Very friendly service
Friendly staff, reasonable prices, good aquarium selection considering the size of the store. It's my convenient local pet stop
I am a regular customer to this shop. I buy live food for my fishes and sometimes I buy fishes too. I found always the fishes of this shop healthy without any parasites. They quarantines all imported fishes for weeks before they start to sell them to make sure that fishes are free from any disease. The staff (Dan, Nickolai, Jack) are very nice people and very friendly. I feel very welcomed anytime I visit there.
The staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Decent prices. Never an issue when it comes to placing orders, they are happy to help you .Nice aquarium section & selection of products for birds & smaller animals
They are knowledgeable, friendly and have a good selection of fish, mammals, birds and reptiles. The shop is small, but well stocked and at a fantastic location with metro and bus connections plus nearby parking along Øster Allé. I come from the other side of town because I really enjoy visiting the shop.
Very friendly and professional staff. Great selection of fish, reptiles, birds and rodents. Stocked with a massive variety of pet food to support the animals they sell. A real old school Mom and Pops atmosphere that you don't get with the big conglomerates. It's the go to place. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
It has natural dog treats that my dog loves to eat. The shop also sells birds, cats and fish products.
En rigtig dårlig oplevelse. Brugt 79 kr på en legetøj der blev ødelagt inden for fire timer. Tog tilbage den samme dag men tjeneren nægtede at erstatte eller reparere legetøjen. Vil aldrig tage tilbage da Østerbro har flere bedre hunde butikker.
This one's to fool tourists. Refused to refund, replace or repair a toy I paid 79 kroner for which my dog destroyed within four hours. Took it back the same day - even though I didn't ask for a receipt during purchase I've never experienced a pet store refusing to replace a faulty product - an expensive squeaky toy where the stitching came apart at the seams immediately and the squeaky part stopped working. I definitely won't be heading back here and wish they'd have had the good sense to apologise and run a legitimate business instead of fleecing me. Don't know if they have regulars but I'll take my business to the other nice dog boutiques on Østerbro - there are plenty of them!
