and expectations. Without anesthesia, this procedure is very painful and makes is intolerable. However, Dr. Famouri uses local anesthesia for scalp numbness and makes it a great painless procedure for you. I highly recommend him if anyone is interested in PRP or similar services offered by him.

I've been coming here with very different concerns, and I've never had a bad experience. doctor Sanaz Famouri is super friendly, she explain her conclusions as much as possible, and I haven't actually found any of them to be wrong.
