Lovely welcome at Tree of Life, immediately felt at ease. Refreshments were offered and there is a lovely courtyard garden within the centre. I had acupuncture for the first time with Daniel for a sporting injury. He was very professional with a calm nature. He explained everything to me and I felt like I was in safe hands. There was a reduction in pain immediately after the treatment and a few days later I am moving more freely. Thank you

I had a acupuncture session with Daniel Scott who was brilliant. Kind and patient and did everything he could within his remit to help alleviate some of my symptoms in my desperate until I could see a practitioner better suited to my needs.
I am not yet cured but Daniel helped with me having a much better day.

Cannot recommend Jade Maloney highly enough, working on more than physical level, very intuitive, present, kind and compassionate presence. Takes time to check in before and after massage. Had an amazing nine hour sleep after last session!

My sessions with Claire have been transformational and I’m feeling the benefits. She listens intently but also uses her intuition to shape each treatment into what I need that day. She uses humour but never any judgement, and puts me completely at ease no matter what we’re discussing. I feel I’m in very good hands. She’s a true gem.

Clara is simply the most incredible masseuse I have ever had the joy of receiving a treatment from. It was like an out of body experience it was that incredible AND she was lovely. If I had more money I’d be there every week!

I am genuinely so shocked and happy that this has worked . I had an appointment with Donna for a food intolerance test . I had no idea how it works but it does. The test was bang on. Donna made me feel very comfortable as I have never done anything like that before. This has given me the kick I needed to change my lifestyle and what I am eating . Thank you :) p.s the reception is lovely and so claming you can sit and make herbal tea as mindfulness music is being played ..

Claire really put me at ease as I was very nervous having acupuncture done. She was very friendly and professional. I can’t comment on whether it’s helped me yet as I still need a few more sessions. Time will tell. Fingers crossed 🤞

I’ve now had 4 sessions and after the third I do believe I feel a lot more calmer, certain pains have eased too.

My session today was by far the best. I had needles in from literally head to toe. Including ears (those were quite painful and still feel odd). I felt as if I was on cloud nine. My whole experience has been great and Claire is amazing! Thank you 😊

I had my first appointment for acupuncture today with Charlie Whitestone and have to say it was a very enjoyable experience. Charlie was very kind, caring, attentive........ and patient (I had trouble with the parking app which caused a slight delay in my appointment time!!). The acupuncture itself was amazing - I did not feel any one of the needles being placed and the additional heat treatment was wonderful - so relaxing all round.
I appreciate it's early days, but I am expecting great results, I came away feeling very positive and uplifted.

As always, the atmosphere in reception of TOL was calm and relaxing and the staff are always helpful and friendly. The treatment room was spotless and cool despite 28 degree heat outside. Most importantly my massage treatment with Clara was a wonderful combination of relaxation and muscle work taking away the shoulder aches and the general stress. A little “Me Time’ in the most relaxing environment.

Dorothy gave my son an absolutely fantastic cranio osteopathy session and was wonderful in more ways than one. She got my son relaxed and kept him interested and in great conversation throughout the session. It was more of general check up and she found the areas that needed most support with ease. And we both fell in love with her beautiful energy. As for "The tree of life" it is a beautiful haven in Hove, clearly well looked after and loved that we relaxed the moment we walked in, The zen garden is worth making your visit an early one to enjoy for 5 minutes before your session. Five stars throughout!

Amazing experience today at Tree of Life with Gaynor. She seemed to read me do well and I came out feeling 100 x better than when I went in. I’ll be back very soon.

I needed an emergency back appt and saw Dorothy who was excellent and very lovely to talk to. Back is already improved and should get better over the next couple of days.

I've been seeing Jeremy Buck for so many year's off and on 👍. Only when needed. Only to find he puts me right, 👍, again so quickly . He's kind ,respectful, and very knowledgeable in so many different thing's. He's amazing. Wouldn't go to anyone else.

I've been recommended The Drive Osteopaths by a friend and I feel I hit the jackpot with it. For the last month I've been suffering terrible post injury spinal pain which was not going away and my GP after the 3rd assessment told me there's nothing they can do apart from prescribing me even more painkillers.
I was assessed and treated by Emilie Roddie. I can't recommend her enough. She dedicated her time to assess me and gave me an absolute load of great advice and a treatment that made me feel relieved shortly after the visit. On top of her impressive knowledge and devotion to the subject she's got a very cool sense of humour which made this rather painful visit a pretty good laugh. A + experience!

A friend of mine recommended The Drive Osteopaths, I hit the jackpot when I met Gemma Radmall. It was a bit daunting to start seeing a new osteopath during the pandemic, my fears and worries were laid to rest when I rang up to make my first appointment. I felt totally safe going in having found out what procedures they are taking to keep everyone safe. Gemma was amazing, she made notes of my medical history and was very engaging. She made me feel totally at ease... always a tricky thing when you have to remove some items of clothing. It took a few sessions to get my back sorted but that was down to me and not doing my ‘home work’ she gave me, oops! I never felt pushed into making future appointments. As brilliant as Gemma is I’m hoping I won’t have to see her and her powerful hands for awhile. Highly recommended The Drive Osteopaths!

For two years after a knock to the head I was unable to sleep properly due to intense vertigo triggering at the moment of drifting to sleep. My GP diagnosed me with "night terrors" and prescribed me anti-depressants which I didn't collect as it seemed like a strange diagnosis and cure to say the least! Within 4-5 sessions Jeremy's cranial osteopathic skills had completely cured the problem and given me back a normal life. I visit Jeremy whenever I have any shoulder/back problems and I always feel great after the sessions. I cannot recommend Jeremy highly enough.

I highly recommend Frithe Johnson. i went to Frithe with my 5 year old son who had chronic digestive problems and constipation since a baby. As a qualified Medical herbalist myself, I had tried a whole range of herbs, supplements and dietary and lifestyle interventions. I had also been to pediatric consultants and was told to keep him on movicol ( an osmotic laxative) until he grew out of it. However it was not getting any better- if anything, worse.

It was Frithe's intuitive and knowledgeable treatment that really made the difference. She made my son feel very relaxed and at ease straight away. He loved going to see in her! After a treatment course of about 6 weeks, his digestive issues were so much better. In fact now he rarely has issues at all and no longer needs medication. I was unsure osteopathy would be able to help in this area however Frithe's expertise and skills proved it really does. Thanks so much!

Frithe is a highly intuitive osteopath, as well as sorting out my back pain issue, she looked at my breathing patterns and how that was contributing to my body's angst and gave exercises to do at home ! Highly recommend her

I recently had a shoulder injury, and went for a few sessions with Frithe. It was the first time I'd been to an osteopath and I was quite nervous about the manipulation aspect. But she really put me at ease, made me feel very comfortable and was very thorough in the questions she asked. Happily, my shoulder is much better now, but will definitely go back to her if I ever have back or shoulder problems again!

I saw Frithe a few weeks ago for a knee problem I've had for ages and she managed to get some movement back in my knee from some gentle manipulation in that first session! I really liked her manner which was kind and empathic. I went away with some exercises and will be heading back there again soon. Thanks Frithe!
