Great place and store the have everything you need for your pet super staff except one male worker with long hair he is very rude when he doesn't understand what you need

A big pet store eith more or less anything you could need.

Veliki izbor hrane, opreme, dodataka prehrani i imaju ljekove (veterinarsku ljekarnu). Ljubazno osoblje i loyaliti kartica.

You definitely get more than what you pay for here! The kind shop attendant happened to be a veterinarian who gave us all sorts of welcome advice about how to pick the best cat food for our cat. She also very graciously entered several questions we had about a health issue with our cat.

We certainly ended up buying food here, but the advice was most welcome!

They have some good aquarium fish, always clean aquaria.. but the goldfish creep ever more in, taking now 20% of space? :P

Cat food and litter gravel mostly too expensive

Ah yes and i quarrel with them for years that they should provide thermal insulation bags for fish purchases as otherwise, specially in winter, fish can suffer. So far, no undertanding, no response, and employees just stare bland back at you lol

Good store in a good location. Parking lot is never full. This is my preferred store in Zagreb, especially when I'm near Jarun with my dog. Dog picture added for attention.

Odličan i moderan pet shop u Zagrebu. Jedini nedostatak je slabija pokrivenost Fish4Dogs brenda, ali zato se uvijek nađe neka alternativa. Osoblje je drago i uljudno.

Ne razumijem zašto dućan ima u ponudi proizvode za koje same prodavačice tvrde da nisu dovoljno dobri i da ne preporučuju. Da ne kažem da mi se na prvu pokušalo uvaliti najskuplji proizvod, a poglede koje sam dobila kada sam pitala za cijenu i zatražila proizvod po nižoj cijeni bio je više nego osuđujući i ponižavajući. Žao mi je što ne mogu svom kućnom ljubimcu priuštiti proizvode po 300 kn no to ne znači da svog ljubimca volim manje. Nakon razgovora sa prodavačicama nisam se osjećala ugodno, osjećala sam se jadno jer sam odbila proizvod za 300 kn i uzela onaj za 60, požalila sam što sam išta kupila, a zbog količine neugodnosti više ovaj dućan neću posjetiti.

Good selection of products. As a bonus there is a friendly neighborhood cat who hangs out there at the entrance. She likes attention and treats.

Small pet shop with very helpful staff. There you can find almost everything for your pet. Regrettably they do not sell tropical fish anymore.

Very vast assortment

My dear, oh, oh, oh... This is my favorite pet centar of all times in Zagreb! It is affordable, the one with many products and easiest parking to go with plenty of spaces. Staffs doesn't look like they're in a good mood mostly, but hey, its okay when you actually talk to them. Place is superb, clean etc!

Meni su otkazali dvije narudžbe sa proizvodima sa akcije, pa pretpostavljam da je njihov Black Friday jedna velika navlakuša. Nisu se udostojili odgovoriti na tri mail poruke koje sam poslala u vezi otkazivanja. Najgore u svemu je da je cijela narudžba bila namijenjena za udrugu koja se brine o napuštenim macama, što sam navela u mail-u i što je bilo vidljivo po adresi dostave. Jadno i neprofesionalno. Od mene veliki minus. Ne zaslužuju niti ovu jednu zvjezdicu. Nula!

Edit: Pohvala što ste priznali i, što je najvažnije, ispravili pogrešku. Istina, tek nakon četvrtog maila (zbog čega četiri zvjezdice 😊), ali bolje ikad nego nikad. Zajedno smo učinili dobro djelo, mace iz udruge su dobile paket😺. Sretno u daljem radu.

Vrlo sam zadovoljan kako samim Shopom, tako i izuzetno brzom dostavom. Prekjučer sam naručio jedan dio robe, a jučer i drugi dio. Danas je roba dostavljena. Jako dobro zapakirano, sve je stiglo bez problema i oštećenja.
Komunikacija 5 + usluga također.

Good pet store, great for pet food, lots of variety for fussy cats!

I waited for service for about 15 minutes which is a lot considering there weren't many people there. Positive side is that there is much fish to choose from and the workers are friendly and know how to help with specific problems.
