Pleasant folks but incapable of error... just ask them. Definitely gave them at least 3 Ts. Definitely only got two back. They refused to look because they could not possibly have lost it. I went in with a sealed bag. I left with a sealed bag. I figure it was at least worth a glance.

I ran short of clean clothes, so I gave PDC a try for the clean and fold service. I'm very pleased with my experience from start to end. Super friendly dude at first said maybe today (came in @ noon, they close at 5), but it could be Monday (closed Sunday). Very reasonable to expect that turnaround, but they got it done and called me for pick up around 330. Two more super friendly staff helped me stuff the bag into my backpack. Now I can enjoy Portland with clean socks and underwear... everyone wins!

Quick, convenient and open until 6:30. The prices for the tailor/alterations were a few dollars more than others in the area, but the ease of pickup/drop off and their location was worth it. Friendly staff.

Super sweet owners, quick, and great price! They got stains out of items I thought were ruined forever. I’m a student, so I’ll be using them every two weeks for wash and fold. Kind humans. You won’t be disappointed :)

We used Pearl District Cleaners to launder some clothes while on vacation in Portland because we extended our trip. The gentleman who helped us was so nice and they were able to wash and fold our clothes same day! Wasn’t too expensive for how much clothes we washed, we paid $60 for 15 lbs of clothing with a mix of nice shirts, pants and PJs.

I’ve been coming here for years. Excellent dry cleaning services. Not only do they provide a great service, but they consistently go above and beyond! Couldn’t recommend more.

I called ahead to ask for pricing. Was quoted roughly $30 for what i needed. When I get there, he wants to charge me $43 for one sweater, one cardigan, and a jacket. He said my sweater was a jacket, which is incorrect because a sweater doesn’t have a zipper or buttons, it was a pullover sweater. I decided to go to another location nearby that I had called ahead and had given me more or less the same quote. Guess what? I get there and they only wanna charge me $30 for all 3 items. Taking my business elsewhere saved me $13 🤷🏽‍♂️

I dropped off some curtains that needed hemmed to a specific length, and the guy gives me a call saying that my curtains were ready to be picked up and that IKEA sold me a bad batch of curtains so I get to the shop and I’m looking over the curtains and I noticed that Where the curtains were sewn back on was at the opposite end of the part that needed to be hemmed and I told the guy that whoever hemmed these curtains cut the wrong end off and Sewn them back together and tried to blame it on IKEA then he wanted me to Still pay for the service and take them as they were and I was like no I want to pick them all up at the same time because at that time he tried to get me to take the ones that were good so I left them all like three days later I got a call saying that they’re ready And I come back to get them and as far as I can tell right now they’re OK but three of the panels were ironed and he left the one that got replaced not ironed and I asked him if he was gonna iron this last one because three were ironed one wasn’t he said oh I gotta charge you extra for that so the guy is a liar, and in my opinion is doing very poor services

Ruined 1 brand new silk Vince blouse, 1 silk givenchy dress. And still made me pay for the blouse and to replace the mother of pearl button. They don’t know how to dry clean actual dry cleaning items. Cost wise it’s also over priced for the service. Don’t let their “nice smiles and compliments fool you”. Literally let someone else cut in line despite me waiting and getting their first.

Was holding back on a review and giving them benefit of the doubt. But after this 3rd bad experience. OVER IT.

Great local dry cleaners. Open early and usually have a pretty fast turn around (two days). They offer same day as well if you drop off before 8am.

They have a giant plywood board in place where a window should be and have the audacity to charge me $24.00 for patching two dime sized holes in a pair of jeans. I’m about to start taking my pants to the homeless camps around the way, I know one of them has to know how to sew patches. Never going back here unless I have a strong desire to be non violently robbed.

Wow!! The folks who run this place are so nice, and they do an incredible job. They got ten month old stains out of my dress! They even walked me outside and helped me put my items in my car. This is my new go-to dry cleaning spot. I highly recommend giving these lovely people your business!

Really very good Dry Cleaners. Nice people, quick and inexpensive. Surprisingly easy parking. There are several cleaners closer to my home and my work. I’ve tried them all multiple times but now go here exclusively. Have never been disappointed or let down.

The owner was amazing and super sweet. 4 k worth of designer clothes is something I usually worry about leaving with a dry cleaner. Everything was done perfectly. Would reccomend 100 percent. Ready for Vegas!

My go-to, trusted cleaner. Took a handful of shirts and they were laundered and pressed beautifully. I am wary of dropping off expensive, brand name shirts at most cleaners but no hesitation here. A light blue LV came back perfectly.

I have never had an issue with parking nor have I encountered anyone else having issues as of yet.

I needed to dry clean a massive load of clothes asap as I was leaving the country for my wedding. Imperial Cleaners was the first number I called, and they said they could a rush one day service for me. I dropped of the clothes without any expectations and hoped for the best. I picked up the clothes the next day, and I am thoroughly impressed with the care and love they put into the work. My blazer suit was nicely pressed and cleaned and all my jackets and shirts were perfectly done. Everyone here at Imperial Cleaners not only have amazing customer service, they literally saved me so much time and stress. I’ve been to many dry cleaners in the past, but I will be only going here from now on. Imperial Cleaners really came through for me and I will recommend this place for a he one who wants good service with good people. Thank you so much Imperial Cleaners!

Inexplicably bad - my suit jacket came home with NO BUTTONS!

I brought my dress suit to IMPERIAL cleaners in July but it was too warm to wear it to the occasion. I just took it out of my closet today and THE BUTTONS on the jacket WERE GONE!
I went in the the cleaner and explained what had happened.
-They said I was lying
- They said I was not respectful (idk - something about being called a liar and being talked over constantly made me lose my cool.
- They did not fix my jacket

As an aside I asked for the cuff of the of the pants to not be pressed. This was because the told me they COULD NOT press them from the inside as I wanted. So I asked that they NOT be pressed at all. But they did press over the hem. I didn't think that warranted a bad review. But no buttons on my suit! That warrants a very bad review .

I just want to say these people are truly the nicest. They are so happy to see you when you walk in the door, they want to help you. Maybe this seems like a silly thing to say - but to meet people who clearly love what they do and want to be kind to people, that gets noticed by me!

Also they did a fabulous job with my stuff: dry cleaning + altercations! And they have a parking spot in front for you to pick-up/drop-off.

The parking spot reserved out front makes it easy for drop off / pick up.

I’ve been once and they did a great job cleaning my clothes.

They gave me an accurate estimate for day it would be ready by.

I love the family that owns this cleaners! They are always very friendly and conscientious. They treat you like family and are genuinely good people. They also do a wonderful job at alterations and dry cleaning in a timely manner, reasonable prices, and I’ve never had an issue. Highly recommend! Also in a prime location close to everything!

The lady is really nice but the prices are just a bit high. She says she does alterations plus more. I appreciate her and her work but I'll be buying my own dry cleaning tool but will pay her a visit for alterations for sure Thank you!

I found these guys when I moved to the area 18 months ago. Their prices are good but even better is the service. Clothes are always done on time. I had my winter coat fixed and it's perfect. The people there are friendly and remember their regulars. I have been going there twice a week and went be changing cleaners any time soon.
