The nurse practitioner was thorough, kind and knowledgeable. She made me feel at ease about revealing my crudy looking feet and assured me she'd let Dr. Miller know all my concerns & progress. Gave me advise for what to & not to do. She didn't give at all the condescending "You're beneath me - God syndrome" some practitioners do. Treated me with respect - like a human being at my after hours appt.

Globally, Dr. Miller, has been my PCP over a decade. He's fought for me when ancillary clinicians refused proper follow-up. He's extremely knowledgeable & can give stern guidance, when needed, in a non-confrontational way. He has a good sense of humor. He really cares about the whole person.🙂AAA+

I am a patient of Dr. Miller and he is awesome hands down!! I recently saw Dr. Nichols on 10/27/23. The office squeezed me in for a much needed appointment and I must say, the quality of care is unmatched from the physicians and other Healthcare professionals that I have encountered. They are thorough and they listen in an effort to provide me with the best care. Please keep being genuine in your care; the patients really appreciate you for your sincerity and dedication to us. It is very much appreciated! I hope I do not regret giving this review in the future.

I have been a Patient with Clinical Associates for over 20yrs. Chris Manko was my doctor who retired in May. Since then, I have had nothing but problems. You can not get anyone to return your calls, nor help you with anything. I called 4 times over 10 day period, never received a response! I called to speak with the office manager, I was told she would return my call, never heard from anyone! I can’t believe how badly this office has gotten. I will be looking for another doctor whose staff is more helpful and attentive. I do not recommend the Woodholme office to anyone!

I gave a 10 rating to the Office and staff at Clinical Associates on Main Street. I needed bloodwork at Quest referred by my PCP. I made the appointment online at My Quest which was very easy. Used the kiosk to check in. The office and seating area was clean. Only waited about 5 minutes.The phlebotomist was professional, compassionate and gifted. I told her I had rolling veins and a needle phobia. I closed my eyes, barely felt the needle go in and it seemed like only a minute before she was done. I was surprised to see she had taken 2 vials of blood! No soreness or bruising either. It was a good experience all around. B. Lopez

Clinical associates staffing doctors are A1 everyone is a professional at his or her job but most importantly everyone takes the time to listen to any of your concerns as well as taking the time to explain any and all procedures that may be necessary to take place.

Love Dr. Holmes. Check-in process could be better though. There was a new patient in the office during my visit who asked how I liked the practice. I was able to say all good things.

Update. The check in process has improved on my last 2 visits.
