I'm there 1x/week and I can say: There's only one kind attendant at this shop. A young boy. All the rest hate their jobs, visiting the shop is not a pleasant experience.

Great super market for pets holders. It really big and most probably you will find what you need for your pet. That's great to have all the stuff in one place.

Great customer service! I had to return a dog bench that I bought at a different branch earlier on the day which turned out to be too small. I called them, they immediately answered and allowed me to swap the item for a larger one (at a different branch). They didn't even bother checking my returned (and already opened) item. It was no problem at all and they were super friendly in accommodaing me. Also, they answer phone calls within 10 seconds and could immediately answer all my questions. Love this place!

Don't buy any animals from this place they treat them poorly and are inbreed

They had everything we looked for, ar a reasonable price.

They have everything I can imagine for dogs ( I believe for cats too but I didn't check) the prices are fair and the staff always treated me very well even though I don't speak Dutch (yet).

Horrible experience, the employee with red dyed hair, was extremely rude twice, and couldnt even look at me when I asked a question. Felt discriminated because she couldnt even bother to try and speak english.
And yes we did understand what she said when commenting with her colleague. Simply never coming back and advice people of the horrible costumer service

They have a lot of the basics and some not so basic stuff for dogs and cats. Some of their items have been rising in price, but other than that it's a great store. The staff is always very friendly and knowledgeable when it comes to what they have in the store. Plus my dog loves to come here as he always gets treats from the staff, as well as pets!

Good and affordable allyouneed shop for reptile and amphibia keepers. They regulairly have rare species for sale.

Always an expert present, very good assortment of reptiles, spiders but also terraria, equipment and lamps. Clean and very well kept store, would recommend if you are looking for a special store in this branch.

Friendly staff who know what they're doing. Although getting there can be a pain, I regularly visit to buy frozen thaw for my ball pythons.
