Ceed Civil Engineering just completed our California 16,000 SF custom home design. I was very impressed with the communication Mr. Hoover had with us from the first consultation all the way to meeting with city officials to ensure the plans were approved first round. I am always impressed when a company can complete a project not only under budget, but 38 days ahead of schedule, despite our changes we requested near the end of the project, which effected everything. I had Ceed Civil Engineering complete 3 custom home designs to build in California. They produced excellent quality construction documents for permits and their package was approved by LA County and Beverly Hills on the first round. There reputation exceeded my expectations.

I usually enjoy my experience here but I think because they're closing, they didn't put any effort into the brunch on 02/23/2020. The people serving the food were not wearing gloves like usual. The crablegs that are always available were never served. We were given 3 shrimp at a time and I thought that was unreasonable for the amount of money that brunch costs. There was no fried chicken until the very end of my visit and it wasn't a variety of parts like usual. They only served wings. It was just a mess.
